I was having horrible allergies a few days into ARL, which lasted for weeks. They stopped as soon as I added in histidine. No more irritated eyes, runny nose or short of breath. ARL seemed to increase my allergies, but histidine seems to be a must with it. Is it okay to keep supplementing or should I let my body go through the motions and hopefully increase histidine on its own?
You probably need extra protein, folate and B12, helen posted about this earlier, :
This will recycle glutathione:
600mg B1 HCL
500mg B5
100-200mg B6
250-500mg B3,
3-10mg Folate and some B12 to balance out 100mg B2
Tons of people eat too much sugar, this causes the b1 def. Then they start working on fats. but too much stress, causes folate and b12 deficiencies. So boom, you are left with only protein and that is cancer. Since protein will cause tons of ammonia, and this ammonia needs to be get rid of by arginase with arginine and manganese.
This sucks up most of arginine and you have low immune system and NO deficiency. And stuff starts growing. infections viruses, etc
Basically to get rid of all of this, you take lysine arginine histidine. Some mineral supplement plus Bs in the proportions I mentioned. , add E and C ,
Basically you need to reverse everything the whole process how it all happened
Too much sugar- b 1 deficiency
b1 deficiency - working on fats.
working on fats - eventual deficiency in b12 and folate
b12 and folate deficiency - low histidine( histamine goes down CFS)
B12 and folate deficiency- body has to break down protein for energy
Breaking protein for energy - ammonia
ammonia - arginine and manganese def
Arginine deficiency -= vasopressin def= dehydration= NO deficiency =hairloss= no immune system
b1 b2 folate deficiency= low bh4/ zero energy NO synthase makes superoxide. Hairloss
