it’s like vanadium makes chromium work. But 4 andro has to be taken as my chromium.

Which raises iron and makes b5 work.

Which needs iodine for thyroid eventually. Which gets b12 working for A metaboslim. Which dumps copper and iron.

I can hate iodine all I want. But I gotta realize my htma was getting good march 2025. Copper and iron both raising. I was taking a lot of iodine like 125mcg a lot of days.

This was whileeee taking lithium which I think was causing issues.

ok this makes sense…

Lithium antagonizes estrogen receptors .

So we need lithium or vanadium to lower ATP to CaMP. As they downregulate that enzyme…

BUT lithium blocks estrogen receptor. While vanaidum activates it.

This is probably why women need lithium (as shown in Oligoscans). And men need vanaidum.

Men want stronger eR. Women want weaker eR.

eR = VDR in a way

Iodine is pro ER.

I think it’s something that just has to be slowly given.

Chromium and cobalt are anti ER.

Basically my whole approach the last week is 4 andro followed by b12. 4 andro= chromium retainment.

So yea. This approach is tough on ER things like iodine vanadium.

Zinc copper calcium all pro ER as I expected.

Maybe I stop all b12 intake? Maybe b12 is making me not want to eat meat? Haven’t been eating much meat lately.

I’ve been saying hif1 is an issue here. My Oligoscans show big b12 b6 imbalance. High end b12 and low end b6.

4 andro still has to happen every 3rd day. Maybe just the b12 in my b complex is all I need and give methylfolate.

ER stimulation increases bh4 levels this is a big one for sure.

It’s basically b12 raises hydrogen. Hif1a. Which isn’t what we really want.

We want co2. Which runs on CoA . Which needs iron . And CoA / b5 leads to iodine usage for T4. Then we need copper for selenium usage for t3.

Can copper come up/ A metabolism work without b12? That’s a big question here. Thing is I got tons of b12 in my blood . Vit A dropped when I wasn’t taking b12 in fall of 2024.

Selenium bad on ER. Again why women like selenium and men don’t.

Selenium was the first supp in early 2020 when I started going downhill to really cause issues .

Ok this is the big one. I recovered after PC IVs in 2022…

ERa produces phosphatadylcholine. Through PEMT gene.

ER gets bh4 and PC made .

Goal is to lower lithium without taking b12. I did this in fall 2024.

The question is in oligoscan….

Does fixing cobalt fix chromium? Or does fixing chromium fix iron and b5 thus fixing cobalt and b12?

I think it’s the latter. Winter 2025 last year. I took chromium copper and cobalt went high in hair.

Chromium and vanadium move g6pd down pathway producing R5P. R5P = fmn (active b2). Fmn converts to fad via phos / mg and that uses b12.

Cobalt did not go up in oligoscan until I used 4 andro with the GHK patch. Been using b12 for about 6 months. I guess I’m gonna stop. I just don’t know about the b complex .

It seems the higher the b6 to b12 ratio in oligoscan, the lower the lithium levels.

When b12 goes high and b6 goes low, lithium actually raises. You’d think otherwise but I think it’s more of a hydrogen / co2 thing.

B12 produces hydrogen which opposes co2. While co2 helps produce orotate which binds lithium.

Thing is ado b12 uses biotin to make succinct which makes GTP for A metabolism and BH4.

We gotta see here what’s next .

Been in bed for 36 hours . I’m twisted in bad way.

@bruschi11 interesting just feel in the head no mental/physical symptoms? When I had copper dumps(high free copper in the blood) I could tell by high adrenaline, high blood pressure, anxiety, nose bleed etc.. Lately I am having crazy chills/goose bumps all over my body and I would get crazy cold. Wonder what that is about..
Do you play with B6? I think Jacob is right that it pulls stuff like copper out of tissues..
Also what you think about lecithin(sunflower lecithin powder). I heard interesting idea that if your breathing is already very low that means your are probably in deep parasympathetic state and taking more choline from lecithin can lower that sympathetic state even more...

I get it all mentally physically but I know what’s harming me by feel and Oligo.

B6 needs to be active which is why bio-available copper is truly the key to health don’t @ me . Ya herd.

Had a few ales tonight. Going through a lot. Needed them.

Carnosine patch w/ 4 andro seemed good: pro iron dumping. Without causing electrolyte issues like the ghk patch did.

The last time I felt well in late 2022 it was like carnosine was big then vitamin E and dhea were huge additions. Zinc calcium copper b12 were the main supps I noticed doing stuff.

Crazy everything I’ve been saying is pancreas is down causing the low chromium iron gets stuck there.

Well the last time I felt well was carnosine E b12 (methionine). And this study shows this trio protecting against fluoride quite well.

I’ve been saying it’s fluoride that is likely the cause of the low chromium and pancreas issues.

I didn’t go to my brothers engagement today. He got engaged and the families went over afterward to his house with his now fiance.

I’m an embarrassment to my family. I want to die sooooooooo badly. I hate every moment of this existence. Over means over. It’s OVER.

I’m so fucking sick of the people saying “just don’t take any supplements and relax”. I went anemic 2 years ago and began losing all connection between my head and body after electric convulsive therapy. Parkinson’s / dementia / als whatever this may be began then and there.

There is no way of beating severe anemia like this without some sort of serious intervention.

I’m sooooo sick of it all soooooo sick of it
