Wish it could’ve helped me. People like it. But never has helped . It’s not about helping it’s about fixing is my approach. Getting the stuff out of the body that is causing issues. Getting the stuff in to fix function.

While I get it that MB can help with NO. It’s not getting to the root causes being the fluoride the boron the high vit A cadmium .

These should be my main concerns. The actual root causes of the nitric oxide the excessive hif1 / hydrogen production .
Glad to hear you are on your way, you can do it, it's not too late!

I get that MB or other things like Cyproheptadine or even NSARs are not adressing the root cause, but they can help a lot to stabilze the body and mind - bring those inflammatory mediators down even when minerals or heavy metals are not there yet.
They can even break that negative feedback loop, help turning things quicker into a positive spiral.

It's like why would one not use a crutch to learn walking again or even safe one's life, because without, changes of a deadly fall my increase.
BTW got a retest today, things have changed quite a bit. I'm positively surprised. Chromium and Phosphorus went up, Boron went down but as you mentioned can happen Copper also went down into deficiency. Zinc went down hard, I wasn't taking much the last 1-2 weeks though.

I saw it I’ll go over it when I get the chance very very interesting.

I agree sometimes things like cyproheptadine Mb are needed. Mirtazapine was incredible for me in 2017.

Boron dropped from 64% to 48% after working on fluoride for 5 days. Fluoride dropped from 35% to 29%.

I could see those initial numbers of 64 and 35 being an aberration as I had just gotten out of bath and had been bathing 3-4 days in a row.

I’d bet they will lower more slowly and I wouldn’t be surprised if fluoride takes time to really come out.

I started bathing in sea water this week. I collect ocean water in 5 gallon bottles and pour in bath tub then heat it up with a bath heater. Hoping this can be big for me . I’d like to do daily.

Boron back up to 55, fluoride stayed same.

E is really high. A dropped a little (i think from atp from chloride into sea. This is big). Selenium increased. So E and sele aren’t being used. But b6 and folate are going up and keep going same with b12. D is regulating. The vitamins are keeping me optimistic doing good things there.

Mercury is lowest I’ve seen it (ocean water.) cadmium isn’t great it’s dropping but still high end. Same with aluminum for me, higher than it should be.

I think selenium utilization (moving from tissues to serum to cells) is the key to using up boron. So selenium utilization does need chloride in the cell. So been doing foot baths now with sea water. Selenium uses E.

System is on. Lithium I’m moving to 10-15mg a day next to Calcium like 2000mg a day, iodine 100mcg daily. Seems these are the biggest for sele usage next to zn 50–75mg copper 10-20mg chromium 10000mcg b5 coq10 pqq. Started a little d and k2.

Notice how PC/ cholines not here. Or b2. I stopped b2 about a week ago. I stopped choline yesterday.

I think choline is hurting nad / lith. Hurting fad. I noticed ethanalomine low in aminos I think it might be cuz of the choline intake.

Using Epsom salt cream to aid sulfur some msm and might do liver flush this week.

Also taking a few days to a week off binders including diamateceous earth.

My head feels so shrunken. I hope it’s not too late. I know this is about fluoride/ boron. Getting thyroid to work through chloride t4 production and selenium utilization for t3.

Vit A finally legit droppong it seems since I put a bunch of sea water in body which baths/ foot baths. Body needs the chloride but I think I’m over doing sodium . Seems there is demand on mag sulfate as sulfur is dropping.

Vit E dropped a tiny bit. I have stopped all choline supplementation to get that down. I think E is retaining A.

Taking 15mg of lithium a day. Something like 2500mg of calcium daily. 6-12mg cu. 75mg zinc. 10000mcg chromium.

While getting Diamataceous earth back in the body. Will prob cycle it. A little zeolite and OSR too once or twice a week as mercury and cadmium are jumping a bit.

It’s been about 16 days since I’ve know about fluoride. It sucks I just don’t know what’s gonna happen. Is there too much in my body. Is it too late?

Treating it makes me worse obviously. But in long term it could all work and boron / fluoride drop so iron copper come up. Testo comes up.

We are gonna see. I’m hopeful but realize it’s possible I destroyed my life for good with fucking bath water.

After reviewing my oligoscans it’s pretty obvious that as sulfur rises, chromium comes with it.

And sulfur has dropped pretty badly the last two weeks as I started the baths with sea water.

Epsom salts and liver flushes have saved my ass over and over again. And it seems they really helped me during summers. At the end of summers. After spending tons of time in ocean water.

I think ocean water needs Epsoms . It’s clear.

I’m in a really tough spot right now . But getting in Epsom salt bath now . Hoping I can start turning things back in right direction.

Micheal mcevoy told me Revici use thiosulfate for fluoride tox. Well …. The lowest I’ve ever seen my fluoride was after a liver flush.

I scanned. Vitamin A going back up. Got all fucked up by sugar. Boron and fluoride both going up too

Good things: b6 b12 sulfur all on the upswing. Folate too. Chromium didn’t get worse. Calcium going up.

I think controlling A comes first. Let’s get it down. Is that by not eating it? Ehhh. I mean. I think raw milk and eggs are very beneficial for me. Cheese fine.

When I’m stuck like this really messed up. Going carnivore for a day or two. To help deal with sugar. A coffee enema here or there. I just did my first in two months.

Lot to take in here from this scan and how to go ahead. The two things I really care about are b6 and A. Get b6 up and going, A down.

B6 is happening. Cuz thyroid is working 24/7. Through lithium iodine calcium id say. B5 (pantithene) and zinc help . Copper helps. Then the sea water baths and Epsom baths are really big is my take.

I think sea water and Epsoms have to be a staple. I think these are the difference maker in keeping b6 working.

I’m frustrated with the fluoride boron. But I get it to a degree. If I get in control of A, NO will drop. We can get to cysteine better. And use that stuff for a lottttt of things.

The things we can do with cysteine are amazing. We make alllll sorts of products with it. Vit a just steals from it.

I did a bath before the scan. Wondering if the bath raised boron fluoride.

I used water filter shower head for the bath.

I am starting to think there was fluoride in the bath water even with the filter. So I just ordered a fluoride filter.

Screw it. Gotta take this seriously.

What do you mean your head feels shrunken? Physically?

Yes. People with normal PFS / cfs don’t get how bad it gets where the brain literally shrinks.

It has been in many MRIs I’ve done. Shrunken hippocampus. And that’s just how it feels. It’s clear I’m dying of neurodegeneration if I can’t get in control.

Severely needed dhea. It’s been about 5-6 weeks since I last used it.

Still in major detox from it.

Seeing dhea as a big key to sele utilization and the main reason I was lowering both my fluoride and boron this last fall. It seems once I started doing regular coffee enemas and went more calcium deficient, I stopped using selenium well and my fluoride boron went back up

The question I’m asking myself right now….. is some 11 keto dht or even testosterone needed here.

I think testo raising estrogen is a no go but 11 keto dht might be ok with the chloride sulfur minerals lithium calcium goin in the body.

We will see here.

Liver flush went good. 11 keto dht went fine I think. Dhea went bad. But it was 25 mg . A big dose really.

Will lower that.

Remember “5mg of preg and 5 mg of dhea can be enough to fix all hormones.” My take is NAD production is helping me get to preg through calcium lithium. I probably am fine in the preg front. Just 5mg of dhea all I need.

It’s crazy to say it. And fact I didn’t see it this way for so long is pathetic. May have cost myself my life.

We all know preg + t3 = cortisol in a good way. That’s how we make it. Allthingsmale style circa early to mid 2010s.

Well it’s not preg it’s prog. But preg converts to prog. But we have to make cortisol. That’s how we clean. That’s how we detox.

Dhea is the key to t3. That’s why it’s just so big.

So methylation, get preg and prog working through b6 and b12 activation. (Fmn and fad), then dhea helps us use that prog.

Crazy stuff. Need to get in control of fluoride/ boron badly. Things should get a lot easier then as I’ll have the iron to supply preg and prog to that pathway.

Solved something big with b6 being needed now thank god
Feel I was really going downhill this could help here

Thyroid working just used up b6 fast I think

That’s why chromium drops when I get my thyroid working.

Cuz b6 makes cysteine which clears methylglyoxal the toxic sugar

Haha thanks for posting that here bro…. I said that above to him about myself earlier. Really felt I had to get that on the log and it’s a huge piece.

Has anyone noticed benefits to taking HCL with pepsin before the meal versus at the end or during ?
I mean, as I said on discord (sorry if I was confusing... markets are burning, I need to make back a quarter mn dollars profit canadian plus some american (profits, not lost, just negative, ain't selling where I don't need to).

I always took HCL and enzymes pre meal, or at a start, or early am empty stomach. Almost never end of meal, although depending on how clean diet is, it still helps.

IF taking a TON of supplements, like TEI (20capsules 40 capsules for some), I'd still change it up, as per my diet. So 2/3 at night, 1/3 at night, whatever., It is clearly better pre meal... hcl and enzymes, and
If I had to guess pepsin and HCL in start of meal or pre meal is better... too.

Big stuff going on here.

Vitamin A dropped for the first time in a long time significantly in oligoscan.

From adding ECGC to my nutrient plan after adding b6 this past week.

B6 was big after already taking b5.

Yes this is some of the stuff going on on the ray peat forum. No I do not agree with what they are doing there.

I don’t believe moly or biotin should be paid in a balancing plan unless badly copper dumping (moly) or iron dumping (biotin).

I believe the things needed to support iron and copper dumping including calcium lithium iodine zinc chromium Epsom salts mag sea water swimming coffee enemas can all help.

And that’s what I’m doing.

I believe it’s b5 b6 ECGC that makes things happen. Next to the minerals.

And as @tommyg told me today. ECGC promotes nad recycling.

There’s more to it. I really hope I’m not too late as this is something. This is the first time I’ve dumped copper from liver without hormones for two years.

My chromium increased a tiny bit.. it always increases slowly. Fluoride dropping. Cadmium highest it’s ever been as I got into smoking dabs for some stupid reason. No longer doing so.

Focus on the cadmium hard now with nutrient plan above. Believe nutrient plan should take down fluoride.

I feel stuff happening in my body and Brain potently. But it’s a lot. And while working now, it’s even harder to work as I get fatigued more easily smh.

Need some time. This is days into this. 3 days legit.
