PLEASE STOP SENDING PUBIC hair

I used head hair first time, pubic every other. I can’t use head hair. Have to use pubic, have to keep my hair a certain way. Catherine told me that only one thing is thrown off by pubic hair, and now I can’t find the email. Was it chromium? Or boron? Something reads higher. But other than that it “should” be fine...

EDIT: I should clarify.... when I say pubic hair, I mean leg hair. My head hair would be tainted by hair product etc. leg hair seems the cleanest, for me.

pubic hair has a lot of phosphate in it and as we see it can throw oxidation rate to completely opposite and you can just fuck yourself up

bud, I dont really know. I know as much about the procedure as you.

I just studied a little their programs.

but the testing methods are scary for me now.

since it is so different, I honestly expected very little differences,

but now we have slow and fast oxidzers reversed, that is fucked up. and too sensitive

We need to be careful with what we do with hair, since it seems to react so critically.

I honestly DONT know the answer to your question. I will try to find out , but I think getting this info from the comapny is worthless

since they said pubic was ok. but the differences between pubic and head hair were insane.

I think armpit should be better than pubic, since pubic has a lot of phosphate from the urine which basically chelates magnesium and calcium
I have wondered if pubic hair contains less copper than scalp because of the curls lol :)
But helen, i have a question regarding scalp hair especially for ones who are suffering from MPB. Since ,MPB generally affects top of the scalp(the horshoe pattern), is it possible that the mineral levels in hair from back of the scalp(unaffected by MPB) might be different from the ones in hair from top of the scalp ?

yes, it is possible

As we see now how sensitive the hair is. I wonder which hair is the best, to test for metabolism .

Since it is i metabolism evaluation what we need.

it is definitely not pubic. Pubic is overloaded with phosphate. so it can disrupt calcium metabolism., may be copper also.

May be body hair is the best, like chest hair

I doubt its body hair, in pfs it grows too slow for many people and loses the original colour in many cases. My beard colour even changed while the head hair not. And tei seems to even affect my hair colour.

I dont understand those who say cant grow the head hair because of the haircut lol.

You need to look trendy in the sick body.

You dont need to grow 1 inch/ 2.5 cms, you can cut it between 0.5-1 cm.

But that is what's needed, right ? Ability to detect metabolic changes . If PFS changed your body hair color but not head hair color then it might have altered mineral levels there significantly and using it may give better information !
May i ask how TEI has affected your scalp hair color ?

Head hair became darker.
I think my bodyhair is higher in copper as from black it went to brownish or copper color like just like my beard.

My hair zn copper ratio is high and i get zn in the supps as im losing zn. If i tested my bodyhair and the zn copper ratio changes i think id get different supps.

In PFS my body hair growth doubled and so it is different in people..

I also wonder why they advise against hair from the sides of your scalp? I usually take the hair from the back of my head, usually just below the crown, no MPB there yet. I also never wash my hair with shampoo anymore, only on the day where I take my hair sample. Maybe just regular soap is enough to wash the hair before taking a hair sample, so you don't get all those bullshit ingredients.

I always thought darker hair color means better copper utilization as the melanin synthesizing enzyme tyrosinase is copper dependent.Tyrosinase - Wikipedia
I think it is, but my armpit and pubic hair and beard went copper colour like which should mean biounavailable copper. If u have good copper metabolism which is not very common even without pfs you should not have a colorful beard like me. I have white hairs, yellow and brownish. The white ones are not like a grey, its different.

They advice against side of the head? I have been cutting off hair from side off my head since test 1. I do not use shampoo but I also do not use hair products. I just wash it thoroughly with hot water before cutting it off.

Dr. Wilson says this:

1. Cut the sample from anywhere on the head. The nape of the neck is excellent, but other areas are fine, as well. If head hair is not available, the next best hair is from the underarms. On men, beard hair or chest hair will work, as well.
If these are not available, some labs will test the minerals in fingernails, and this is fairly accurate. Do not use pubic hair. It is not as accurate, even though some laboratories allow it.

We all know Dr. Wilson is a little bit coocoo but he does have experience with hair testing. He says it is fine if the hair is anywhere on the head. Head from underarms, chest hair and beard hair is OK.

If I feel better after this cycle I think I will just keep doing what I did. I had a good improvement after the first cycle.

Otherwise I might drop the whole hair testing if there is no clear picture. Because at that point you are just doing random shit which I can do myself as well. I am real good at that.

This is the problem with amateur naturopath/alternative health. You deal with incapable people. Instead of writing a strict guideline they say: "yeah well this OK, and this is OK" but then you find out it is not and you just wasted your money on bullshit.

I hope we can clear this up. I think the only way to clear this up is by looking at progression. @Goose12 has made good progress and used head hair for example. Same for me although I am not as far as Goose so it is harder to say. After this cycle I think I can say with certainty.

Seems head hair is the best option.
Head hair or i guess maybe eyebrow hair is the best. Those are the hairs you get from birth so thats why they recomend them for testing.

Sorry, just to clarify. So chest and leg hair may be okay? That’s what I send in.

It has to be cut from the root. That’s the problem. You end up with patches all over your head
