Protein kicking you out of ketosis is a myth.

"Ketosis means ketones are being produced in the liver from fatty acids.
This happens when liver glycogen (stored glucose) runs low. The body goes into starvation mode and turns on an alternate fuel source."


Your body makes glucose from the protein if you eat enough of it. And it releases insulin. Eat enough meat and you will be out of ketosis.

I never tested it but the Snake Diet guy did. And he was out of ketosis after eating a lot of meat.

Well, it would be an easy test to run. Use keto sticks, get into ketosis, then start eating lean meat and see if you're still peeing ketones

Yeah but tons of other people online have tried it and apparently it didn’t make a difference so who knows.

On this cycle I shit sharp rocks or something. My anus is being shredded to pieces by my shit. Is there anything I can do to make my anus not bleed? I dread going to the toilet because my anus will be under heavy assault. I think it is because my metabolism has slowed down a lot. Overall I do feel good.

I shit dry pallets as well whenever I am off sups, as if my body has to make bile again and I am dehydrated. Could be potassium related.

@RebelWithACause @Admiral fats. Get a lot of good fats. Try black seed oil, flax seed oil, good omega 3s. Flax milk has been great for this too.

Stick away from meats and stick to Bone broth and fish.

Radish, celery juices too might help.

Always remove animal fat. Triglycerides artery exploding clotting gains. Paper towel to remove fat if slow 1 and for general heart health. 100% fat diet would be a waste of time. Probably have had 100% protein days, 100% carb days, 100% fat days% 100% veg days. Sometimes I hyperfocus and zone out and forget to eat (also sleep in a sense). I catch up tho. 90% clean tho. The random jacked up diet days are rare random occurrences obviously not during nutritional balancing.


I was wrong. I was lied to by medicine and big food and pharma. I'm adding fat now. I always ate a lot of fat and protein and carbs ... started with protein and then kept 30 percent carbs 20 percent fat most of my life and to repair pfs. BUT* ya i am adding fat to meat now. So I stay satisfied. I is carnivore for now.

Rather drink coke zero tbh.

I was also joking, I never had 100 percent fat days, maybe if I fasted and only had butter but I really don't think so, if I fell asleep coming back from university and ate in the am. 100 percent veg days meant non meat, not 100 percent only veggies. ALTHO oh ya I did do that for weeks after water fasting.

I add animal fat tho is the point.
