HIGH and LOW DHT and PFS cases ( protocols , explanations, theories)

anemia is not from lack of iron, anemia is from inability to protect red blood cells. called hemolytic anemia

same anemia happens in g6pd deficiency.

g6pd makes NADPH, NADPH makes DHT.

INSULIN makes g6pd.

so when people have g6pd deficiency , they get hemolytic anemia. and crash. and their bilirubin goes up, since they cant protect their red blood cells.

So in this situation in PFS it could be that insulin is shut down and people get some kind of hemolytic anemia. in which you run low on tetrafolate

and thus histidine is lost
In the blood test I just received I can confirm I do have this response about this kind of anemia, and bilirubin is up

you dont do anything anyway )) I keep telling you , go on TEI, you just test stuff
I am going very soon, just waiting my hair to be long enough to cut. At the moment I have military style hair.

On your earlier point about increasing dht and increasing strength of androgen receptor.

Is this why I saw improvement by doing potassium and then b2 later on?

potassium yes, increases insulin

You don’t have to use head hair. Many of us don’t.

The premature ejaculation could be from too low histamine levels.

Histamine receptor could be super sensitive, and then during sex , histamine gets released and boom reaction.

if NADPH is low, this would decrease tetrafolate and this will lower histidine.

As you said, you genetically make little DHT.

this means that probably you are genetically g6pd deficient. this means you make very little NADPH as it is.

May be this is why you crashed on finasteride.

If you genetically had low DHT, question is why you took Finasteride. Finasteride is to lower high DHT.

this is why many people with g6pd deficiency CRASH on finasteride WHILE ON IT and not off.

we have at least 20% on propeciahelp who crashed WHILE ON FINASTERIDE since finasterid kept binding their NADPH and they could not make more of it , since they were g6pd to start with.

And their hairloss situation is from lack of BH4, which is made by Tetrafolate))) and

and they never needed FINASTERIDE in the first place

The hairloss happens when you dont make nitric oxide. if you are g6pd deficient genetically you make very little NADPH.

and this decreases your tetrafolate and folinic acid. which basically tells your HAIR To grow. folinic acid makes DNA.

this is why folinic acid is used to restore hair after people use drugs that kill NADPH for cancer

And if someone is g6pd deficient , then this someone genetically will make very little DHT. and at the same time. that someone will have hairloss

since you make very little NADPH which has your folinic acid very LOW. and thus you have very low BH4 which is cofactor in eNOS.

You raise a good point. I have very little body hair, and my hair loss was not “aggressive” but it was/is still happening. Now, to your point, the first time crashed, It was while I was taking Fin. Probably about 7 years ago. I didn’t realize at the time that it was Fin doing it so I kept taking it, and a year and a half later, I normalized. But I didn’t have sexual sides that time. Just the mental stuff. It was this second time, when I quit cold turkey that the sexual sides can along.

So would TEI increase tetrafolate, or is that something that has to be done separately?

on another side , we have high DHT people with hairloss

Those are people who cant breakdown DHT, and their hairloss is from hypokalemia

TEI overtime should fix this situation,

I am just saying to you that you must be g6pd deficient from the start genetically. and that is the reason for your hairloss

You should have never taken finasteride. And now finasteride made you even more g6pd deficient.

I am not sure, but something tells me thta if you try to take folinic acid. you will feel better. right away. Not folic, but folinic. ( active form)

TEI has to be retested every 3 months.
I was wondering if it is the case to retest it even each 1.5 months since things keep changing very fast.
I say this based on helen recovery that he was able to fix himself just by testing and testing himself step by step.
If it makes sense as I will jump on TEI, I will retest with much more frequency than every 3 months, no problem about the money.

@Boris and myself have retested at 1 month and sometimes 2 months. Shouldn’t be an issue

this is why your goal is to keep AR receptor strong and at the same time increase 5AR.

this will downregulate density of the receptor.

this is why if you take manganese this increase NADPH along with B1, since that is what pentose cycle runs on.

and if you take Zinc ,( normal dosage and B6 active, you will get zinc plus cysteine(( since b6 increases cysteine in the body )

Zinc plus cysteine is the attachement of the ARs to DNA. so basically if you increase those, your ARs attach better to the DNA, and this makes the AR stronger acting.

thus zinc plus b6 lower 5AR by making the receptor stronger.

but this will lower your NADPH even further, and that is why peopel feel like shit on zinc.

but if you add manganese or B1 to it. then zinc by making AR stronger wont be able to lower 5AR, since B1 will increase 5AR

And basically you put AR into the squeeze,

from one side you made it stronger with zinc and active b6.

and from another side you increase DHT levels with b1 and manganese.

And boom there is no other way out but to downregulate the DENSITY of the AR

The mineral and vitamin connection to AR and 5ar connect seems correct as I received 2 capsules of para pack and 2 vitamin E per day as my last TEI recommendation and
I got insanse hairloss. Para pack is zinc, manganese, b1, b6.
I lost most (70%) of my regrown hair in 35 days and my regrowth was the work of 5-6 months, massaging, dermarolling, wooden hairbrush.

My mood went insanely shit on these 4 capsules, muscles became very weak, catabolism, depression and anger, really really unbearable.

any ideas how to prevent hairloss on these supplements? Potassium high diet?

Yeah, this is why people who truly recovered from PFS all got bald.

Like Cdnuts, Lightatheend, Cytrochrome,JustquitDut. All went bald.

I was on those two supps my last cycle and I know exactly what you are talking about. I would rub sea salt on my scalp everyday in the shower and that really stopped the itch and slowed down the hair loss.

I fear of sea salt fucking up the next hair test and derailing the supplement recommendations.
I dont have the itching, just lost like crazy, despite the frequent massage with fingers and hair brush, headstands.

But freeflow's hairloss on supps seems different, right !!! He seems to have what one would call protein-wasting/extreme catabolic hairloss . The people with MPB/Androgenetic alopecia doesn't seem to have this extreme muscle wasting/catabolism
