@Blugrass sounds like a solid gameplan. Slowly taper off smoking until you can eliminate it completely. Try hitting a punching bag with gloves if you have one nearby. I just started boxing and doing sauna work and it has been awesome!

Thank you,

do you do the Punching bag thing just to induce sweating?

Side note, when I am functioning better sexually, I am usually sweating a lot more than usual. and I would sweat without any physical activity (its like my body is able to detox again) but that doesn't happen very often

I box and hit the punching bag to relax my body and detox. I hit the bag for 30 minutes with breaks and then jump into the infrared sauna for 30 minutes. My muscle mass is even sharper than before and very veiny. I am digging this routine a lot.

It is healing for me. An awesome release of energy and I even feel like napping before I box which is rare for me considering I am very hyper and energetic. I recommend it.

Thank you so much for explaining this. Everywhere I read it says high K and Na means fast oxidization, that's what confused me.

My diet before this test is always mainly carbs. so about 50% carbs 25% fat 25% protein. I am currently researching Keto diet because it sounds like that is what I need?

I also think I will avoid supplementing with minerals even though my copper is low in every test But I am worried it may be hidden. I think its better to allow the body to balance its own minerals.

Do you have experience with Hydrogen Water? It sounds to me like I should be avoiding it right? because I am fast?
No keto diet is very high in fat, low protein low carbs. You want lots of fat but not ketogenic levels. Like i said 40% fat, 35% protein 25% carbs. Something like that. You might be ok on something like 40 30 30 too

You can avoid supps just make sure your diet is top notch or nothing will change. I sugfest cronometer plug in your daily food plan and make sure the minerals and vitamins all hit 100% rdi. Also that i have the 40% fat

Nope i havent tried the water.

Funny thing is I always had better erections when I add a few teaspoons of olive oil to my food, but it makes me bloated AF so I would stop. I think I should stick with it for a few weeks and see what happens.

But then again, shouldn't Ceruloplasmin be high for a fast Oxidizer? Maybe things just changed for me between those tests.

I did the blood donation because my Iron Saturation was on the higher side and I thought my issue could be Iron Overload. I did only one donation and I felt worse afterwards.

I don't have recent results for the tests you mentioned but in Sep/2017 they were

I will say that in 2016 my BUN/Creatinine ration was below reference range

Thank you Sir

I was referring to TEI and ARL recommendations based on the oxidation status they find, but despite that, one is better try different ratios and see where it feels best and where its markers also look best, cause sometimes those two are not the same.

Your BUN is lil on low side yes, but all markers are in range and look alright. It might be related to that h. pylori and the status of the stomach and gut. Maybe that Pylori got or is about to get under control soon !

Regarding cerulo and should be high in fast oxidation as been said by @Helen, idk ive seen my TEI test of quite low and high thyroid and adrenals ratios respectively in Slow 4 to change to Fast 1 with still low thyroid and high adrenals ratios even way better than previous ratios and my cerulo is usually b/w 20-30 (23 and 28) (with free copper 28% and 23% respectively), which cerulo is not near high, but my hair tests look like im in fast oxidation all the time, so..

I see you did probably nutreval or some, either blood and/or urine there should be amino acids tested, so you can check your status of zinc finger for ex., as looking at those histidine, cysteine, cystine, lysine, glutamine, also good for accessing vitamin, neurotransmitter, glutathione metabolites and status. You seems well tested, thats good.

Hey man, I actually did the blood amino acid test offered by Life Extension LOL. Yes I have spent a lot of money on tests so far (no regrets tho)
I tested Amino Acids along with Glutathione and Vitamin A.

Glutathione and Vitamin A are on the low side. but let me know if you see something unusual with the Amino Acids (relating to Zinc Finger)

This was done last month (May/2018)

1. @aztec, Re: Punching bag?
-Hard to put in an apartment right? It's not suitable for that, correct? Maybe standing bags, but what about neighbors crying about noise?
-I was in Kickboxing/mma a tiny bit when I was younger (I hate groundfighting but it's important for self-defense).
-Anyways, I was looking many yrs ago at Waves, and other things... Heavy bags.
-Impossible to hang in an apartment (the new expensive ones they build everyday) I think. THE OLD apartments that are well built in Toronto, it may be suitable (just get rid of it, and pay a guy to fix up any damage, before ending lease, ideally). It's hard tho, bc if landlord visits... can get screwed over.
-Anyways, the standing bags are better for that... but room is limited. If I get a bigger place at some point I might get one.
-I remember a long time ago, I installed some pull up bar at my bro's place, and then I returned it bc I wasn't sure about the door frame.

-1400 a month apartments are more stable than 2500/mo apartments... hyperinflated housing and apartment market there. Stupid.
-Probably for sure worse in NY and Cali and Boston tho condo wise.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-2. @Blugrass, Have you tried High CBD strains? Vaped or oils? Vaped CO2 extracts?
-No more weed? (probably good idea if very sick).
-I was super sick, a lot better but still have a ways to go vis a vis PFS.
-I'm using mmj and some other stuff to help with mood and focus. Finding it good but troublesome. I take stims. And the first week of medical mj I was high like 24-36h after taking it (sounds silly, maybe they were "ghost highs" or placebo). I don't think it was placebo tho, bc smoking a tiny bit in early 20's would ruin the entire day too.
-It's decent... but I am going to dilute my 1:1 strains to like 1:4 or less. Or take some THC indica and then sandwich it between a v high and concentrated CBD Co2 extr mix.
-I'm only using it to not hyperfocus, have insomnia all the time, and to avoid hardcore meds (that I don't "NEED" but would make things easier, except for terrible side effects which I seem to get ALWAYS).
-Srry to get off track from your thread.

@MNK99 try going to a boxing gym my friend. Punching bags take up too much space. Purchase some arm wraps, training boxing gloves and start whopping ass. You will notice the benefits rapidly.

Sleep is a big deal for anyone’s life. But, if someone is sleep deprived, it can have implications like strain on your nerves, reduce concentration, weaken your cognitive abilities or even impact your IQ and EQ level. So, you really need to improve your sleep habits.
Here’s what possible steps you can take. I know they are general but they helped me;)
  • Fix a bedtime alarm. Schedule a bedtime and put your phone to go off 30 minutes before you need to sleep. So, it’ll allow you to finish the tasks which you needed to complete within time. So that you can go to bed on time. Make it a daily routine, even on weekends with slight delay.
  • Get away from all sorts of mind engaging activities especially electronics before an hour to bedtime. It’ll allow your eyes to relax and get comfortable to sleep. Instead, listen some relaxing music with close eyes. It’ll relax your mind and you’ll easily get into sleep. It works for me.
  • Make your room sleep-friendly. Keep your bedroom clean, well-organized and well-ventilated. Fill it with good, nice smell instead of stinky smell. Keep the windows open, so as to feel the slow wind. To avoid the noise, put a soft pair of good ear plugs so that your sleep don’t get disturbed. Invest in a nice, soft comfy pillow and mattress (here are some useful reviews Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor Review [New Data. 2018])
  • Meditate before you go to bed. (I am trying to form this habit myself)
Hope you`ll be strong and handle it!

quick observation, for the last month I have been taking Platinum Plus Amino Acids, one or two pills a day (@Helen recommended in one of his posts)

It gives me a huge mental boost the following day when I take it, very positive mood, much better verbal fluency, better motivation, and more confidence. This is very unusual for me.

However it does have cons, my sexual function becomes worse. ED, PE, Frequent Urination, bloating all get worse. my face looks older, and my knees started popping and cracking THE VERY NEXT DAY after my first pill (this happens usually but not this bad)
my whole body feels very acidic after I take it

So I decided to look deeper into the ingredients of that supplement to see if I can figure out whats helping and whats hurting. Or maybe the same thing that is helping my brain, is also giving me those side effects.

Platinum Plus Amino Acids has:
a blend of free form amino acids, very little Creatine, very little Molybdenum, and 200 mg MSM per pill

I tried Moly in the past, didn't help at all, I can't remember if it gave me knee problems. Also there is only 30 mcg of it per pill, I can't imagine that alone would make me dump a lot of copper.
I got a stand alone Creatine supplement, tried it, and I did not get similar results.
I got a free form Amino Acid supplement that only has the same Amino Acids with nothing else (Sera Vita brand) I did not notice the mental benefits the next day.

The only thing left is the MSM, which I have never tried alone before. But I suspect that MSM is whats giving me the mental boost and also giving me the side effects.

I think that I may have Metabolic acidosis, and the extra sulfur from MSM is making it worse. But it is somehow helping me mentally.
its very cruel, I feel very Alpha when I take PP Amino Acids but I am dead down there lol

Anyways I am just thinking out loud lol

I am now trying a copper supplement. I have never taken copper alone before because of all the warnings online. But every where I look in my tests I see low copper in serum, plasma, ceruloplasmin, and hair.

This is my third day of taking a very small dose (0.6 mg per day)

Pros:
- maybe deeper sleep, it's harder for me to wake up
- very minor improvement in hard flaccid (it is still bad tho) but I see less veins on my penis sometimes
- maybe less jumpy and more difficult to startle
- erection quality and premature ejaculation have actually improved quite a bit. My penis feels harder when it's up. I am not leaking precum like crazy as soon as I get aroused

Cons:
- a lot more OCD
- body feels colder (thyroid probably)
- a general sense of unease, can't explain it but I am not happy
- gyno/puffy chest is worse

I have taken zinc alone in the past and I believe that it hurt me, but I might add very little of zinc along with copper. Otherwise I don't think I would feel comfortable continuing this copper experiment

I am planning on adding insotiol tonight to see if it helps with OCD

Why would you take metals like copper in pill form? When you can just eat like 1 tbsp of beef liver. Where you will have like 1 mg of copper +B vitamins, vit A, zinc and other minerals, amino acids..?

I eat chocolate everyday, yet my copper labs are always on the lower side. I think whatever digestive problems I have might be preventing me absorbing copper very well.
So I wanted to supplement a small amount to see what effects it may have on me. So far it has both positive and negative effects.
I need to figure out what else to add to copper to make it work better.

Possible because I feel warmer when I take that amino acid supplement. Maybe the sulfur is raising my metabolism.
Not sure how my knee popping and cracking is related to that. Or maybe it's unrelated.

We talk about this all the time so obviously you do not know much about copper metabolism... If your copper transport protein ceruloplasmin is low then your copper will be low as well. It is not about taking more copper. By taking more copper + in unnatural form you making things worse. There is a reason why is your copper in the blood low...

So eating Copper rich foods won't help right? What is the reason for Low ceruloplasmin?

And what is that reason?
Mainly low transport protein ceruloplasmin. You can't have just free copper in the blood. It causes crazy oxidative damage.. that's why measuring just copper in the blood is useless and maybe even more detrimental, because you see low copper in the blood and start taking it. This will just stress your body and the ability to make ceruloplasmin will be even lower.. Look at electrolyte protocol... You need amino acids, glutathione working etc..

What is the useful test for measuring copper then?
Doesn't ceruloplasmin need Copper to work? isn't it possible that someone might actually just have a copper deficiency?

I am not saying your theory is right or wrong, just asking about other possibilities.
