according to some researchers, they say its not the actual DHT level, but the binding of DHT. and that DHT gets stuck high in the scalp were circulation may be impaired in the tight skin. Do you agree?

My libido is high today despite the shrinkage episode at 3 am. and the disassociation. but I feel better. and when I went to the mens room , I noticed my testes and ball sack was bright red. I just feel jittery and skin feels weird.

it is something to do with the zinc finger. since koreans are trying to inhibit zinc finger in the scalp. cxx5 or something like that.

I think hairloss is most likely connected to vitamin b2. Since the cases I saw of hairloss had high DHT and high cortisol, which means that FADH was low.

How does b2 and dht/cortisol correlate? I’ve been taking b2 and have noticed less hair loss.

@brix, not to answer for Helen, but there is a PubMed study noting that b2 inhibits 5ar. but I don't know if that is the mechanism on why its correlated.

Any Other Ways To Reduce 5-Alpha Reductase – Directly Or Indirectly?
Absolutely.
There’s evidence that polyunsaturated fatty acids like linoleic acid may act directly and indirectly on 5-alpha reductase by 1) reducing inflammation, and 2) altering lipid bilayers in cell membranes to decrease 5-alpha reductase formation.
There’s also evidence that vitamin B2- also known as riboflavin – may decrease 5-alpha reductase activity, though the mechanisms aren’t completely understood.
Even the polyphenols inside green tea may inhibit 5-alpha reductase.
The pathways these substances take to reduce 5-alpha reductase are complex, and they’re still being explored. As a result, I’ve omitted these from the flowchart until studies can confirm their exact mechanisms.
Finally – we can also reduce 5-alpha reductase activity by decreasing total androgen production. The less androgens our bodies produce, the less 5-alpha reductase is activated. This was covered in the first article about reducing free testosterone, and as a result, we won’t cover it again here.

B2 breaks down NADPH. and thus lowers 5 AR. NADPH oxidase is FAD enzyme. Which breaks down NADPH. and NADPH is what runs 5AR

Also b2 is needed to make cysteine. Thus increases DHT DNA reception. So it lowers the levels of 5AR , but makes DHT work better. Lowering 5AR gives you more estrogen.

Also by killing NADPH it lowers cortisol. So allows potassium current to work better.

I’m about to try b2 to fix my pfs. Hopefully it fixes pfs and hairloss in one hit.

Would there be a small maintenance dose of b2 that we could take to prevent hairloss without throwing anything out of balance? Or eventually it will throw something out of balance?

Also will it lower copper much as you take it? I know it’s meant to make copper more available.

you almost fixed your PFS with potassium.

Well I look balanced on my tests but I am not. Still got all the symptoms of low copper i.e. low estrogen.

Im hoping b2 fixes this. But im nervous to start it.

What symptoms did potassium fix? like 80% of symptoms?

Hmm I wouldnt say that much. It got my hormones firing more than anything and got my body feeling okay.

But the low copper availability is the bulk of my problems and it only slightly improved that.

I also had stool tests done that showed low levels of gut bacteria. There is also a link between gut bacteria and b2.

Could it be as simple as b2 is the missing part for me in all of this?

What is your DHT level?

what symptoms do you have?
All relating to low copper or low estrogen.

Bad histamine reactions to food and the weather and allergens, no sex drive, stool colour not brown, anxiety, erection quality not there and libido not there etc etc

Also multiple chemical sensitivities too
