Last september I was doing really good so I wanted to gradually start the electrolyte protocol so I added whey (unflavored, Diesel brand, pretty clean).
This gave me a weird reaction of both positive and negative. Positive is it raised my libido and genital sensitivity, however it made my sound sensitivity really bad (glycine or glutamine via NMDA?) and then caused a small crashso I had to stop. My stools also smelled awful so I thought maybe I was feeding some sulfur reducing bacteria.
Should I try again with a blend that doesnt contain glycine or glutamine? Or take it with other stuff like B's?
This reaction is interesting because I had the same thing with my ox bile crash in 2022: I had a big rise in libido, followed by a crash.
