Hi guys,
I will reactivate my log.
After years on ARL, which improved my overall health A LOT. I tried to switch to TEI which failed because of logistics (not available in my country - only indirect ways are available but that did not workout).

Instead I went down a route which I had in the back of my mind for a long time: parasites.

I have high eosinophils on my blood tests and other markers which I don't remember all suggest parasite infection.

So I tried this product for one month:
SCRAM

Now days after finishing the cycle I feel GREAT improvement regarding my chronic rhinosinusitis.
Other things like blood sugar regulation have improved a lot as well.

I will pause for a week or more and then continue with a different anti parasitic because it was already shipped to me: mimosa pudica

I will use this log to keep track of everything.
If you have any experience regarding these supplements or parasite cleanse in general feel free to chime in.

thats rout I'm also in. parasites eat vitamins like folic acid. they also push us to eat high iron, sugar, copper foods. thus our brain and liver are full of sh*t. After killing parasites your body will slowly get better on its own or you can replete vitamins and minerals and recovery will be faster.

Interesting last few years I was almost addicted to hot chocolate. Cocoa is very high in copper and iron IIRC...

Yes I feel very good after that cycle but it feels a little bit like after an ARL cycle... things are changing new balance is established...
That's why I want to give it a little time before I continue.

I will try to eat well in terms of nutrition...

Little update:
I am probably the most healthy I have ever been and feel very well. A lot of things have improved a lot after the cleanse. Also my varicose veins feel a lot better...
I guess since NADPH oxidase has lowered a little bit there is more NADPH available for glutathione recycling.

But there is a little downside. I have to fart a lot now lol.
I guess if you kill parasites the gut has to establish a new bacterial balance... I hope this will improve over time.
I might take a little bit psyllium husks everyday for support.
If you have any recommendations or experiences regarding this please let me know.

Apart from that I will wait a few more weeks before I continue with parasite cleanse...

Please check your eosinophils levels, it will give You proof that parasites are under controll
If You did ceruloplasmin and copper tests before, it would be nice to see if they levels changed. In my case they grow after bactrim and I feel much better

Yes I will try to get this tested eventually but I'm sure it is not fully under control yet.
Things have improved a lot but still way to go...

Hi manu, good to hear you are doing well.

I noticed you spoke about having fungal issues, have those resolved on ARL?

I'm almost 1 month on mimosa pudica. It is a very interesting supplement. It basically is a gut scrubber:

There is this theory that you have to take anti-parasitic supplements for longer time (few months) because parasites lay eggs in all kind of places. So it is needed for a longer period to clear everything out.

I had taken 2x 2 tablets daily and I will increase it to 2x 3 and my plan is to take for the next 3-4months. After that I plan to do a scram cycle.

And after that I want to go back to ARL/TEI to fix terrain.

I'm still on mimosa pudica and I feel very good on it. I have seen people taking it for 6 months and I will do the same.
For me it lowers anxiety and improve cognitive functions. And over time it should take care of parasites...

Overall I clearly can feel how adressing this parasite issues has improved my hormonal levels.
It looks like NADPH Oxidase is not as active anymore and more NADPH is going into hormonal route and gluthatione, nitric oxide etc.
My erections are a lot stronger (nitric oxide) for example...
Also in the past I had periods where my eyes got very dry (sometime after a lot of sex). This has not happen for months now...
Dry eyes is a symptome of low nitric oxide levels.

Before I restarted this log here I focused extensively on liver flushes (andreas moritz style): In the past a lot of stones came out but I got sick everytime after flushes so I had to stop them.
So now before starting this anti-parasitic route I wanted to restart them but I tried 3-4 times and no stones came out at all...
I tried to eliminate coffee from my diet and meat etc. Nothing.
I'm sure they are a lot of stones in it. If you live for so long with low NADPH means low bile acids... there should be a lot going on...
So I wonder maybe it makes sense to try this again once I'm done with this anti-parasitic approach because bile acid production should be a lot better.

Happens to me but not upon arousal, its an oxidative stress symptom i think!

What supplement are you using? I assume its from the seeds only? Based on the article they dont recommend the roor/leaves.

I finished my trial with Mimosa Supreme. I am going clean now for about 1-2 weeks and then start a new SCRAM cycle.

I'm in the best physical shape I have ever been in the last 20 year I would say...

After that I will test with ARL how things have changed.

BTW only initial hair test shows your current state (body chemistry). Hair test while you are on the program don't show your body chemistry. It shows basically like a "stress test".
Because you take supplement to push you in a certain direction on purpose. And hair test shows you the effect of that push.
That's why all this reasoning during the program "oh your copper has improved", "my levels have improved but I feel worse". It's all bullshit.
Your practioner is here to manage your emotions nothing else... Definitely not to adjust your program so you feel better.
Your levels will fluctuate during the program. Better levels on a RETEST do not equate a better current body chemistry or that you should feel better.

A few days ago I have catched a cold and I was getting very cold with shivers at night in bed. Insane headache, etc... NADPH oxidase shoot up... after so many years I can feel this exactly.
Next day: infection 95% gone.

If you look back 10years it would have taken me about two weeks to get back to normal baseline...

This is a sign of healthy immune system. Ramping up oxidation as fast as possible to kill every intruder... then back to baseline as fast as possible... because this level of ongoing oxidation would damage your own body over time...

Is still think I can improve further but the work I have done on NADPH with anti parasitic approach really worked. Not sure if SCRAM or mimosa pudica was more effective...

Today I remembered that I still have some myo-inositol laying around. Back then it helped with energy levels and anxiety. But eventually I had to stop it because after few days of taking I got sick every time.
Now I read that inositol helps with NAFL by increasing fat export from liver...
Back then I also got sick after liver flushes in the same way...
So something toxic was stored in there...

Since liver flushes don't work on me anymore... whatever I try I don't get any stones... I think about trying inositol again.
If I don't get sick anymore I have fixed my liver apparently...

Try chiro inositol and/or IP6 instead.

Myo is really for women it raises e2. Chiro helps raise testo.

I am taking IP6 and Chiro.

Chiro costs more money and isn’t easiest to find by itself.

Had a sexual encounter recently and things really improved a lot (erection and arousal). Nitric oxide production improved A LOT.

But I still have some problems: Altough my chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps improved a lot I still have some flare up from time to time. And complete loss of smell...
When I am in a good state - which is most of the time now - nasal polyps get very small so I don't notice them at all.
But theoretically if I really fix the root cause then nasan polyps should not only get small but they should actually fall off.

So I will run a 1-month SCRAM cycle again...
I want to get a blood test after SCRAM to see if eosinophiles have improved. This was very high in the past and could be indicative of parasites...
