I screwed up guys big time

So I screwed up big-time guys, and now I have to start back at square one. So I'm a nurse that works in an ER and I ran into a doctor that said he's starting up a Hormone Clinic. So we got to talking and it turns out that he's using testosterone and dutasteride together and he's having great results on his patients. His protocol is testosterone pellets and dutasteride every other day. So I went to his office and I got all kinds of blood work done those results will be back next week on Tuesday. But he gave me a prescription for Avodart and I already had some testosterone enanthate so I took a pill yesterday. Felt okay and was actually pretty damn excited about what's to come in the hair growth Department. And this doctor is telling me he's got no side effects whatsoever and that he can screw his wife every night of the week whereas before he can only do once a week, and his energy is up so he can work long shifts. Obviously you can go on the internet and see plenty of pictures of lots of regrowth using dutasteride. So around 3 a.m. I wake up, with anxiety, penis cold and shrunken. So I go to try to see if I can get an erection and nothing was happening. I couldn't focus, I usually can dream about some female and think about a scenario to get things started, but it was like my brain couldn't even imagine anything. I ended up having an ejaculation with a flaccid penis . I was so freaked out praying to God to please detox this crap out of me. I took a detox capsule from Dr Lin, and I put some DHT andractim on my penis and tried to go back to bed. I had to get up for work this morning so I tried to go back to sleep I only got about an hour after that, and I woke up feeling better, and a semi erection.
Before this everything was looking up I was dating, and obviously the nitric oxide protocol was working like a charm. so we'll have to see what happens in the weeks to come, since it takes almost 6 weeks for the half-life to get out of the body apparently.

Avodart is 10000 times worse, my hairs became so thin that lots of scalp was visible, and before it I had hairs that the average person can just dream fortunately after I stopped they thickened again

I'm feeling a little jittery today and my skin feels cold I'm getting Goosebumps while I'm working normally I'm nice and warm, not feeling as confident as I normally do... However my libido is pretty good... Man, I can't believe I actually put that stuff back in my body... Obviously when you look at the internet and see before and after pictures you think that that could be you one day if you follow the regimen... Also what sucks is people saying they don't get side effects... But if you think about it even if you don't get side effects taking the stuff forever would probably be very bad for the liver and your whole system... what is really scary is how it screws with your brain that's the scariest part... I'm normally a very positive man, can be arrogant and cocky at times... But geez, this stuff totally can put you in a depressive State anxiety... Hopefully everything will go back to normal in a few weeks if not sooner... According to dr. Lynn you have to detox your liver and use nitric oxide enhancers like Arginine to get everything back

That doctor probably had high DHT, and when he takes duta he feels better. I was the same. I had high DHT and when I took fin, and DHT went down, my sex drive, mood confidence everything went up.

May be you get a rebound from duta. Lakehouse took duta , but he took it for a year I think.

I actually rec'd duta for downregulated AR cases. May be you are on of them.

first i took saw palmetto for 2 months, on it i noticed very big depression without reasons when i woke up and collagen issue of my skin, then i quit and used avodart for 2 months that made my libido sky high, triggered crazy shedding and subcutaneus fat loss as well as beard loss and dick felt less full (but no shrinklage or fibrosis or bad veins), then i quit cause my hairs were shit and started fin and used it for 2 months, fin did nothing for hairs so i quit, 3 weeks later the nightmare started and you know the rest of the story

yeah, I also felt crazy high libido on fin. I guess from estrogen rise. since I always had high DHT, so when you block 5AR, you get more estrogen and libido goes up.

I did not have bad sides at all on fin until my DHT went down below the middle. Before that everything was just better, when DHT tanked I got hairloss/ It was funny people took fin for hairloss and it caused hairloss in me)) I guess if you dump your DHT 2 low you get hairloss also))

When fin tanked DHT low, I had high libido and shitty erections. Thought about sex non stop like an idiot)) I called it performance mismatch. Libido was sky high , and I could not perform. People here also checking their dicks, thinking about sex all the time. and complain about low libido))

I guess fin only works for hair, if you really get the dosage right.


Same as now, I took huge dose of fin, it killed DHT to zero . Boom hairloss.

He said his original test was 246. and now its over 1000, but he didn't tell me is original DHT or his DHT now. His estradiol rose to 90.
So this is the same scenario as with the post I posted on tranny's getting hair growth blocking DHT and raising estrogen at same time, reversing all their balding. So , you see how enticed I was.

yeah , if he had huge test to DHT conversion. then taking duta, decreases DHT to the middle. which raises test and increases estrogen that he had low. Plus he takes additional test.

But if that estrogen goes too high , you get even more hairloss.

you should have tested you hormones first. Since taking duta with low DHT is crazy)) you just lose erections right away. and increase your estrogen.

Like in me I had crazy high libido thinking about sex all the time, but could not perform since DHT was tanked to zero ))

So lets say if your test is 400 and DHT is like 900 ( 200-800) scale then taking 100mg of test a week. will put your test into 800s and DHT will fall into the middle.

the problem with this, is that this will inhibit NADPH and estrone wont convert into estradiol= so no libido. if estradiol was low

I guess if you use duta with test or without test = you get high conversion into estradiol= high libido, but DHT has to be not zero to have some sort of erection.

But regardless, I'm going to just stick to N.O. protocol, with good diet. Once I figure out what diet is best for me.
Red light has been helping my hair anyways. So just need to figure out what electrolytes or vits will help with my MPB. Like you said earlier, I should just keep the shaved look, as it suits me actually. However, reversing MPB has become like a hobby, and it would be exciting if we could crack the code, and totally reverse baldness with more natural means. Like you said before, it is more of a cortisol insensitivity. Ray Peat says its a cortisol thing also.

you should just test your hormones and then just try to balance 5AR accordingly.

At least you need a clean picture what body chemistry you are in. And then you can try to balance your system.
