Thats why You take HCl with electrolytes and whey

I take electrolytes and whey. They help. But there is zero response to hcl.

I did an emergency oligoscan last night . Zinc got used up from all the calcium / increased oxidation . With that mercury went way up with cadmium and aluminum too.

Calming down the next day. I was giving tons of calcium. I’m gonna give but lower the dose.

I’m oxidizing hard. A is being used, E and C too. But b6/b12 died with zinc.

Fluoride is dropping . My take is oxidation takes out fluoride. I need to oxidize while keeping b6 b12 working really is how I I see it. A E C being used.

I have hope big things can happen when fluoride really comes down.

Seeing nadh big for tyrosine recycling been saying calcium huge for nadh for a long time.

I think we start bh4 pathway up with testo or dht and then calcium does work from there .

We are gonna see. I think I crashed myself with too much iodine and calcium post 11 keto dht.

Need to start with calcium zinc and 11 keto dht. Slowly add iodine

Just drink milk at that point lol. Milk also contains potassium magnesium IIRC + vitamin a, d, b vitamins + amino acids. Whey also high in calcium just like milk. Although milk might be higher in carbs/sugars.

Anyways with b2 I notice there is a drop off for benefits feeling-wise. I know it's stupid to look at how you feel during taking it but still interesting observation.

It also lowers DHT I notice especially at higher dosages. When I take it for a while I notice same feeling as on finasteride but not as bad. When I take b1 I notice increase in DHT but when DHT gets too high you also feel like crap. This happens after taking B1 for a while in higher dosages.

I feel best when my DHT is high and then after first dose of b2 in a while (after not taking it for a while) so then DHT lowers a bit but not too low. B2 also increases breakdown of DHT iirc. That is bad if you are lower on DHT.

Very similar to how I felt better on finasteride. First day after first dosage finasteride I feel completely normal in all aspects. Incl libido. Completely normal. Way better than normal. But then I take finasteride second day boom, all benefits gone and feel like crap until like 4PM that day (I guess finasteride got lowered enough to feel decent again). I probably have lower 5ar in tissues

I am guessing a lot of PFS people already had lower 5AR tbh. But they might have been hypothyroid or something and lost hair. But maybe not as I also saw a lot of people with high DHT on bloodwork. But could still have lower 5AR in tissues and low breakdown of DHT (lack of glucordination)

I always done good on things that increase 5AR like creatine. But like I said when DHT gets too high because it's not broken down then I get even worse.

High DHT = fatigue, low libido, can't think of solutions in my brain, intelligence goes down, lack of empathy, lack of creativity - pretty much low estrogen! I think too high DHT causes hypothyroidism too. But so does low! lol Crazy

Low DHT = anxiety, irritation, insomnia, can't relax properly, depression, too emotional maybe, low libido

Middle = the good parts of both

The good thing about too much b2 is that recovery is fast. Within a few hours I feel DHT slowly going up again. With finasteride if you overdo it, it can take days before feelign better. Sometimes even 1 or 2 weeks

You can also interchange DHT with 5AR since b2 and fin affect 5ar. Low 5ar = more stressed feeling for sure and more depressed feeling

DHT pretty much I think is what allows the amount of effects of estrogen in the brain. That's why some transgenders they say they feel like their brain turned on when they go on estrogen and on 5ar blockers. They probably had problems breaking down DHT and got low estrogen in their brain. Without estrogen I notice my brain doesn't work properly. But too much also not good I found. That's why it's so important to make the body regulate DHT properly

I think you can only take b2 in high dosages if you have good 5ar production and good DHT. Otherwise you will feel way worse

@RebelWithACause intetestijg b2 dht connections as that’s where I’m really working on right now.

Dht = b5/ tyrosine/ thyroid , b2 = cysteine and electrocute retention

Going through a lot here. Decided to take some time off from work until I get stronger again. I can’t do anything. 50mcg of iodine again made me go insane. No wonder why 800mcg made me go nuts the other night!

Truly disappointed in myself it took me a full calendar year to figure out t4 / thyroid. I still don’t have t3 down. I think t3 is highly reliant on calcium zinc iron lithium.

Having a hard time seeing myself well….

But I’m also seeing studies about fluoride pineal gland. Pineal gland is copper transporter.

Well if fluoride is blocking pineal gland? What’s gonna happen…. Copper can’t be transported! So let’s keep on killing fluoride it could be key to all. Specially b6.

It has to do with melatonin. Fluoride blocks melatonin at pineal gland so copper can’t be transported.

Well…. My last legit recovery late spring 2022 I was taking melatonin and had nearly normal life for a bit. My hippocampus doubled in size during that recovery.

Also in early 2023, melatonin saved me numerous times when I was in and out there for a bit before really going downhill mid to late 2023 ending up in psyche ward brain destroyed there to end that year.

Fluoride blocks pineal gland which needs copper for melatonin for hippocampus. Or it blocks copppers reception.

In some way or form?

That’s what I’m seeing from ChatGPT. The hippocampus (mine shrunken in MRIs) is down from all this. Just wild.

And melatonin makes selenium available for t3. I THINK. And lithium uses selenium? Or NAD uses selenium.

Where is your TSH hovering around? Mine was increasing over the years up to around 4.0. Tried low and moderate doses of both iodide and nascent iodine, both tank my thyroid function. Iodine restriction helped me and there are many trials about iodine restriction (<100mcg) helping thyroid patients normalize their TSH and subclinical hypothyroidism.

I have been taking T4 and T3 to get my TSH down and my pulse/temperature up for 2 years now. I feel terrible without it. It‘s one of the few things of all my (many many many) experiments that actually helped. Flush niacin comes 2nd, riboflavin is likely 3rd and molybdenum 4th of the things that helped me.

Most minerals, vitamins, protocol, detox programs, adrenal support, gut protocols didn‘t help me.

Have you ever investigated pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase? (like M2PK, serum lactate & pyruvate) In many conditions like CFS/cancer/chronic disease there is elevated PDHK which inhibits PDH. Have you ever tried DCA? Or R-ALA?

All good points awesome stuff.

Will look into PHDK more. I have pyruvate production/ recycling issues I believe calcium helps with.

Have never tried DCA. ALA makes me cu deficient but it has been a savior at times.

Need to do oats again to see coq10 and ALA.

Coq10 production has been my aim to fuel ALA but it might not be enough.

What is dca?

Looking at methionine right now and its production for controlling fluoride. I feel this is a big piece.

More so making methionine than anything.

I think Beck probably had a good way of fixing people. “Every cell needs methionine.”

I think we gotta see things through aminos. And not through vitamins and hormones minerals.

Even tho aminos are end products and it’s really not about taking them. It’s about making them.

While ultimately it is vitamins hormones minerals leading to enzymes that lead to aminos.

It’s all a tricky game. But following aminos probably is the best thing to follow. God a doc jus to do aminos every 4 months next to Oligo’s, hair , hormones.

It should’ve been easy. It should be easy. I hope one day it will be easy for these people. I got lucky and have all the resources. I can do bloodwork now when I want, I got good people. Weekly oligoscans. Can afford hair every 3 months.

I’m lucky but I gotta win this battle or just get in charge. Being sick like this is wrong and sad and horrible. Inexistence while alive and the whole world is going around happening.

People think you’re crazy but you’re just severely injured and need to get better. Or you’re dying. Cuz when you’re living like this you’re just dying nothing else .

DCA is sodium dichloracetate. It‘s a strong pruvate dehydrogenase kinase inhibitor, which in turn restores pyruvate dehydrogenase activity.

Fasting, chronic stealth infections, toxins, stress, medications, mold, enviromental chemicals, B6 or zinc toxicity all increase that PDHK, and thus shut down PDH. Dr. Bodo Kuklinski thinks that most illnesses/issues come from issues with this first step in energy metabolism.

DCA is a strong anticancer agent by reversing the Warburg Effect. Kuklinski had cases reports of patients where DCA worked to reverse even stage IV glioblastoma and so on.

He recommends 25mg/kg per day, split into 3 doses. (taken every 8h for a continous effect)

ALA works similarly, but not as potent.

I’m usually stubborn and just focusing on my own views. But you’re getting me tied into this big time right now.

Everything I’ve learned the last 2 years starting with talking to that girl Kathleen Stewart led me to PDH being what needs to be optimized in myself and many.

But the thing with PDH is we are using up pyruvate. So that pyruvate needs to be provided for PDH to work.

The boron toxicity and utilization of it, adds to draining of pyruvate. As boron acts like TPP (basically b1) pushing pyruvate into the Krebs cycle too rapidly.

But think body wants this so badly as we really need to clean out the fluoride in my body. So my take is body retains or dumps boron from the liver due to this issue.

I’m having a rough morning. But I’m going to weigh in on all this as much as I can today.

Thank you for sharing all of this. This could be big for me.

@youngsinatra are you saying PDHK shuts down pyruvate to Acetyl-CoA?

So we want to inhibit PDHK so pyruvate can be converted to Acetyl CoA?

Edit: I think so.

What’s relevant here is hif1. Is big piece here which is biggest thing I’ve been looking at the last 9 months. I believe boron is hif1 at its core raises it so hard hence the high requirements I have on VHL (thyroid essentially).

Hif1 raises PDHK which we want to inhibit as this allows pyruvate to CoA. Right?!

Damnnnnn

“Fluoride can inhibit PDHK, potentially leading to increased PDH activity and a shift in cellular energy metabolism”

I think we might be on the opposite end of spectrum here @youngsinatra . I think PDH is overactive. Stealing pyruvate. So I honestly may want to raise PDHK in this situation. So pyruvate is retained.

You can test serum lactate and pyruvate and plasma/serum M2PK (PDHK marker) if you are unsure. I think low-normal levels of PDHK is a sign of good health.

Gbold said that DCA will kill almost any cancer, and it‘s a strong inhibitor of PDHK.

Glucose -> pyruvate conversion depends on NAD+ primarily from my knowledge. Zinc toxicity/low NAD+ affected this pathway for me in the past. Flush niacin worked out that piece for me.

High PDHK >> low PDH >> Low Acetyl-CoA >> Low TCA >> Low OxPhos >> Low ATP

It sucks but it looks like I have the opposite issue. Concluded that with help of guy I’ve had for help the last 2 years. Bummer. He said that stuff does work for some people too.

I have to get it together. I crashed so hard the last 3 days. Finally system is waking up but I can’t retain electrolytes I can’t work. Iodine has to be used very carefully from here. It’s devastating when it goes wrong.

Kuklinski writes that many of his patients constantly lose electrolytes when they have ATP deficiency. (mainly due from PDH impairment)

A ton of ATP is used just to keep up the electrolyte gradient in and outside the cell.

„In neurons, the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase can consume up to 50–70% of the cell’s total ATP. In other cell types (e.g. kidney, muscle), it may account for 20–30% of ATP usage. In resting cells on average, about 20–40% of total ATP is used to maintain ion gradients, primarily via the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase.“

That‘s why ATP deficiency is associated with intracellular Mg/K deficiency and intracellular calcium overload and electrolyte wasting. Normal people just retain electrolytes from a normal diet.

He knows what he’s talking about. I know its atp that needs to happen. It has to. ATP = iron and copper / Ceruloplasmin. ATP= metabolism at its core.

I think I really need b12 now. Lithium now messes me up, iodine messing me up, b2.

All use b12. Cobalt went high in hair a. Month ago.

That means I’m using it hard. I think I really really need it. We are gonna see soon. I’ll take some after bloodwork today.

Yea. B12 needed. Got back to work. Just using adenosiyl and hydroxy now gotta get some methyl.

but b12 needed. Got bloods done. That willl be the interesting part seeing what happened there specifically b12 .

I think it’s methionine that controls fluoride.
