Something which I haven't written down in my log is my experiment with L-Threonine a few weeks ago:
Generally I have a really good spatial sense. When I was in the military they tested our spatial sense with computer tests and I had the highest score of all people present.
Contrarily my sense of orientation like navigating on the streets has always been really bad. It's a lack of interest but more a lack of capability. It's like my neural net can't reproduce that kind of information.
It got to the point where it was so bad that while I was dating a foreign student and walk her home after that she was worried that I won't find home!
However when I tried L-Threonine I at first just experienced an increase in hormones and libido (I guess it's because it gets converted down to L-serine and then creatine).
The real interesting thing was that after a few days my sense of orientation and also my interest in it expanded a lot.
Unfortunately I had to stop it then because I developed dyshydrotic eczema. I stopped L-threonine and it disappeared.
Hopefully I will figure this out someday. Or mineral balancing will fix this.
I guess the imbalance of my body chemistry is a low threonine state and more is not allowed.
However I have been like this since I was a little kid. Would be shocking if this is really an imbalance which can be corrected. I always thought I'm just built that way...

damn son. Spatial sense was so bad i got lost at my gym, to and from a resteraunt, on my street etc while crashing fin.
isnt super amazing before or after either but 1000x better than that. thank god. ive gone on dates and met friends and gone to classes and even work almost not recognizing people until a bit later (All throughout 20s). Again it's a lot better. But yeah I hate spatial sense. I may not know where I am half the time, But like a cat, I always land on my feet.

@Blugrass You are right. Andreas Moritz kidney tea also has herbs with high oxalate in it. During my research I stumbled upon this: Does Tea Cause or Treat Kidney Stones? [12 Tea Types Compared]
A list of teas to treat kidney stones with very low oxalates level. You might want to try Azul tea for example - looks fancy and I read some positive reports.
However I have no personal experience with it.

I can only speak about my experience, but this sand that comes out is Oxalate crystals caused by the tea. If you look at the ingredients in your tea and my tea as well, some of these herbs are high in oxalates.
I'm sure the tea can be helpful to someone who doesn't absorb oxalates the way I do. But for me the bad outweighs the good with this type of kidney cleanse.

Thank you for the link, that's a great find, I may try this Azul tea.

So it's the fifth day of kidney cleanse.
Urine is a bit more foamy. Yesterday at night I had a little bit of pain in my kidney (I think).
My excessive sweating is maybe a little be better. So it does something to the electrolytes.
But what wonders me most is that I don't urinate more than usual.
I thought the herbs are mostly diuretics...
Whatever, hopefully it will give me some benefits at the end )

i would stop the tea for a few days to see if the foam goes away. Foam is not a positive sign

@Blugrass as I mentioned before thiosulphate should be really good for kidney cleanse, along with full body cleanse, it cleans everything, and it is a part of electrolytes protocol

It cleans heavy metals, calcium. etc

My urine PH is almost always on the alkaline side, I think that's why I mostly make Calcium Phosphate stones.
When I did the 24hr urinalysis, it showed low levels of sulfate, and that could explain why the PH is high, but I'm not sure.

I'll look into this. Thanks

So it should be day nine of kidney cleanse.
I try to keep intake of animal products, coffee, tee and alcohol as low as possible. I thought this will be very hard for me but it is actually fairly easy because whenever I eat some meat or cheese my whole body feels very acidic. I read that's because allegedly a lot of acids get removed during the kidney cleanse.
Caffeine ends up as uric acid I think so it's the same...
So I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and funny thing is I feel very good on that diet (this is usually not the case).
Water with lemon juice helps a lot.
No sand yet.
Also libido is high, muscles feel hard, women look pretty and respond well - I guess that's what people call androgenic I think...
A lot of things are different but I don't think these things are permanent. It is just a strong tea.
Little bit more tired all the time, mental capacities are not top-notch but overall no real interference with daily activities.
I will probably stop at day 14-15 because I read that sometimes a strong reaction comes after stopping the tea and I'm out of town next weekend. Have to be fit then.
Have a good day esteemed reader of my miraculous log!

Nothing new to report regarding the kidney cleanse.
No sand yet. Urine looks normal.

I just looked through some old blood work and saw very high eosinophils.
It's clearly an infection I have. Maybe it's not viral but parasitic?
NOX is upregulated to fight it and eosinophils try to eat it up.
There are parasitic cleanses but not sure if they work.
I could also go on ARL and hope that they will regulated my immune system to fight it...
@Helen Do you have any experience with infected people. Will nutritional balancing work to get rid of an infection?
Might take a long time right?

I don't even now what it is. Viral, fungal, parasitic?
I have been in this state for many years. No wonder I have damage from oxidative stress and a clogged up lymphatic system.

I think the kidney cleanse improved my overall health a little bit.
I'm on magnesium malate for my upcoming liver flush and it's just crazy how much my libido increases. Had this before but it's too much - I don't like it. I like to work on stuff instead following a girl looking at her ass although I should have turned right two blocks ago.

I would really like to go on NB but I will start a very challenging job soon. I have to be at top mentally and physically. Without chemical depression.
Maybe I will just test and stop it if it's unbearable...
Catherine doesn't respond to my email so I will do it through one of those shady uk websites probably...

Thank you for reading my log. I hope you do well. Thank you for being part of this website.
Thank you for helping others if you can.
Good luck, I'm rooting for you!

Try taking supps only at night, every other day or every third day if you want to run nutritional balancing without the chemical depression.

I know what you mean about the magnesium. I'm going through the same thing with crazy libido during a water fast. Taking magnesium chloride baths daily and all I want to do is ejaculate lol.

I will stop the hydrogen peroxide.
I don't see the reason why Helen and others recommend it for viral infections. It inreases oxidation which will basically just do the same as NOX already does. All my issues are damage from oxidative stress due to upregulated NOX.
It might be useful for people with underactive immune system (means low NOX due to other imbalances) but I don't see how it should help me. In fact I got worse. It does the same as sugar or thiamine...

Finally they give me a lot of copper. I might regret saying this but I look forward to the copper. In the previous weeks I developed a chocolate milk addiction - I guess it because of the copper ))

In the supplements there is 106% zinc, 124% copper /dosage.
My aluminium increased because I had to take an deodorant which is high in aluminium. But it was the only one which worked at least to some degree for my excessive sweating.
It's so horrible and embarrassing at times ((
Thym-Adren is really interesting. I'm wondering how the thymus glandular will effect me.
Hopefully this will bring me a step forward *fingers crossed*
