Awesome @Niles. Would you be able to list your most severe PFS symptoms and how much they have improved since starting TEI?
Most severe symptoms were probably brain fog, anxiety, facial changes, genital shrinkage, ED, muscle wastage, and no libido. It's kinda hard to make a short list because I had it real bad at my lowest point.

Improvements on TEI:

1. My face looks a lot better, but could still improve (my gf's grandma who hadn't seen me in a few months said I was looking really healthy last week. She doesn't know the specifics of my situation, but she saw me at my worst).

2. Brain fog and anxiety have gotten MUCH better. I used to have derealization 24/7 and would have a lot of trouble doing even simple tasks at work. Now I only have periods of brain fog every once in awhile, and it's much more manageable.

3. ED not nearly as much of an issue anymore. I can perform like normal twice a week, and could probably do more but I don't want to deplete myself.

4. Muscle wastage has improved a lot, but it's been a combination of diet, exercise, and TEI. I've gained 10lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat (confirmed by a nurse) in the past three months.

5. Libido still fluctuates a lot, but the high points keep getting better and are approaching normal.

You'll notice I didn't mention shrinkage in my improvements, because I still have a rough time with it. It fluctuates a lot, but it does seem close to normal at times.

Nice man. Most of the time we are the hardest judge on our own outer appearance. You see all little things that are not "perfect". IMO if someone else says you look healthy it is good sign.

Also you can have sex succesfully which is one of the shittiest things of PFS IMO. Not being able to function properly sexually.

Good job man and keep it going.

This is so true. I started to feel a lot better once I was able to just completely stop paying attention to my appearance. I mean, I still dress well and shower lol, but I don't stand in front of the mirror checking out my cheeks, jaw, chin, hairline, etc. You can go insane dwelling on that stuff, and I nearly did, but now it hardly phases me. It also helps that my face is improving and I that I'm getting compliments again. TBH it's probably confidence as much as it is appearance

Thanks man! As you know, you're approach to PFS was a huge inspiration to me and helped to set me on the right path. Holistic healing is the way to go

Gratz bro! I was tracking your progress and comparing myself to you based on 4 lows ARL test.
I'm in 2nd month of TEI now. Hope to see similarly impressive gains in the future.

Feeling a little bit discouraged these past few days. I planned to cycle off of my TEI supps for a few weeks between tests this time, since I hadn't taken more than a few days off since I started TEI 2 cycles ago, but I started feeling pretty bad once off the minerals. I gave it 5 days, but each day I felt worse with anxiety, tinnitus, bone pain (cheeks, jaw, chin, wrists), nerve pain, and depression. I couldn't take it so I decided to try and add back a bit of what TEI had me on, starting with magnesium and calcium because of the bone pain, and lo and behold, I began to get much more stable again. It seems like I have to supplement with at least 75% DV of magnesium and calcium on top of diet in order to keep these symptoms at bay. This experience has really made it feel like a bandaid to me, and I really don't like that I feel like such shit taking a break from TEI.

So the question is, do I just keep taking TEI supps from my last cycle until the supps for the new cycle come in? Do I try and push through a shitty break from the supps? I really need to be functional for the holidays, so I'd rather just stay on the supps from my last cycle until the new ones arrive. @Helen

Is your diet fitting for your oxidation rare?
Yeah, I'm a fast oxidizer and I eat a low carb paleo type diet. Lots of fat and a good amount of protein.
Btw how is your libido off it
Libido was up a bit while on cycle and remained for the most part after dropping the supps, but periods of anxiety killed it.

Yes anxiety is libido killer. Did you also experience worse symptoms when you got off your previous cycles?

Hard to say what causes it. Maybe this is normal and part of the process.

I see you have almond milk as calcium intake. Not sure if that is good absorbable like milk. I feel better when I drink dairy milk. Almond milk does not have that effect for me. Neither does leafy green vegetables. I know you cannot handle it well. Maybe start with a small cup to get used to it see how you react.

Your miles may vary.

Maybe someone else can chime in.

Yeah, I agree that a lack of dairy makes dietary calcium difficult. I may try to add real milk back in, and more cheese. I do okay on a bit of cheese right now. Whey protein is the one dairy product that I really can't handle.

Yea I get bloated from whey. I never take it anymore. I don't think whey is that good. Maybe if you get a hippy whey unpasteurized, etc.

Cheese is good too yea.

I think if you are really fast oxidizer and I think you are right you really need the calcium + magnesium. Vegetables I think are good for magnesium. But for calcium not sure. Don't notice the calming effect that dairy has. Dairy slows me down if I eat enough of it where I am calm and not aggressive.

When I don't eat enough calcium I get anxious, aggressive and very short fuse. I started notice this on TEI. Before that I did not really looked at how I feel with food.

I like milk the best. Don't have any digestion problems with it.

Could be that your body is still chelating things out. Without the supps your oxidation might go higher again than on the supps. Which increases rate of elimination and causes high anxiety. Just hypothesis.

Good luck getting your calcium from your veggies, high five eating almost a kilo per day. Dairy is the easiest option and has a decent amount of potassium in it as well. I have a hate/love relationship with dairy. Some days I think it increases inflamation or contains antibiotics/hormones from the bad dairy industry, on the other hand dairy are easy calories with good nutritional value.

I still like whey because of the complete amino profile, yet it might interfere because maybe we don't need specific amino's in specific oxidation rates. @RebelWithACause, you have bad experiences with whey?

Not bad experience but I get bloated from it.

I don't think dairy is that bad as people make it out to be except if you are a slow oxidizer. For fast oxidizer it is good I think. Not sure if I am pure fast oxidizer but I do feel better when I eat a good amount of dairy. Without it I get uptight and aggressive.

I think the problem for fast oxidizers is if you don't slow down you burn through your vitamins and amino's to quick. So calcium is important for this too. It is important to heal.

Had a really nice time with friends and family over the holidays, feeling pretty good on most days in every department besides sexual. I really let my diet go for the past week, eating more carbs and sugar, but still avoiding gluten. Also drank quite a bit for multiple days, but the buzz was nice every time except for one! Once I get back home from my parents' I'll get back to my diet and routine 100%, but it's good to know that indulging during the holidays doesn't set me back.

Had a wet dream last night for the first time since I was like 14 lol. I'd been away from my gf this past week and hadn't had sex for over two weeks, and not fapping of course. Now that I think about it, this was probably the longest I'd gone without orgasm since I had my first at age 12.

This was the first time I'd seen a lot of my family and old friends since my facial changes, so I was pretty nervous about seeing them. Only comments I got though were on my beard and better physique lol. I'm sure people noticed my thinner face, but I guess not enough to say anything - it has gotten better.

What do you eat to provide fats?

Fatty cuts of meat (chicken thighs/legs, chuck roast), sardines, eggs, avocado, some olive oil, and beef tallow. Most of the fat in my diet probably comes from the meat.
