Dont look at it. it will all grow back up and more

They are pushing stuff in. like some people took andro and had crazy hairloss, but then when off, it will be better than before.
That is what I am trying to believe man, but it is hard to watch without knowing for sure it it grows back. I wish the salt stuff was enough to keep it in check. If I scrub my scalp I am unable to scrub the next day due to the scalp soreness from the first scrub.

When was your last hair test? You could be ready for another one. I remember my first ARL cycle my hair didnt really change and i was still shedding slightly. Then after a month I got retested and my regimen changed a bit and started the new regimen and my hair was really nice and didnt itch anymore

You can also do the salt water on the head and style your hair with this. I do this too. Works pretty well. I never use gel anyways don't like it.

Gel's terrible for sure. All the kids did, me too. Put it on, go outside, frozen hair till you're back inside, it was stupid. Looked cool, but texture cream/ mousse makes much more sense. And for true hair care, probably salt water is safer than all that shyt too. There's no way gel is good for anyone's hair. I knew two girls (one a complete idiot) that worked for some hair and shampoo or similar companies, and they say all their stuff is like dead animal products. -she was simplistic. The other girl said it much more articulately. That's neither here nor there tho.

I used to rock short liberty spikes as a kid (check it out on Google). A liter of gel a day LOL

Nice! Yeah... Bedhead I used. Meticulously dishevelled since high school, then more natural and flowing. Used to add like 4in to my height but it is a bit ridiculous. Don't need to look even crazier. Used to miss class, then miss haircut, then apologize then book in again... when too long, looked like the Joker a bit. Distinctive good, it's good to be different, but I need to act normal at times*.

5 week on TEI right now. Aiming at 3 months before I retest. The scalp itch is gone on some days and then suddenly pops up, perhaps some food causing it. Still unsure about dairy, but TEI recommended a lot of dairy for me.

If it still doesn't fully improve, may want to get a hair test earlier just to see and then make the changes to the regimen. Only 4 weeks for me was enough to alter my chemistry, but you could be different. All I remember is that my second cycle is when a lot of the benefits came all around, was horrible all around during the first cycle. It seems like the first cycle no matter everyone does shitty on because it literally breaks your body down regardless and then you adjust once you get on the second cycle were your body is much more aligned properly.

I still dont understand why the mpb happens in a horseshoe patrern, starting at the templess and then the crown.

I only have thinning on crown lol. Dad has same genetics. He had perfect hairline until 40 but his crown was thinning. So not always true. He still has OK hairline but crown is completely gone. He shaves it very short.

Oh damn man. So like 0 thining at the templess? Im still wondering why it happens on these areas and not others. Difuse thinning and youre thinning everywhere not just the top. There must be some difference in tissues between these areas

I was wondering if anyone had any information on piroctone olamine shampoos. Shown to be good for hairloss, I don't see anything indicative of it being an anti-androgen.

Anyone know anything?

Yes
I Tried the shampoo for two months or three, using it 2/3 days a week. it was prescribed by my GP for dandruff/malassezia
worked really good for both hair and dandruff, hair was much thicker after the shampoo.

I feel like the crown would be so easy to hide
Just become Jewish and wear one of those littlr caps

Yea most people think I have full head of hair. The only guys who probably notice are guys going bald themselves. When I use a bit of Toppik on the crown it is invisible on the naked eye. TBH I don't care too much about my hair anymore. Yea it is nice. I enjoy it. But if it goes, it goes. I got better things to do.

@tallglass13

Dude crashed his DHT (bottomed out) with dutasteride, still had hairloss, on high dose TRT:

Could be that it was dutasteride shed though. Still makes sense. T is androgenic, just less than DHT. In high enough amounts it will have similar effects I would assume.

You can see with this guy he looks nervous. Not a surprise, he completely bottomed out his DHT.

This is obviously not the full picture. Still interesting video.
