Its been a while since you were on here man, glad you are doing better than ever!
Do you mind going a bit into details about improvements you have so far?
Sure thing, I'm working on a more detailed post.
Some pathway has been blocked for six years and just needed the proper combination of vitamins and minerals. In many ways I'm better than I've been in my whole life. This hasn't just fixed my current state[Sept 2018 TEI test], I've never really had a time of perfect health that I'm trying to get back to. Just periods of less bad.
I'm realistic and am completely prepared to crash back to 0 at anytime. This window of relief has allowed me to do things that will make it harder for me to crash again.
I've been hiking +/- 5 miles 4-7 times a week[~2000ft elv gain]. In the beginning, when I would do the same route on consecutive days it would become noticeably easier each time. Compared to pre Sept where I would hike less than a mile and be drained for 10 days [joints like glass, muscle weakness etc] Anyway, I'm sure it doesn't sound like much but this is an improvement I can hardly believe.
My digestion is without a doubt better than it has been in my entire life. My diet is simple and has not changed much since pre Sept. Jasmine rice, fish, beef, egg, green beans, carrots, OJ, macadamias make up the basis. Before TEI I couldn't eat rice with any protein or I would get a cramp that would make it hard to stand and constipation that would ruin the next day. All I could eat was meat and vegetables. Now I can eat rice with anything in large amounts. I'm finally able to get some lost muscle back.
I know this isn't the norm. You are supposed to feel bad while on TEI and see improvements after your stop. I can't explain it.
