That's awesome! More proof tei works.

Improvements are all over the board honestly and every cycle can be different. Some cycle can be 100% positive, while other can be completely negative until off, and every way in between. You just have to give it time and have faith in the process.

I had my second hair test in November. They dropped the copper and vitamin-e and gave me zinc and magnessium. I felt like death on those two, so I went back on the copper and vit-e [my original test supplements]. I felt awesome again within three days. I had been sick before that second test and didn't eat much. I didn't think that would mess with the test, but it did. I am reminded of the importance of maintaining a baseline for weeks/months before a test.

Sure thing, I'm working on a more detailed post.

Some pathway has been blocked for six years and just needed the proper combination of vitamins and minerals. In many ways I'm better than I've been in my whole life. This hasn't just fixed my current state[Sept 2018 TEI test], I've never really had a time of perfect health that I'm trying to get back to. Just periods of less bad.

I'm realistic and am completely prepared to crash back to 0 at anytime. This window of relief has allowed me to do things that will make it harder for me to crash again.

I've been hiking +/- 5 miles 4-7 times a week[~2000ft elv gain]. In the beginning, when I would do the same route on consecutive days it would become noticeably easier each time. Compared to pre Sept where I would hike less than a mile and be drained for 10 days [joints like glass, muscle weakness etc] Anyway, I'm sure it doesn't sound like much but this is an improvement I can hardly believe.

My digestion is without a doubt better than it has been in my entire life. My diet is simple and has not changed much since pre Sept. Jasmine rice, fish, beef, egg, green beans, carrots, OJ, macadamias make up the basis. Before TEI I couldn't eat rice with any protein or I would get a cramp that would make it hard to stand and constipation that would ruin the next day. All I could eat was meat and vegetables. Now I can eat rice with anything in large amounts. I'm finally able to get some lost muscle back.

I know this isn't the norm. You are supposed to feel bad while on TEI and see improvements after your stop. I can't explain it.

Actually, according to Catherine you can feel better as well on TEI usually not right away she said, but after a few weeks which seems similar to your case. That can also make more sense since you are not battling anything super crazy like PFS or PSSD etc. so totally logical IMO.

So happy for you man. You disappeared from here after being On quite a bit- not gonna lie I was worried about you.

One thing I think about right now following your story and looking back at mine- we both did antibiotics before Natural health (TEI for you, fasting/ Rife/LLLT and so much more for me). Do you think you had surge ahead from abx help? Or do you think it was all mainly TEI?

I think in both cases, we did pretty much exactly what we needed to do post-abx. Lot of people tell you “abx don’t work.” Which I disagree with. I think it’s - “abx only work if you follow them with great natural health techniques.”

But would love to see what you have to say about that before jumping to conclusions. It’s crazy for me looking back last year when I got better. Its very conflicting for me as I’m now here on round two.

I do appreciate it. There's no way I could say for sure about the abx. I did minocycline with colloidal silver[max dose of nano silver] and TUDCA quite a bit in early/mid 2018. This was when I was thinking you could/should kill Lyme directly. Between ending that protocol and begining TEI, I didn't feel any better than before the abx/tudca. However, it is absolutely possible that abx/tudca allowed TEI to get in there and bring my immune system back online.

Now that my digestion is so much better I'm eating a good bit of garlic, rosemary and oregano again all of which have anti-bacterial, anti-this anti-that etc. I'm sure you are familiar. I imagine this is helping to.

Very interesting. Just read a book " Please Don't Kill your Lyme" or whatever by Wyatt Palumbo? Ever heard of it? Also talked to my nutritionist about it. And we are trying to balance immune system to take it on.

But its funny, you have guy on CFS forum "Abdulrahman" that was huge advocate of all things natural health and he actually became Natural Health Doctor and immunomodulators- but he said only way he got over the hump was with big doses of clarithromycine 21 day cycle.

So I'm just conflicted on my end as to what next steps will be after my fasting and refeeding is done. I have another 5-6 day fast coming up at end of this week.

Scalp both times. I was real close to doing leg or arm, but the guy I get my test done through talked me out of it. Do we have any info that says body hair produces the same results as scalp? I'd love to not have a bunch of bald spots.

As to which one is the most effective or accurate we really still don't know 100% as we are discussing that now, but it seems so far that all the areas TEI lists still can work based on user results. Most people use scalp and a few of us used pubic and a few with armpit. But they all seem to be working in terms of balancing and getting some improvements. Just be consistent though, I think that matters most, so if you start with scalp stick with scalp for each test going forward.

It is time for my bi-annual update.

I did TEI religiously until May 8th. I stopped only to perform a stress test [to see how stable my health was without TEI]. So far, so good. I'm always hesitant with the word cured. Most of my symptoms are gone, maybe they will all come back. If so, I will just go back on TEI. Out of everything I have tried over the years, nothing has even come close to the relief TEI has provided.

Other things I have been doing;

1. Wormers[anti-parasitic]. I've been to some bad places on this planet, raise livestock, process wild game bare-handed, etc. Yeah, Its not a stretch to think I have some parasites. I started using the natural wormer that I use on all of my livestock with pretty good results. I found a place to order Fenbendazole powder in bulk and will probably use that twice a year or something. Let me know if anyone wants more details.

2. 1-2 mg Test base topical. I have been wanting to give this another try for years. I was on TRT and I think the only reason that didn't end up working for me was arimidex. I tried the low dose topical after I had been off TRT for a while, but I was already too messed up and it just made me worse, even at .5mg/day. Anyway I just started this at .5mg a day and will slowly work up to 2mg/day. So far nothing bad like last time I tried. I know some people have expressed interest in this method so I will probably start another thread. @brix

So muscle wastage is healed? & can you go into detail about your sexual symtoms (shrinkage, numbness, ed, etc) during the years before starting tei & while trying trt etc

Just to make it easier for this person, just click on his name and go to his log to see his story etc.

Felt better on it day one, normalized my sleep and helped mood a lot end of 2018. But I fasted like fk and did lots of randro, 4andro, electrolytes, most of CD's.... and ru486, ellaone, etc.

may do more tei... to further balance and deal with some major depression stuff going on lately...

When super balanced and intune I think Feeling good day one on tei can be done. Nowadays, yeah maybe not so much for me. In early 2018 or 2017... probably I'd get wrong results and or feel terrible. I didn't long fast, water fast, breuss fast, juice fast till end of 2017 and beginning of 2018. Hope ev1 is doing sick. Keep crushing it ev1. MNK loves you.

With healing you can feel great for a while. Then you get to a new "health level" and you notice you are very bad. But you look at it from a new perspective. Might have happened to him.

I came from a place which I cannot even imagine now. But even now I still deal with SHIT. Not PFS. But just non-optimal shit. And I healed a lot.

It's insane. Sometimes that fact makes me hate life. I used to be very positive about life. But going through this crap has made me more like apathic to life. It shows me how bad most peoples health is and what type of weird world we live in. Very soulless. Maybe it's just the West (I live in The Netherlands). But this stuff has me jaded a bit.

I thought healing would make me happier and enjoy life more. Instead it gave me a more negative perspective of people and the world we live in. Kind of ironic.

It has increased my capability of thinking and making my own choices. So it's not like it was only negative. But experiencing life has taken a hit.

Just read his posts here he ignored the TEI recommendations as well. Just kept taking the thing that got recommended to him at first by TEI. No wonder he crashed. He ignored the second test because he "felt bad on it"... I mean at that point don't do TEI at all lol. Hope he's doing OK now though.
