Sounds similar to how many react to it. Including my myself. A lot of people don’t have that “on the other hand column” that you have though lol. So call yourself fortunate that it seems to be putting you in right direction.

lol I guess you're right. I do feel more assertive, but without being an A-hole lol.
Must be all the catecholamines coming back, maybe with the copper.

But man that hard flaccid can really mess with your head :( I'm mean it's always bad but now it's worse.

Try finding pelvic floor relaxing techniques or something like a yoga squat. I use to have hard flaccid for abit before I found those techniques. Never had it again after that.

Thank you Sir, can you tell me exactly what techniques you used? Was it just the squats?

Reverse kegels mostly and yea the yoga squat can completely relax the pelvic floor if done properly. Another thing I've noticed that helps relax things and make it "more full" down there is always taking electrolytes. I was advised to take an electrolyte powder under my tounge to help me stay awake during sleep deprivation and I noticed that was a nice side effect from taking it all the time.

That's awesome! I'm glad you got over this. Which electrolyte powder have you used?

I'm stopping TEI after two weeks. I'm getting very nauseous and tired from all copper. Plus all that calcium and vitamin D are giving me worse kidney stones. I just don't think that's the way to go for me.

My next step is to do very slow and gentle heavy metal detox, and also lower my exposure to non native EMF. I'll still do hair tests because I think they're very informative.

The more I read, the more I believe heavy metals and too much EMF are the areas I need to work on.

Good luck everyone, don't give up!

Just take a week or two off and take absolutely nothing else and see where you're baseline is at, hopefully you will see that it is helping you. You are not supposed to feel better on tei. Detoxing does not feel good. What you are experiencing is normal.

On my first cycle I was so tired all day long I would take naps on my lunch break and would just drag ass all day like long. It was miserable at times. On cycle I have experienced flu like symptoms, headaches, sore joints, liver/gallbladder pain, insomnia, adrenal burnout, and just weird aches and pains. This is how you know it is working.

You're not wrong, TEI makes sense to me. But have you ever had kidney stones? lol this is not something that I want to exacerbate by taking sups. Maybe if I find a way to overcome this, I might go back on TEI

Ya dude do what you gotta do for kidney stones before anything. I’ve heard they are no joke lol like no joke at all. How long have you been dealing with them for? Pre-pfs too?

I have no experience with kidney stones so I can't speak on it. I just know that tei will eventually fix the imbalance that is causing your stones. Is there any way you can directly work on your stones while doing tei?

I did some quick reading on kidney stones and it mentioned that vitamin d supps can cause them but low dietary calcium is also a cause. Seems like a contradiction in a way.

Did your second test recommend the same supps? Also we came to the conclusion a while back that pubic hair shouldn't be used for a hair test.

Hopefully someone with more experience with kidney stones can chime in.

I had very very mild kidney stones my entire life. This got a lot worse in the last two years. I can't blame this on Fin, because it's been like 6 years since I last took it.

My 24 hr urinalysis shows that I'm making both calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate stones. Usually people make on or the other. So for me, high urine calcium is part of the issue. Even though calcium was elevated on the test, but it wasn't above the range.

So there's something else at play here which causing calcium to crystallize with other minerals.

I'm currently investigating the oxidative stress theory. According to some studies, oxidative stress in the kidney causes calcium to supersaturate and form crystals. So I'm currently experimenting with quercetin and systematic enzymes. Will see how it goes but I'm optimistic.

Yeah it's very painful to have kidney stones. I need to solve this first, then I can go back to TEI.

Both calcium and vitamin d sups make it worse for me. Spending time in the sun makes worse it.

My pubic hair sample results were similar to my scalp hair results. But just to be sure I sent another scalp hair sample to TEI a couple of days ago.

Thanks for your support.

What’s your thought on Malic acid ?

Right now I doing TEI on and off every few days. My goal is to find the dosage where I can stay on the program but avoid having too many Kidney Stones, I am also experimenting with water intake and reducing caffeine (it puts calcium in urine). I also need to make sure that I keep all the ratios in balance while on a lower dose.

The fact is every time I do TEI for a few days and then stop, the next week I am feeling great mentally, and depression is gone. So yeah I need to find a way to make this work; even though I know I will feel bad while on the program.

The only other thing I am doing is taking Restore For Life, for gut health. the jury is still out on this one. But I think its promising.

Last week I did two tests, my 4th Hair analysis test. and a stool heavy metals test. Hopefully I will get the results soon for these two.

I also just bought one of these bad boys. I am excited about using it on my kidneys to see if it helps.

I think blood phosphorus is part of the routine medical exam that I do every year. I don't recall phosphorus being out of range. But the last time I tested it was last September.
I am curious to know why you think phosphorus might be an issue?
Thanks

Its close to phasphates: calcium phosphates (calcium oxalates) regarding the kidneys stone you have issue with. If phosphorus is within range then maybe phosphoric acid source might be causing elevated phosphates like from pepsi for ex. In general kidney stones are when phosphates are plenty and form complexes with calcium and precipitates out and form "kidney stones".

ok I got you, that is a good point.

You see, I did a 24 hr urine analysis to figure out what type of stones I am making. It turns out that I am making mostly Calcium Phosphate stones, with some Calcium Oxalate stones.

However, my Urine Phosphorus was on the low end.
And my Urine calcium was on the high end, but it was not above the normal range.
Yet I am still having Super Saturation of Calcium Phosphate.

My Urologist said that I am an "Idiopathic Calcium Stone Former" that's basically the doctors way of saying we have no idea why your making stones, you just have shitty kidneys and they make stones LOL.

So I have figure this out on my own. My current theory from reading about Calcium Phosphate stones, is that because my urine is alkaline most of the time, I make those type of stones. Calcium phosphate supersaturation increases when the urine is alkaline.

Why is my urine alkaline? I am not sure, but I think it might be Renal Tubular Acidosis, or Metabolic Acidosis. This is usually treated in hospitals by giving Bicarbonate which is supposed to bring urine PH back to normal. That what I am currently reading about.
