Always remove animal fat. Triglycerides artery exploding clotting gains. Paper towel to remove fat if slow 1 and for general heart health. 100% fat diet would be a waste of time. Probably have had 100% protein days, 100% carb days, 100% fat days% 100% veg days. Sometimes I hyperfocus and zone out and forget to eat (also sleep in a sense). I catch up tho. 90% clean tho. The random jacked up diet days are rare random occurrences obviously not during nutritional balancing.
I was wrong. I was lied to by medicine and big food and pharma. I'm adding fat now. I always ate a lot of fat and protein and carbs ... started with protein and then kept 30 percent carbs 20 percent fat most of my life and to repair pfs. BUT* ya i am adding fat to meat now. So I stay satisfied. I is carnivore for now.
Rather drink coke zero tbh.
I was also joking, I never had 100 percent fat days, maybe if I fasted and only had butter but I really don't think so, if I fell asleep coming back from university and ate in the am. 100 percent veg days meant non meat, not 100 percent only veggies. ALTHO oh ya I did do that for weeks after water fasting.
