So, after reading tons of lines: do we know how to increase NO?

Get a hair test and follow Traceelements and call it a day.

Or try to see and match your hairtest with those people who got fixed/

you increase NO only when you increase your antioxidation.

there is no magic pill and there will never be/ It takes 2-3 months. or may be even more.

or you can follow PFS electrolytes protocol. There are several people who are following all of this. but most people just jump around. and doing ellas, or this or that.

I knew there was a serious problem with NO the moment my prominent veins started fading. My veins would show alot in my arms, hands, feet with no effort of exercise.

Not sure if NO is related to how much veins show but it is to my knowledge. I think NO might also affect muscle quality as in how defined and sculpted they look.

Has anyone gotten their NO back up and have athletic vein look showing again?

I remember the first time I used “NO EXplode” in high school. What iT did to my vains in forearms, biceps and penis wow.

It’s a heavy dose arginine/ nitric oxide supplement.

If we can make PFS here something that takes an average of 6 months to cure for the average case then we win right? I mean hackstasis wins lol that’s treatment right there.

This all makes sense to a degree. I mean let’s just look at all recovery stories. Especially ones that took a long time period of ultimate health. You fix the whole system with health, fix your digestion, metabolism, etc- systems get put back together.

If you look at the history of this illness the “health-addicts” seem to do better than experimenters. I can say that I’ve dabbled in both here for 12 full months and can proudly say I’ve mostly benefitted far more by the “health addict” approach.

Ultimately keeping my system as toxin-free as possible makes me feel best. There’s a reason why @TubZy and I like saunas. With saunas we’re giving a sluggish detoxification system another outlet to expel being the skin.

You dont want to increase NO with supplements. you will get oxidative stress. B vitamins and SODs will allow you create NO.

So no more penis aids correct? No cialis, viagra, arginine/NO type pills pre intercourse. No NO boosting artificially?

You mentioned citrulline Malate earlier this week. Is this an amino to tinker with as we balance? Or are you essentially saying stay away from all NO boosting?

bruschi , bud, if you just follow TE and not take anything else, you have a better chance to fix it all. I want so much for you to get fixed. man Dont jump around. Just follow it.

Got it and looking forward to it. Thanks man, you know I appreciate all the work you’re putting in.

Wasn’t just asking for me. Lot of guys are messing with sexual enhancers. Just might be best to put it out there that it can really negatively affect long term progression.

I’ve had better erections off of cialis from just following @Helen s advice and protocols. Agree to just stick with one thing and keep track of process. There will be up and downs but the baseline will be higher if you are on the right protocol for your situation.

Definitely worth noting. Although I will say.... I used cialis for the first time this past month, since PFS hit last fall. Damn, it does feel good to remember what an easy, spontaneous erection felt like. In this state, that stuff can be addicting......

I believe my high natural NO production was due to eating high amounts of spinach and beets from childhood to adult...

Had no idea what these foods meant at the time, these foods and constant physical activity helped me develop beyond others in my family. I'll be trying the protocol, I hope it works.

Also saunas dump electrolytes out via sweat, then you rebuild back up with them after

I have a question about finasteride. Finasteride basically is a mutated progesterone that does not go to cortisol. Does that take down cortisol , does it block cortisol since it's not making any more from finasteride? I'm just trying to piece together if finasteride is a cortisol blocker? Which would be the reason for the hair growth

@talkingant Ok. so you are getting the tests , so we make sure we got this right ? and then we balance, right?

Because we dont know what is more defficient B1 or b2

it could be even that for some people some of these would be high

@Helen check out these blood test results. Any ideas on a protocol based on what you were saying earlier in this thread? Looks like B2 is so low it was not detected. B1 and fibrinogen are low but in range. B6 looks fine.

YOu see brother b6 is highish b2 is not detectable. b6 probably high in the urine. b2 is needed to convert B6 into its active form

You are basically running on zero active B6 now. None of the b6 gets converted into PLP. this is why b6 is almost high and probably really high in the urine.

This is why you have high tryptophan in the serum. And without active b6 you cant convert tryptophan to niacin and cant convert it into serotonin.

Good that someone finally tested this.
