Guys,
Sorry I'm not active on here but life is crazy right now.

above you can see my second hair test which I did in mid October. They labeled me a fast 1 this time. But I think they should've labeled me fast even in the first one.

I did take hydrogen water supplement in pill form for about a week between those tests.

Nothing changed in my symptoms except I now have kidney stones

did they rec copper to you on the first test?

On the first test they recommend 4 mg of copper only.

Notice how my copper and zinc numbers stayed exactly the same between the two tests. Everything else changed a little

Sodium and potassium look crazy high, have you been supplementing with those things?

The copper dose does look high on that, but so long as you keep all the ratio's correct, why not start to follow at lower doses, and slowly work up? In theory that would just balance you slower, but still move things in the right direction.

I've experimented with an electrolyte supplement called nuun every now and then

Maybe I'll skip the copper plus and just take the copper in sym pack? That would be 3 mg per day. Idk if I feel comfortable taking a total of 13 mg of copper per day

If you dont take the program, dont take anything at all. why even test hair and do programs then. I dont get.

Yeah I did the tests because I want to follow the program, I just never heard of anyone taking that much copper per day. I wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience. I want to fix my copper deficiency and be balanced. But I don't want to be copper toxic.

Maybe I'll do one more test after not taking anything for a while. Just for peace of mind.

I think I read pubic hair is fine, is that correct?

I shave my head so it takes me a while to get enough hair to send lol

I think like Helen says, you need to be taking it as recommended. If I were you I'd just take a lower dose of everything, but keeping the ratios exactly as the suggested list. Get a retest in 2-3 months, then you might not need so much copper in the next one, and you can take the full amounts on the plan

Or even you could stop all sups for 2 months then retest. I guess the electrolyte stuff you’ve been taking must be high in sodium and potassium, so your TEI plan is actually correcting the imbalance from that in part.

I got the results for my third test. This one is pubic hair, the first two were head hair. I should note that I haven't followed the program between the second and third test. I only took the supplements a few times. Like two days here and there.

I purchased the supplements before, but The biggest reason why I couldn't stay on the program is that any amount of copper that I take, even one pill would tear my stomach up, and I would have crazy symptoms the next day. Also the calcium would make my kidney stones worse. It seems that the best option for me is to fix my gut first.

I'm not sure if I did.
I read somewhere that 95% of people have EBV, I'm not sure if my results mean that I just have it or that it's active

I wouldn't worry about EBV. We are in similar spot it seems. With low ceruloplasmin in bloods, it looks like you're probably copper toxic and need zinc instead of copper.

You definitely have some issues with gut but I don't think anything to warrant antibiotics or anything to that degree. Definitely something to work on.

Could you list your symptoms ?

The thing is, I tested copper in hair, blood, plasma, and ceruloplasmin. And I'm always low.

Wouldn't copper be high on a hair test if that was the case?
I get that copper toxicity might not be obvious in labs, but how can we test for it?

Even TEI wants to give me a ton of copper but no zinc.

My main symptoms
Addictive behavior (low dopamine?)
Weak erecrion, and premature ejaculation
Anxiety, bad startle response
Hard flaccid
Brain fog that comes and goes
Basically ther are days where I just can't think and feel very dumb lol
Kidney stones that get worse when I eat calcium or anything oxalates.
Feeling cold
Heat (sun) intolerance
Halitosis (not always)

I see one bacteria in my test under "auto immune triggers" it's Prevotella Coptic. You don't think it's worth it to try and kill it?

Thanks man.
