@RebelWithACause I tried 20-25ml of olive oil in 2-3 meals instead of 10-15g and I get worse blood flow for sure. My fucked up vascular system can't handle it.
I also suspected for a long time that my damaged body can't no longer handle the amount of oxidative stress that is needed for proper metabolism. That's why I have lower blood pressure as well etc.. My body with all that collagen breakdown and catabolism can't simply handle anymore normal blood pressure and metabolism on full gas..
From the moment I crashed and aged like crazy within months I knew that my body is like body of 80yo and so it has to adjust everything. So I don't drop dead..
You might have bad fat oxidation or you are a very slow oxidizer. I used to have the same I would eat a tablespoon of olive oil and oxidation went even slower and I even felt depressed and worse in every way. This was also on olive oil. Any oil or fat.

In those times I did better on a lot of vegetables in the meals with protein and low fat and low carb. Like Lyle McDonald RFP (with more calories) or Dr.Wilson his diet. Or some carbs (low-medium). But now I can't do that anymore. So maybe for you it's better for now to not do oils and fat that high.

Or maybe you can try low carb and run more on fats like Gringo said in his thread. Might work but I did remember back then even that was too much oil when oxidation is very slow. Because I did try adding oils to the low carb low fat diet on some days.

I think for me now my fat oxidation is better now vs. in the past. I can easily handle fats. But maybe not good enough to deal with high saturated fats like some people can. Because I did get fatter on saturated fats and satiety was lower it seemed. So I ate too much even though fat intake was high. Maybe also has to do with omega 6 and PUFA in fatty meat I think those can have influence on hunger (make it higher). Who knows

So the idea of Gringo with MUFA's spoke to me and after trying it I notice less negatives vs. saturated fats. Maybe it's a better source for people with a slower oxidation. I do not have an extremely good metabolism like some people. It's decent where you are not bed bound but it's not crazy good. I imagine if you have some crazy metabolism it doesn't matter what fats you eat. You just burn it all and use it. In that case it might not matter as much?

But this is why I still try to find optimizations to do to make it easier to live on a daily basis while still making progress and keep oxidation running. And MUFA seems a nice addition for me at least.

But yea if you are slow slow I would avoid too much oils at the start until your fat oxidation gets better or you just stop your oxidation.

@RebelWithACause Basically I keep eating olive oil because I hear all the time how low fat will fuck you up. Cause gallstones etc.. But the more fat I use any fat the worse I get that's for sure.. Same goes for fiber especially soluble. The more fiber the more constipation/less bile. It makes sense. In chronic stress and slow metabolism colon is not that active so fiber just makes you constipated like crazy.
In my case because I still didn't fixed the stress that comes from work, place I live. People.. Just life bullshit(stuff that healthy people can handle, but not people with fucked up body like me) It only makes sense to not push the body with anything. No supps, just neutral diet some lean protein, moderate carbs, lower fat. That is what feels the least damaging.. Simply nothing will work for me when my body feels stuck in hopeless situation.. I managed saving some money. SO hopefully I am at different place before winter comes and things start moving.. Otherwise I drop dead that's for sure.. I will move or at least I will just spend all my money on 3-5 month at some warm place with no stress in hope that I will get with my health to the point where I can work full time and support myself. That is all I want from this joke life I have left.. Have my own small place and spend all my time outside of work time just relaxing. Zero drama of family bullshit and stuff.
