Guys my hair testbis finalyy here. Need some help to get the interpretation. I didn't do TEI. But they have recommendations on what to do with the diet and which vitamins can help. I hope with your experience we can smash this pfs out of my body.
I did blood tests today also with dht, ceruloplasmin and other this I didn't check before so we can have a clear picture. It doesn't say if I am a fast or slow oxidizer. Appreciate everyone's opinions and effort.
@Helen @joekool @HerrFisch @MNK99 @Niles @IHateFin @RebelWithACause
.
Thanks a lot guys. If you don't understand( coz its in stupid Spanish although I'm Portuguese) please tell me!

Yeah but they do not recommend suplements like tei or arl does so youll mostly have to buy them on their own and combine them

Yes that's my plan. I've mentioned all you guys coz you have all the expertise on this issue. Hope we can have an agreement on what is best for my case along with the blood tests and put me on the right path.

Pedro what if Catherine's just busy for a bit and you can contact her later? Or I give you international account contact info (email).

Bro I've spend a lot of money on this test and a lot of money in blood tests ( around 500 euros) . I can try to contact her but it will be more wasted time. Can we work on what we have here now and in 3/4 months repeat the test maybe with tei?
Or is it possible for them to show them this exam and they give me the supps options?

Holy shyt that's a lot. That's like 2 mo rent in a lot of places (not so much here nor most places in canada... good places not really, but ya).

I mean it looks detailed. It looks like that first test RWAC did maybe, or someone did... @RebelWithACause -- with the elemental values.

What supps do they recommend? I am translating some...

-Surely Helen has better advice than I can come up with but yes, will try and translate a little.

Yeah I'm getting no money for supplementation I've needed to quit my China job so. A little bit messy for me right now

They do advise diet which I'm using chronometer. About supps they've mentioned vitamin D , K and E. And diet so o can get more calcium, boro, manganese and selenium. There is more detailed things on the graphic but this was the major thongs o recalled

Good Point @Bruschi!! Definitely looks like 4 lows. AND, anti inflammatory diet (or something close to it) should be very key.
ALSO: I mean no sucrose, no lactose, a few foods like lamb, beef a bit, with rice... and other anti inflammation foods... for like 1-2 years. It's detailed elsewhere, online.
-I was going to say no Ca, but as per recommendations, maybe that is not correct. ALthough perhaps as said by Helen If I recall correctly, you are a Fast oxi, so maybe Ca is fine.

-Look Pedro, if I had great solid advice right now at this moment I would tell you. BUT I will have to come back and think about it. I had notes from all of this year - most is gone. I saved some of our emails. I am sure you were on some anti inflammation diet, the thing is maybe fine tuning (tightening it up), removing anything that irritates your digestion, and sticking to it, with HCl and Enzymes is the way to go. But like I said I had notes - gone pretty much.... working on that, but I kind of get sidetracked.... all the time. Data recovery... will do at some point.

Yeah I guess I'm a fast oxidizer.
I'm currently on a diet program very anti inflammatory. Only eating good carbs( mostly at night) but not having milk and milk products like cheese or iogurt. Should o have that in order to rise my calcium intake?

--I don't know man, whatever you, I or anyone does... It's best to get things in diet as you know. And also: in unison. I have had some milk products but like 2-4x a month, and look, I look shredded yesterday, but digestion not great today and look like I have water retention, just with carbs yesterday. But yeah it will be fixed/ and day to day fluctuations happen to many normal people too, without pfs. But still*.
-For now, I think you should continue not having it but I may be wrong. I think a tiny bit here and there won't hurt. Instead of milk, maybe greek yogurt and things of that nature, like high protein and fat foods, along with carbs. So it's combination foods. Rather than milk (also a combination food, but less protein).
-I tried to eat high fat high pro, and low carbs and then now more carbs a bit less fat, as per TEI recommendations. For Fast oxis... it's something else, probably moderate carbs I am guessing, but I do not know for sure. When ARL said (fast - ish) for me, I think their dietary recs were like that, I truly feel better eating like I usually do, and adding carbs at night - but still mostly potatoes, rice, etc, bananas, post workout -- like carb backloading...but also my only carbs are then.
-Unless I feel crazily hungry or like I need to eat. Like today I felt like I better have breakfast/lunch bc I was getting a bit sick, so I did.

-2-3 lows perhaps... I'm not great at graphs and shyt.

She I said milk I said almond milk which has more vitamin D and calcium and less carbs then the normal.
And dairy products. I like Greek iogurt and quark since it has a lot of protein and low carb/ fat.
I also adding more fruit and chocolate with more then 70% cacau on it. Those are the sweetest things I'm having right now.
