Is bee polen equal to R andro?

its just polen from different plants soo it should be having at least some andro in it like pine polen.

Also what would happen if one would take Andro and Nettle root together?

If Bee Pollen is like Pine Pollen; super weak compared to R-Andro, has hormones in minimal amounts (1/1000th?, 1/10000th?). Helped some though, so that's just what I think. Also Tubzy had a great write up on Androsterone, on here.

So what wolud happen if one was to cycle andro with nettle root or something else that blocks dht? Maybe it would reinforce a new pathway of conversion so that once you come off the cycle most of the natural andro shuttles away from conversion to dht?

It's been like 4-6 weeks or so of PCT, from a 7 week+ cycle of Randro + 4Andro.

Wait 5 more weeks till round 2 of R-A/4-A?
I'm not in a rush, I'm just trying to expedite.

Or maybe just RU after PCT, and then R-A/4-A, then PCT again, then ARL, then Hydrogen Water and some other stuff.

Spinach and protein and minimal carbs (except pre and post workout), the entire time. May take 7-10 days off of lifting and just walk because I want to prevent injury. Sometimes pain. Ate a lot more carbs recently. Good that it doesn't destroy me, and helps workouts, but still not amazing.


Skip all meats somedays though. And fast completely if I'm not hungry 1-2 x a week, but intermittent fast usually 18-22 hours or so unless I workout in the early afternoon.

I'm not saying any of this is good, just what I do. I don't like eating before I actually get things done.

I just started second cycle of R Andro and I feel pre-pfs. Responding unbelievably well. Been flirting with this girl and she's wanting it bad and my juices are flowing.
200mg morning and evening.

I'll try to explain my thinking. Simply put, Propecia likely acts on multiple receptors, including but not limited to DHT. When you cease Propecia, or even while taking it (like myself) you begin to experience side effects, the receptors have shut down. So by using R-Andro it builds up your androgen levels back to close enough where they were to begin with, and your body snaps back.
I think the multiple cycles are what brings them online.

I heard the androsterone from idealabs had something different in it, that was apparently not androsterone. A couple of guys having bad reactions to it i heard. It could be a bad idea.

For me personally, r-andro did nothing. I didnt feel anything on it... nothing negative.. nothing positive. Im still annoyed about it.. that was $200+ something dollars USD down the drain, for 4 bottles. This was roughly 10 months ago.

I just read that some guys would not feel anything on their first cycle... then somehow they will feel it on their 2nd cycle, and then they feel it moreso with each cycle.

What i had, honestly seemed like a bunch of fake sugar pills or something like that. a complete scam. the idea of each cycle working better than the previous is tempting.. but me personally, its too much of a gamble with spending the money, and im running low anyways. my past experience with it tells me not to spend money on it again.

Im sorry it didnt work. Thankfully by following about 75% of what CD laid out, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

This was my experience on my first cycle. I took 400mg per day for about 4 weeks. Didn't notice anything. Going to try again though because of people reporting they got more and more sensitive to it.

Could anyone else confirm they didn't notice much on the first cycle?

Try Andro Hard from MuscleGelz and run it with KCl at the same time. Andro Hard is dirt cheap compared to oral R Andro and it has the same ingredients from the same lab. Would allow you to try it again without spending a lot of money.
