Yes Wilson has a lot of good info. But sometimes he mixes some insane shit in it. Makes me wonder what went wrong with him:

Maybe that diet he promotes. Guy just seems to be not all 100%. This picture by itself made me think less of NB. And then on top you have guys like Luke and Lewis. Most "influencer" people who do NB don't look healthy.
Maybe they lack protein and stuff to bind all the minerals they are taking in.

I really don’t think the daily anal coffee swallowings are that beneficial long term

Of course it's not. I don't agree with 100% of what he says for sure not the diet stuff(too little protein and calories in general) or that coffee enema. I think if you are trying to detox and you have health issues it works for many peopple, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who have no issues like why.. People get addicted to those coffee enemas. Maybe he is as well..

Yea I like him, he does have good info. Not trying to be an asshole either. I hate saying it because he doesn't deserve it he tries to help people. But health is health... incl. "looks".

TBH I think the coffee enema is just boofing caffeine like you "boof" other drugs. It hits the bloodstream harder.

@RebelWithACause We already talked about this. There is so many factors in play. You don't even know if he does 100% of what he says to others to do. Like how many doctors say people don't drink and smoke and they drink and smoke. You also don't know his health history etc.. Not to mention I don't see anything wrong with his photo. That Luke guy on the other hand looks puffy a lot. Maybe he has a lot of stress and simply has bad diet etc.. It is bad advertisement for him. But that doesn't mean HTMA and balancing is not working..

I think he likes the feeling of putting things in his bum bum .

He also has recommended girls putting coffee in their pussies. And guys putting their dicks in a cup full of coffee and holding it there for a half hour.

Dude Lewis looks puffy as well with a moon face. Dr. Wilson looks hypothyroid too he looks worse than my dad who never done any NB. But yes it could be he was very sick or something. Who knows.

Why Wilson looks hypothyroid on that photo? I don't see puffy face(eyes) yes Luke and Lewis are puffy. They eat garbage probably drink as well etc. It has nothing to do with eating optimal diet etc.. + they did crash diet on the program crazy low calories. THat probably tanked their metabolism. They simply don't know why bodybuilders etc.. know how the diet/metabolism works..

Those are not signs of hypothyroidsm. For sure not "dehydrated" face. The major symptom of hypothyroidsm is puffy/bloated face and puffy eye lids. Like that Luke practitioner has. Wilson is not like that in that photo. Look we are arguing again about nonsense. Like I said we don't know his story. We don't even know if he follows what he is teaching at all. So this debate is pointless..
THere is plenty of people who have great skin, great hair and end up dead from chronic disease in 30s. Judging by looks is stupid if you don't know their full history etc..

I'm not arguing bro. Just putting it out there. Old people don't have bloated face either but are hypothyroid. When I was very hypothyroid I wasn't puffy at all I didn't digest anything so more like a skeleton.

I personally put some importance on looks as a reflection of health. But yes it's not always so simple. I am not saying I look like a supermodel or something. But this guy promotes his program as a healthy lifestyle but if you would see that guy you wouldn't think he looks like the epitome of health. But at the same time of course it doesn't mean a model knows anything about health.

There's a balance. And maybe forcing the body with minerals and vitamins isn't the best way long term - it's just one way.

It's just a complex matter. And even these programs have negatives and this is what I try to figure out too.

Long term I mean years. I think if you're bad of course it's good to do this stuff... at least you'll get back to some normalcy

Like I said we have no idea what is his story. We don't even know his age on that photo.
But yeah you can point how he looks. But it has hardly anything to do with HTMA and mineral balancing. So many factors in play.

Btw the picture Rebel posted wasn't even the original picture, it was a grainy low quality version which made him look very different and unhealthy lol so you were commenting on the picture quality and not his actual looks

He does look like he had a lot of oxidative stress going on. But hard to tell when we don't know his story + we don't know his age. If he is under 60 then he does look old.
But that doesn't mean that HTMA is bad or useless..
