@Helen i did not try H2 water yet.. im thinking about it... as you say... we dont know what is really doing and studies are short.. we dont know what can do to us long term... i just dont know.. it looks like everything the elite allows us to know about got a backdoor trap... it looks/sounds good but in reality will fuck us up, like a trojan horse.. i am still undecided on the H2 water thing... the elite does not like people knowing about H2O2, boron/borax and lugols iodine therapy, as they tried and still try to discredit these things ... my phiosophy is whatever the elite is promoting is bad and whatever they are against or try to block/discredit is good(e.g. vaccines are good, raw milk/eggs/meat bad, butter bad, margarine good, junk food good, organic farming bad/irrelevant etc., saturated evil, hydrogenated fats = superfood etc.).. i dont see any attempt by the system (yet) to discredit H2 water..so im still on the fence, so to speak

i am planing to do my 3rd hair test, this time with ARL... to see what cofactors I am missing(do they actually tell you on hair test report what cofactors are missing???), because in the electrolyte protocol u said the most important thing to do in order to heal ourselves is to do hair test and see which cofactors we are missing so we can restore enzymatic processes which will restore the body to homeostasis...

you also said hair test matches perfectly blood tests 99% of the time.. so why do bloods/urine tests??

for the last 3- 4 months i didnt take ANY supplements, zero, I ate/drink only foods..

i am talking with ex elite athlete(now coach and naturopath/health coach) at the moment on FB who is 64 and he drank H2 water made with tablets for a few decades.. he says its key for health and sports performance... i can send u my conversations with him to u if u want and his FB page(if u wnat to chat with him about his experience with H2 and other stuff)... he is very col dude... i found him through a testimony he left under a H2 tablet product...

That is the idea. Japanese claim that some people were on hydrogen water for 20 years and pretty much ageless. I remember Antonio showed a guy in one of his videos who looks 35 at 71.

But we dont really know if it is true or not.

It would be nice to check all the markers after 3-5 years of drinking this water.

test tube in the bottle method with elemental magnesium and some acid is basically the same mechanism as tablets and everybody can afford it..

Selfmade hydrogen, elemental magnesium reacts with water to hydrogen. And with any acid, the reaction doesnt stop and you get hydrogen pretty cheap.(And some magnesium hydroxide which you leave behind if you use the test tube method.

the reason the best hydrogen machines are expensive is you need one with SPE/PEM technology if i does not have this then it is useless

I'm in an fb group where there is a guy with lots of experience with h2 water, and he says that h2 can't act as an antioxidant in vivo because there is the competition with ghs, vit c, and otjer antioxidants (or somenthing like that) he says it mostly act as a signaling molecule preventing the formation of OH

Has anyone found reviews of people who consumed H2 water for multiple years? I'm very curious to hear some long-term testimonials.

Also, what machines are people using here? I've found a few links throughout the thread, but I'm curious how everyone has liked their machines now that it's been a few months since people started using them. I think I'd spend somewhere in the $400 range.

@mattyb i have two machines. The High Rich hydrogen machine that use when I travel. Convenient and small. $250 or something like that. I REALLY like our other machine, the Alkaway Ultrastream. $600. Hydrogen, alkalines, ionizes, and filters.
