@bruschi11 "K2 killed estrogen" What? K2 lowers estrogen? SO I should stop taking it if I want higher estrogen-higher ceruloplasmin?
@RebeWithAcause but K2 should lower calcium in blood, but increase it in bones/teeth?
I haven't used it a long time maybe I was in alkalosis like Helen said:

Calcium will never go up in blood in alkalosis. This is why you felt worse on k2. since k2 takes calcium out of the blood

K2 lowers already low ionized calcium in alkalosis, THUS causes anxiety.

this is why aspirin by increasing ionized calcium helps you.

but you need to fix alkalosis , and then your ionized calcium will be HUGE in blood

Or take calcium CHORIDE, which increases ionized calcium.

Dont forget in alkalosis they replace potassium or sodium( depending on alkalosis ) and then calcium chloride,

you are basically doing the same thing now. with CALCIUM and aspirin.

But it does lower metabolism.

Vitamin D alone without calcium cant spent k2. Since only ionized calcium spends K2.

This is why people get screwed up with K2 , since they take this K2 in alkalosis. And then they can never restore the lost calcium.

Interesting I just took last dose of my K2 drops. So I will not open that new bottle and will see what it does if I don't take it..

It could be good for you but not for me at least lol. K2 seems strong to me I only took it twice and felt like absolute shit. So maybe it's just not for my body chemistry.

K2 converts e2 to estrone.

Estrone sulfate is pro cerulo.

So taking K2 is good for ceruloplasmin production? what what that estrone sulfate means?

Yes if your e2 is high and estrone is low..

but you can deplete e2 which we know helps release copper from liver. With too much k2. So it’s about balance

I have low estradiol. So I shouldn't take K2.. ? :D Vit E also lowers estradiol?

theres definitely gotta be a post k2 step.

It might be lowering 4 andro cuz we get to estrone with k2.

And give more 1 andro. Low doses but more often.

I'm in tough spot today. Just depleted. I gave a full drop of iodine the other day. I'm thinking low dose iodine might be needed as I do take 1 andro we will see.

It’s simple as fe2 deficiency due to chromium deficiency as it’s chromium which pushes iron out of pancreas/ liver etc.

The thing is copper does go with iron. It has to. We just can’t let copper out perform iron or you have these horrid cases like mine.

I was way into mineral balancing and copper in the early 2020s when things got bad. I fucked up.

Iron has to come up. Iron is histidine. And that cannot happen in severe cr deficiency.

Bro I will do blood test. What should I test for. I will test TSH, free T4 and free T3 because I started with T4 meds to see how that 50mcg a day is working.. I will test again copper, ceruloplasmin, zinc and also ferritin. I did 350ml bleeding so I want to see if that 150 ferritin went down and low TIBC went up.. Is testing hormones like prolactin, progesteron, test and estradiol helpful for knowing what is going on with that copper metabolism and elements in general? Hormone tests are expensive and I don't want to waste more money. So I am asking if it's even helpful for something..

Very weak post iodine crash this week. Very very weak.

I needed iodine but a 125mcg dose was too much and caused extreme anemia, electrolyte wasting, now diabetes type symptoms. The dose was 2.5 days ago. Struggling to get back on feet very badly. All supplements very weak. Including hormones.

Feel like this could be the end of road for me. feel paralyzed in. Body.

I would answer this and give you more in depth response. But I’m coming to conclusion the illness since the antibiotic in 2019 has always mainly been vitamin k2 deficiency .

K2 converts estradiol to estrone. Estrone sulfate retains chromium in the body making VDR work.

I had extreme reactions to k2 and things changing on oligoscan since I began it yesterday.

The antibiotics in 2019 killed off commensal E. coli. Gbold writes it here on this site. E. coli makes k2.

Bad k2 deficiency in my test results last month .
I had very high amounts of k2 producing bacteria. So it was to help me convert estradiol to estrone then.

When using probiotics, I get PSSD type symptoms, emotional blunting, low libido, numbness etc. My biomesight shows really bad dysbosis, but every darn intervention hurts me. What is one meant to do, do we supplement K2 to get E.coli down?

Seems I need lithium as iodine utilization system turns on. Lithium seems to be bridge from iodine utilization to selenium utilization.

Is it lithium using b12 to raise NAD? Maybe

Yea he was good. I haven't seen many ppl like that online to really have such a wide variety of approaches. Most people just choose 1 approach and go tunnel vision and that's it.

@RebelWithACause the most important fact was that he didn't have any agenda if I am not mistaken? Once you make decent money from some approach, protocol, stuff.. You push it and you don't care about facts anymore.. He was simply all about biochemistry and how it really works and like you said put everything together. Not just doing one stuff that works, but ignore the other stuff that is important as well..

@RebelWithACause he is sick again as he’s writing again on Reddit.

What is he doing wrong? that’s the question.

oh rlly ???link?

I don’t have it for you i forget what his name is . But it’s clear writing style. Me and 2 other Gbold followers all saw it and it was very clearly him. Talking about pfs and stuff
