One thing I gotta say. Gbold did what he did with this site and had so many sooooo many good ideas.

BUTT…he offered chemical murder to struggling people by pushing hydrogen water . He really really fucked up pushing that. Now I can see why in my htmas etc.

Gbold shit on me a lot and now that I understand this stuff. I can shit on him a bit.

He shut down active b6 in people. That’s what excessive of hydrogen in the body does. That’s what excessive magnesium in the body does as well.

With excessive magnesium and hydrogen you just bypass b6. You kill fmn. You get to fad and cool you use b12 but that b12 ends up producing even more hydrogen .

I blamed a lot of people over the years. Dana summers was soooooooo bad. GRJ. But now I’m seeing this one error by gbold being the start of my relapse which I never got in control of.

I’m sorry but I was 29-30-31 years old. I was listening to adults in their late 40s and 50s and 60s. People say to me “these were your choices.”

I was a 29-31 year old with a neurological disease and supposedly these “experts” knew what they were doing
.
I’m not mad at gbold as his ideas gave me the best chance to reverse this stuff. But step 1 to my relapse was absolutely the stupidity of putting hydrogen in my body in spring 2018. The hair test shows it. B6 fuckin died.

The hydrogen water was also an experiment for gbolduev iirc. I do remember some people trying it and not liking it after a few weeks. It was kinda like keto and seemed to drop your metabolism or at least make you run on only fats.

I doubt taking that stuff completely ruins you for years. Just like I did many things that crashed me if you know the right things to take you get back to normal within a day sometimes even a few hours.

For example I could take something that's completely bad for my body chemistry now and I will feel crashed for as long as I take it. Then I take the stuff that is good for my metabolism and within a day I am normal again.

Now if you are sicker this normalcy can take longer to return of course. I remember in full blown PFS it would take me sometimes a month to feel normal again. No matter if I took supps or not. So maybe this is your case. It means your metabolism is really low probably.

Hey @bruschi11, I've been following your blog for a while. No offense, but you seem like all over the place, switching stuff up daily/weekly.

Obviously if it's working for you, then keep going. But maybe it's an idea to take a step back, slow down a bit, don't take anything and see where your baseline is in a couple of weeks. Then do some testing and stick to a plan for a couple of months.

Wishing you all the best.

I’m actually in the exact same place I’ve been working on for about 6 months now.

I’m not all over the place. People can’t understand what I write the same way people couldn’t understand gbold way back when cuz the biochemistry part is way more advanced than your average sick person can understand.

I have a friend who blew his brains out with a gun the other day. Gone. He wouldn’t listen to me he made tons of progress with thyroid and I told him he needs to fix thyroid through body chemistry now.

Ultimately body chemistry allows sugar metabolism to fmn for b6 activity. This is what I’ve been working on for awhile and is depicted by the low chromium in oligoscan.

Tons of men with neuro illness end up with low chromium in Oligo high boron. Most in this body chemistry have higher cadmium . As body needs cysteine to control cadmium.

Push thyroid with low b6 activity and you just produce superoxide without cysteine and boom you die.

Call me out for blaming gbold. I’m not blaming gbold. I’m angry at tons of people who got in my way after my recovery in 2017/2018. And hydrogen water was one of them a huge step to my healths failures as I actually can see the science behind what happened now.

I’m mad at my country’s authorities for putting fluoride in the water as that is huge piece here I’m seeing in the low chromium high boron body chemistry.

I’m sorry if you can’t understand my writing. But I’m doing what I’m doing and not taking a step back as my brain is going into Parkinson’s / dementia rapidly due to the anemia i have from poor GTP production for far too long.

GTP is the key to A metabolism for ceruloplasmin. B6 activity (cysteine) allows the cell to receive sugar for ATP to GTP .

I know it was about experimenting. But I’m angry the stuff went in my body.

Really seems I’m dying, developing neurodegenerative disease that can’t be reversed due to the amount of time I’ve been down and severity of anemia I developed the last 2 years.

I’m angry. I can’t help it. I did so much right. I fasted like a mad man did so much good with nutrients and liver work for so long . I lost all control two years ago with really hypothyroidism at its core if you go back and see the labwork that’s what it ultimately shows.

I think I needed b5 working all along and the bmaa toxicity next to excess fluoride in the body just became killer. Believe 11 keto dht is keeping b5 pathways up for tyrosine for thyroid.
.
I think I’m gona beat this deep down whether it’s Parkinson’s/ dementia whatever I’m dealing with at its core.

I’m doing a brain mri within the month. Neuroquant. It shows the severity of the brain damage . Last year it got really bad as the hippocampus was completely shrunken. Doc said “it’s not neurodegenerative disease YET. But we have to get in control or it will be.”

One thing I've noticed is that Im reacting bad to magnesium supplements nowadays, maybe all the epsom salt has improved my magnesium stores. If I take magnesium in the evening I sometimes sleep worse, maybe calcium deficiency. Also I have more cracking joints and sensitive teeth the next day.

Probably gonna skip magnesium supplements for a while and focus on getting more calcium.
check this, maybe relevant for this as it talks about the relationship between mag and calcium as well: Germanium Silicon Silica DRI/RDA, benefits, side effects, overdose, toxicity, requirements

I think you can get out of this but probably have to keep things stable for a while like consequent diet and make sure you digest things properly and lower the minerals which you are high in. I think taking one thing or specific shit is almost impossible. From my experience. Only thing that worked for me was:

- Keep metabolism high as much as possible, the more stable at a higher level it is the better. You can do this with hormones or like me take B Complex, iodine, etc. to increase thyroid and diet low in anti thyroid minerals. You might crash sometimes. Electrolyte protocol is even better probably lol But might be harder sometimes. I didn't always feel good on that and not because i was detoxing.

- Than on top block minerals which you don't need and are toxic in. With mercury probably also good to block copper temporarily. Probably have both. But your miles may vary

What never worked for me was to look very specific at a mineral and try to make sense of it. I just took what made me feel better and improve over time.

For me I was high in copper and also mercury. So that's the stuff I blocked with other minerals during this. I felt bad on it and then reintroduce copper and all of a sudden body regulates copper properly and I feel normal/better than ever. While doing it looked like dogshit with no collagen, no libido, etc. No memory either brain felt completely fucked.

But yea I know you know this already all this stuff but I'd keep it simpler vs. taking super specific stuff. For me I think in practicality this is a very slow way of doing things. I don't believe in a switch that you turn on and off. It takes months to weeks of higher metabolism so your body can regulate everything properly and get rid of the stuff it didn't need. Sometimes if you are lucky you take something and you feel normal for a day or a week but it never lasts in the long term. Because body is still fucked. YOu just felt better temporarily.

What I did was force the body metabolism up and everytime it dropped I took stuff again to raise it. Maybe not recommended but this worked for me.

Agreed with what you’re saying.

Need oxidation. 11 keto dht is allowing that to happen. It’s allowing me to use iodine for t4. Did 3 more “On” days. Now today is 1 of 3 that I will drop the dht again.

Oxidation controls fluoride and when that happens for good, boron should start dropping so test raises.

Also oxidation alllows magneksum usage so as mag drops, fmn is retained and more b6/ cysteine is made upon b6 activation by zinc copper.

Something is happening now . I’m dumping copper but also making cysteine . This has to happen . Both.

I think it’s important I take zinc b6 coq10 chromium vanadium lithium and plenty of calcium as this all occurs.

Conflicted on egcg and coffee enemas. Did 2 coffee enemas night and morning last night into this morning.

Will continue with 3-4 sea water foot baths a week. 2 sodium sulfate foot baths a week.

how does it do this? (b2) Just out of interest.

B2 doesn’t do anything. People who just talk vitamins and not aminos don’t understand a thing. Vitamins lead to enzymes.

Doors need to be opened for vitamins to get to their enzymes. B2 to fmn needs a lot specially thyroid potassium zinc. Fmn to fad needs phosphorus magnesium .

So how does vitamin b2 do anything? For instance I stopped responding to b2 completely about a year ago when thyroid went down and magnesium went high. B2 does NOTHING in that situation. It can’t convert. One door is opened too much (fmn to fad) the other not enough (b2 to fmn.)

B2 can = b6 activity if fmn raises. Which raises cysteine. B2 can just = fad if body can’t retain fmn, which is my case. Too much magnesium in body can lead to this.

My case::: I’m not retaining fmn. I’m not getting to cysteine. No cysteine can’t handle copper dumping that has been happening from iodine/ bh4 —> t4 production which I do think is huge for copper dumping from liver.

I’m annoyed people can’t handle my language. I am a strong math mind that has translated over to biochemistry quite well the last year now that has taken me time to understand it all. But outsiders just say “he can’t get well he’s clueless.”

Got an email just now from a practitioner who tried to help in September. He’s trying to say I’m stubborn for not getting help from a practitioner. No dude. I know my case. I need b6 active flat out before we can take next steps. What has to happen to get b6 active and stay active? That’s what I’m working on and feel confident in what I’m seeing.

While I’m confident in what I’m seeing. I just don’t know if I’m too late and it angers me.

Bro we believe in you and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and I learn too from what you experience. But you can't expect (most) people to understand it all lol. Even helen tried to explain everything and most of us understood only parts of it.

That being said from my experience I did not need to understand everything to the core as I made massive improvements over the years. No doubt I made some mistakes because of my lacking of deeper understanding. But then again you are still working with a dynamic body. Sometimes things change fast and after 3 days you need to take different stuff than before as an example.

So sometimes I feel like understanding it too deeply will make you slower in what you do. Eventhough it's more precise. If you get what I am saying.

Helen was the one who said B2 chelates copper I think (and iron in other post). I was hoping @ruprmurdoch could tell more about it as I think it is interesting.

Ya but b2 doesn’t do it. It can chelate copper if everything is working right . But it’s about enzymes. Can you say fmn chelates copper? Can you say fad chelates copper?

Or maybe you can say fmn + fad working together chelates copper.

If fmn (active b6 for cysteine) + fad which helps get to glycine more and retain electrolytes raising folate cycle then of course b2 can chelate copper when fmn and fad are both working correctly.

People aren’t thinking aminos when they say b2. It’s the aminos produced that do the copper chelation. Not the vitamin itself.

So when fmn and fad are both working absolutely b2 can chelate copper. But the problem most have is the doors aren’t opened for enzymes to be made. Which is why I say it’s just useless to think B vitamins. Need to think enzymes.

For instance look at this photo I’m attaching. It’s this cycle that helps keep glycine up which you need for copper utilization. It’s far beyond just b2 as you need b6 (fmn) and fad and nad and folate to keep glycine cycle up…. BUT if system is working right with balanced minerals hormones. B2 should = fmn fad nad and folate!!!!

dear colleague, by writing that b2 chelates copper i mean that aminos which b2 creates chelate copper and iron. b2 is making histidine, cysteine, glycine :)

BTW. other way of doing it is (many times mentioned by gbold and also-included Tubzy):
HCL
KCL
MgCL
little bit of NaCL
Whey proteins
and good protein foods

BTW 2. I am also fucked, I made huge progress but still I am not 100%

I’m sorry if I went crazy or was mean. I’m angry. Lost in this world so sick and angry.

I’m pissed about b2. It sucks. I relied on jt for so many years. But I just wasn’t thinking what actually had to be done to make it work.

It was always about minerals and hormones to make those enzymes. Electrolyte retention.

But I had a stupid little shortcut with b2. And it gave me a shitty life I could slowly make progress in. Or fall apart.

B2 just wasn’t getting where it needed to go. And things like mag and boron excesses with calcium deficits made b2 just bad at times or to be used very very slowly and carefully.

For the record I took b2 today. I’m gonna give some now that dht is being cycled at a slow good pace.

Gonna lower iodine intake. Let zinc dht calcium run thyroid . Hope this combo can get me using selenium which usually ends up with iodine utilization. We will see.

I’m sorry if I sounded angry and psychotic above again fellow colleague :).

I’m going off the ropes a bit clearly here the last couple weeks. I should write less. I’m not in a good state.

But I made a decision 2 months ago. Fluoride has to come down . Fluoride drops in oxidation. Oxidation is happening as @rebel says we need. And Flouride is dropping.

We need cysteine tho. Mag has to drop with it to retain fmn.

Ok makes sense what you guys are saying. Most people here have some problems lol incl. me. Don't worry dude I have many days where I go crazy lol. It has to do with being sick, toxic metals, etc. neurotransmitters go nuts

Back in PFS I was way crazier than any person here. Complete nutcase. But thanks to the info here I have reached a sense of normalcy. Not perfect. But more able to deal with every problem. That's what this forum is for as well to help people and of course people here are going to act crazy sometimes especially when you try to fix yourself it's one of the hardest things to do

Pretty interesting here…. My urine is fluorescent yellow from the b2 yesterday. Which happened with egcg a month ago. But it didn’t last.

I think I needed the 11kdht to keep bh4 cycle up to make b2 work.

The only times b2 has ever got me better long term is when it made urine fluorescent yellow .

Still feeling diabetic after eating barely any carbs yesterday. Need calcium bad. Gonna keep loading it and take another 2-3 days off the 11 keto dht.

What’s nice right now is I don’t need copper. Feel I’m doing plenty to keep it available— iodine, sea water, sodium sulfate , 11 keto dht, chromium, vanadium , lithium … maybe I’ll add in EGCG again .

I mean all of this is allowing NAD to raise which moves vitamin A to retinoic acid next to atp/ gtp essentially.

I think it’s NMda receptor which would agree with electrolyte protocol.

Need beta alanine taurine first. Dht retains bh4 cycle which makes your beta alanine and then iron I believe helps raise taurine. Might be iodine/ nadph helping raise taurine too.

I’m weak, dehydrated, feeling diabetic. Not a lot of good here physically but I at least feel b6 active , cystiene being made. B2 working to a degree.

It just doesn’t work that way in Parkinson’s it fucking sucks. I take hcl feel NOTHiNG.

The body burns through electrolytes. Whey is fine it helps.

My whole system is turning on including iron and copper dumping but it’s just too much on the Brain. I really think the iodine is still killing me from 3-4 days ago it hit me that hard.

My body is oxidizing psychotically hard and I need like 6-8000 mg of Calcium daily.

Thats why You take HCl with electrolytes and whey
