If I look at porn it's only to look at it I have my ejaculation frequency completely under control...
Don't do that, that's like punching yourself in the head everyday to make sure you can take a punch one day from a bully, not the smart way to go about preparing yourself.

You mind indulging me and describing exactly what you see in my face
Sure but it'd be easier to tell from a regular photograph, everyone looks full of themselves on a selfie.

Watch your tone a little bit with me. You seem a little bit too cocky there, so I'm going to have to tell you to watch your tone. If I ask you a question I'm being serious and want constructive criticism. I'm not here to be playing games.
This is a selfie trying to show my face and head, no filter... you can see every little Freckle on my face. So I don't see what the problem is. a "photograph" is putting your best foot forward and if anything that has more of a filter, so that's a little weird thing to say.
I was hoping you would give me some of your thoughts of some of the things that you had said about my photos but, I don't need it that bad. You have been a little bit helpful however

Actually beard hair is a little thicker , but is soft and grows very normally on the head, thank god. I have had about 2500 grafts in the front only. about 8 years ago. A few doctors are using beard hair to really fill in areas when the patient doesn't have enough donor head hair left. they us a very small punch, leaving virtually no "dot" on the face.
I will need about 2000-3000 more grafts for the crown. next year hopefully
I’m planning for a similar approach to cover crown - most likely body hair from chest. Are you going for 2-3k grafts from beard? Which doctor?

Okay in the kodak camera era selfies were okay because we were having fun and didn't get to see them until we developed the film so they were almost as spontaneous as someone else taking a photo of you while you walked by. Now if we take a selfie we will pose and probably make many attempts until we look presentable, that's our idea of look natural. When I was going to comment on your face I realized your expression was distracting me from details about your skin. Part of that is you, part of that is pfs, but most of it is just the reality of selfies. I'd be even worse, I can't not look like a narcissist if I'm posing for a selfie and I could pre-pfs but I've become too self-conscious and absorbed too many details about appearances. You'd think that would make me better at diagnosing you visually but no I don't think so I'd rather have my old healthy instincts back.

You have "thinning" eye brows on the corner, thinning and graying pfs beard, that white waxy stuff on the side of your scalp that comes with male pattern baldness probably from DHT but don't scratch it because you'll pull out your weakened hair follicles which are already being crushed by that white residue. Your eyes are a little watery. Don't scratch your nose if you go overboard it'll take weeks for the skin to heal in this condition and you'll look like a moron to women in the meantime, been there done that. The back of your head looks stupid, mine is too hairy yours isn't hairy enough either that's a buzzcut or part of the hair transplant but either way women don't care about those things they kind of sum you up as a package and put you in a category. If you have a little stress on your face that would make them think twice it's more of a truck driver who needs a vacation and to hit the gym and lose some belly fat kind of thing. You don't look like me where it's obvious I have a disease that might be contagious or I'm on drugs and I'm holding on for dear life. Apart from what I mentioned you look to have survived well, you have a lot less wrinkles than me. Don't take your age for granted be more disciplined about your diet now.

Had my procedure today, went extremely well can't wait to go back and just continue to get more grafts put in till I have full coverage... they took 250 from the beard, and 800 from the back... this help fill in my sides and he closed in the temple angles, next I'll work in the crown
This is immediately after

They also did PRP and some new secret stem cell stuff that they said was very safe and organic but still in the secret phase I'll be going back each month for progress and they took microscopic pictures in areas they're hoping for new hair growth
This is several hours later I'm just sitting at home healing

bro looks good. nice result, that's same day? wow, i have friends that wouldn't show a picture 10-14 days.
my stomach surgery was pretty tough. outside of pfs i think id walk upright day 7 or so (it was a hell of a lot longer than that due to crash). friend had chest surgery weekend went back to work like 2 days later. did you go to work or take some time off? Was it a FUE? or I guess not, it's different if it's from beard. My dad's boss got beard to hair looks good (thick beard, coarse I guess like his hair, sometimes works well sometimes not). I'm sure it will in your case. This is just called a beard to scalp transplant?

My brother's done hundreds of FUE's, but mostly facial plastics stuff (and botox) and general insurance covered essential head and neck stuff.
Yeah it's probably not a FUE, more like a body hair transplant except from your beard, I'm thinking. I don't know.

Fue is follicular unit extraction, where they just poke out the hair without cutting out strip.... yeah my head's a little swollen but I'm on Xanax right now I'm chilling I have to sleep upright and I got the next three days off so I'm going to just chill in my house and relax... I have to spray my head every hour with a ATP solution that they gave me

Okay guys , I'm doing a complete 180 now. As I've been sitting at home for about a week healing from my transplant, about 4 days ago I dumped some powdered aspirin in my throat for some godforsaken reason. Now I have a chemical burn in my esophagus upper esophagus, and hopefully you guys can pray that I heal with no scar tissue. So as I've been at home , I've been going through all of Gbolduev old stuff . I have a binder that I printed everything out from the ray peat forum and some of it from this forum.
Lots of information about MT's, glutathione, of course electrolytes. The sulfur and the sulfur enzymes that help the liver to detoxify. That's what I want to start focusing on and electrolyte protocol. Eating a diet with lots of sulfur vegetables, Seafood, and maybe coconut water with salt. I'm dropping all these stupid supplements, including steroids. After hurting myself like I did with the aspirin , I feel like things have to change . The main reason for including the steroids for me personally is to ensure an erection. And it never really worked like that. Pde5 Inhibitors usually worked for me, but left me with horrible side effects pounding heart, flushing face, and a stuffy nose.
I'm going to throw away most of all the stuff, but one thing I do want to do is , make that AR stronger and more sensitive, so zinc and B2. But by eating a healthful diet, going to the beach, intermittent fasting, is what I'll be doing for now on. One thing in my diet that I haven't been doing in a long time is eating vegetables. Ray peat never talks about vegetables, so I never ate vegetables. But all the crucifers, and spinach and all the other stuff help make the sulfur enzymes Mt's. probably going to drop the milk which I've been going heavy on, but only seems to make me fat even the skimmed milk.
You guys have similar experiences feel free to chime in oh, you ever been damaged by aspirin please chime in. If you have any advice for me to heal my throat, please chime in. Thank you

Why did you do dump aspirin down your throat???
I’ve dissolved it in water and didn’t mind that at all.

But yes if you want to get better, drop the supps and steroids. As you said, those are mainly used as stilts and perhaps to see how you would feel if your hormone levels were different.

Good luck! Cook all of your veggies and don’t forget some fruit too.

This may be very underwhelming for your current issue. Manuka honey. I used for bronchitis, crazy flus with bad asthma. In tea.. Also I took neocitrin but that has a lot of acetaminophen and other things. I don't suggest that, but the manuka honey in tea helped remove the harsh sensations when my breathing was really bad at times in the past decade. Like 4 years ago, also a few months ago when I had the flu and some other upper resp. tract infection a bit later. Honey in general probably helps. I just remember this because my friend's mom had manuka honey in their home and always told me to drink that with tea.

I've had bronchitis and the flu in minus 20 to minus 40 like 10x plus, maybe like 8-15x ... a lot of times for sure. Not recently until a flu post-TEI.

Asthma can be a bitch when it's cold. It could very well help, felt like I was dying for at least a few of those. Also maybe vitamin C... not sure if that's useful. I am hopeful that it is not a serious burn mate. Rest up, Take it easy. Possibly something like mediderm could help, but for oral usage... or something some liquid analgesic like those in cough syrups or something stronger. Codeine etc, but yeah there's potentially better solutions. Or maybe an anasthetic like lidocaine, Throat pain's some of the worst.

Potentially also: Chlorohexidine Gluconate mouth wash or sage-echinacea if that natural stuff works. Lozenges.
Obviously I'm not a physician and these should only be administered/considered by one. Just for completeness, there may be some concerns with lidocaine there. some FDA warnings etc.

@tallglass13 Hey, Chris. do you have herpes infection ?
No oh, I did have cold sores a couple times a year a few years ago but I followed some protocol to try to kill the virus and I haven't got one since. But my son keeps getting them he's 12, has gyno and keeps getting cold sore. He spends half the time with me half the time with his mom. And when he's with his mom he is in his room with EMF and playing video games 24/7. Trying to heal him

Thanks bro oh, I'm actually using honey and some type of tea. But yes I'm using raw organic honey little spoonfuls hoping that it does something good

yeah, this means you do have herpes infection, did you read the thread where I posted that herpes infection predisposes a person to balding.

basically they say , if your hormones are good, and you do have herpes infection. then you will be balding. since herpes will constantly put pressure on glutathione.

and basically steer your body to make more of it. and this will raise your cortisol, and also lower your adrenaline. since your methylation will be going into CBS pathway

and also prostaglandins will be imbalanced, since PGd2 will dominate, since with lower glutathione you cant make PGe2.

Whoa, no I didn't read that, sounds freaking interesting. So I'm heading in the right direction by focusing on all the sulfur enzymes and glutathione and MT,s, right?
I heard chondroitin is good too but in high amounts and can help heal arteries from cholesterol not being oxidized into cholesterol sulfate.

I'm going to start feeding my son all the vegetables and alpha lipoic acid, to help him he has lots of hair now he's only 12 but if he keeps up with the herpes he will be bald like me
