Let's just move all things here and not polute bruschi's thread lol.

I'll start: it's insane that the PFS Network still exists the way it does and they still taking donations. Did they really have any groundbreaking development?

WHat you expect. It is like any other health issue that can't be fixed by cutting or poisoning something..
Btw hair sample is sitting 3 days already in sorting centrum in the US. I think customs will cancel the entry. So no hair test fucking great..
I just did 7 hours in warehouse. Lifted like 10 000kg. I think I gonna die lol.

I think finasteride definitely stops it's own metaboism. I remember the 3 times I did some experiments with it I felt different for like weeks. Or the breakdown is extremely slow.

Also I found the study that shows finasteride skews body more towards a ratio that is also prevalent in homosexuals:

It blocks 5α-reductase (↓ androsterone) and diverts more testosterone into the 5β-reductase pathway (↑ etiocholanolone). (I got this from X)

Now does it mean this automatically makes you gay? Probably not. Still interesting because most people I have seen use finasteride they become more feminine and dare say a bit flamboyant. Especially long term usage. I talked to a guy on another forum non-related to health or hair and he was on it and he had massive mental issues. But funny like most people on finasteride he denied it all and it was just because of his life circumstances.

Of course you can have depression. I also have it sometimes (low mood) but the way he explained it was very much like what PFS people experience except not as extreme. Detachment, zero enjoyment, low libido, etc.

I was watching this video of creators of that new nutritional balancing supplement brand Valence. Where is also that Luke practitioner.
Listen what he said in 28:00.. I don't know if I understand that correctly. Is he thinking that chloride from sodium chloride is the same stuff as chlorine or is he saying that people who don't know would think that sodium chloride is the same thing as chlorine? I hope that second option is correct otherwise it is crazy how someone who doesn't know that chloride is not chlorine and that chloride from table salt is essential element for us that we need a lot actually..
Anyways I like they supplements in that lower doses. like that Na/K up or zinc or that slow ox Shop - Valence Nutraceuticals

I think he thinks chloride is chlorine not sure. Some of these NB guys just talk weirdly like they are confused. I noticed it with some others too back when they had videos of this group from FaceBook.

Doesn't look like a bad supp. But better to buy everything yourself so you can dose yourself imo.

But they def. don't follow ARL/Eck. Sounds like they just added more stuff to it because they heard it's good. I wonder how this affects hair tests. Not much probably since it's not very high dosages so it's probably safe as an alternative.

Vitamin K is not good for everyone either. Vitamin K fucks me up still does. But natural from vegetables doesn't bother me.

K1 has to do with coagulation and K2 has to do more with calcium metabolism.
K2 you have from fermented stuff like natto made by bacteria that is long half life form mk7 used in most supplements
and you have short half life form mk4 that is in stuff like yolks, dairy, meats, organs etc..

Yeah that Luke has no idea about anything but how to manipulate hair test.
It is crazy how much more we know and we don't make any money from it heh..
We could make so much money. I know so much about bodybuilding, supplements, diet etc..
But when I look like shit and my health is not good. Nobody would trust me lol..

I agree. That being said the majority of practitioners don't earn any money, barely. That's why they set up these alternative supplement companies so they can still earn something. But is also the reason why they bullshit their followers how these supps are superior. Which is just marketing talk.

But yes you could earn money becoming some type of coach or guru. But then someone gets fucked what you going to do? You will probably say just do ARL. Just look at Helen. How can Helen earn money with this even if he wanted to? People try something get hurt and they complaint to you lol. It's very hard to monetize this. Even if you want to.

It's something people have to do for themselves. As long as you outsource your health to anyone you'll be worse off than if you do it yourself. People need to learn to trust their own instincts and capability.

Plus a lot of this information is all available for free on the internet. But most people want to follow someone who chews it up for them and gives them the blue print. Then you will have a guru position so people can come to you which is mostly mental help. It's not actual help it's mostly just supportive help. Which is fine. But that's all that is.

If I could leave all this crap I would. Gladly. The health sphere is not my favorite topic of interest. It's just that I had to learn stuff to get at least my health back. I'd love to never read anything about it ever again.

I would like to combine knowledge from bodybuilding and this health stuff together. I don't see any coach who has good knowledge on both topics.
So more like helping average people with average health how to train, what to eat, take.. I don't see anyone in bodybuilding even top gurus who have knowledge like I do and vise versa I don't see anyone in this nutritional balancing/health world who knows as much about bodybuilding, training as I do.
I think there are people like that, but they are probably fucked like me(so they don't believe they would have a lot of clients if they saw him in person lol) or they simply have better ways to make money..
It is crazy how much money are taking fitness coaches per training even when they know nothing. But they look good..
I couldn't deal with really sick people that's for sure. I would crash from mental stress really fast that I was not able to help them etc.

Yea you looked better than most average bodybuilders back then. I see a lot of people using steroids and they look like shit like the steroids are barely working.

Fitness coaches purely meant for people with no knowledge and "feel good chemicals". It's not about actually training. Or anything.

They feel better to pay a guy who is fit and get advice and then believe they will also get the results. Or it is even simply "I am paying for a fitness coach so now I automatically work towards being fit". Which is not true obviously... it's just like standard procedure when someone is unfit.

@MNK99 dude I am fucked. Lost bone, collagen tissue, spine is fucked, cardiovascular system is completely fucked. I can barely work some stupid manual labor job part time.
Those photos are 15 years old. I started with steroids in already bad health state. Steroids just finished me..

@RebelWithACause there is a great description of stress that we were talking about on Wilson web http://www.drlwilson.com/ARTICLES/STRESS.HTM
It is crazy how much stuff resonates with me when I read about nutritional balancing from old school guys.
Yes Wilson has a lot of good info. But sometimes he mixes some insane shit in it. Makes me wonder what went wrong with him:

Maybe that diet he promotes. Guy just seems to be not all 100%. This picture by itself made me think less of NB. And then on top you have guys like Luke and Lewis. Most "influencer" people who do NB don't look healthy.
Maybe they lack protein and stuff to bind all the minerals they are taking in.
