@Orion how long did it take till you noticed b2 working? Did you take the active or inactive one?

I take inactive 200mg right now + 30mg active one. My oily skin around eyebrows and chin has decreased a lot the past few days. Might be other things at play but it started after taking the b2!

Quick edit: i usually get migraines the day before my period but it wasn't as bad this time.

Hey @Nina, I was taking 100mg inactive B2 3 x per day. It starts reducing oily skin in about 2-3 days. I think it really helps with fat metabolism.

I started with 2 x 100mg per day this week to test again, after you were talking about it, I see the oiliness reducing.

Nice that it could be helping with your migraines.

Just got back from the doc, ended up getting a ton of tests done including hormones, thyroid, some vitamins, electrolytes etc. Excited to see what my body is up to these days. Awesome that my doc listens so well and takes everything seriously.

Doing Buteyko exercise while wlaking to increase co2 and oxygen lack a bit more, works for migrane.
It pushes the blood up better by widening the arteries.

Then if about hormones, the problem, including if you have sore breast, is the lymphatic system, and the breasts are part of it.

Also look if you have an Arvigo practitionner near you to learn how to do the belly nassge, for uterus but also all organs. They show you the self massage!

No clue where to post this so i'll post it in my log.

@Helen i was thinking, women with PCOS have high test levels and i assume high DHT levels also. Almost every female with PCOS who goes on a KETO diet, gets their period back + tons of symptoms disappear. Is this the same mechanism as lets say, going on FIN? Low carb = lower NADPH = lower DHT?

Another interesting find, i got drunk past weekend (saturday) felt awful all day sunday and then started feeling better and better on the withdrawal.

Seems to have to do with the GABA theory thats going around on the forum as alcohol increases GABA which would downregulate it on withdrawal?

So. Restless.

3 weeks off from work/even longer from studies due to summer break.

Thinking about my case, i can't wait to get my test results back. Im 99% sure i have low estrogen levels seeing i feel awful on zinc and progesterone but great on low dose copper. Zinc makes me a damn robot, no emotions.

I smoked cigarettes for the first time a few days ago and i felt great on them also. Increased cortisol i think.... not doing it again though. Was fun while it lasted :)

I feel like @MNK99 right now writing so much in my log

Also about the low estrogen thing, i have had cracking joints all my life. I simply think copper is biounavailable in my body. Pigment loss in hair skin and eyes aswell since 4 years or so same time my other symptoms started.

Saggy skin also despite being same weight since i was 16 maybe, from poor collagen formation which also depends on copper.

Took birth control for almost a year, made my symptoms worse by at least 200%. Probably completely dropped estrogen delivery in my body to zero. Completely unavailable.

Then took extremely high dose copper antagonists for ~2 years thinking i was copper toxic LOL after reading some random Dr Wilson articles. Took like 150mg zinc picolate daily (sometimes even more LOL), 200+mg b6, 10 grams+ vitamin c, molybdenum or something even, manganese 30mg daily.

Also tried T3 supplements thinking i was hypothyroid up to 100mcg daily, didnt do anything at all either somehow.

Tried progesterone cream which increased my symptoms again by 200% lmao. Went away after a week or so though.

Ended up worse and worse again. Dont be like me and stop fucking around with supplements. GET TESTED :p

Do you have pcos? You have similar experiences to my girlfriend.

I have never been diagnosed, but my hormones and symptoms point that way.

Just do hair test and organic acids. You’re making this too complicated on yourself. These bloods aren’t going to tell you correct direction to take. Hormones= down stream products of metabolism .
