ok I got you, that is a good point.
You see, I did a 24 hr urine analysis to figure out what type of stones I am making. It turns out that I am making mostly Calcium Phosphate stones, with some Calcium Oxalate stones.
However, my Urine Phosphorus was on the low end.
And my Urine calcium was on the high end, but it was not above the normal range.
Yet I am still having Super Saturation of Calcium Phosphate.
My Urologist said that I am an "Idiopathic Calcium Stone Former" that's basically the doctors way of saying we have no idea why your making stones, you just have shitty kidneys and they make stones LOL.
So I have figure this out on my own. My current theory from reading about Calcium Phosphate stones, is that because my urine is alkaline most of the time, I make those type of stones. Calcium phosphate supersaturation increases when the urine is alkaline.
Why is my urine alkaline? I am not sure, but I think it might be Renal Tubular Acidosis, or Metabolic Acidosis. This is usually treated in hospitals by giving Bicarbonate which is supposed to bring urine PH back to normal. That what I am currently reading about.
