Yes, but I guess you're located in USA, I am in Europe, that means I will get them in 2 months))….if I will ever get them!!

Just send it like DHL Express or whatever the fastest way Italy offers to US that is what I'm saying and you will get it back quick if you can iron out the shipping part. It took them one week or a bit less to actually do my sample in the lab that is my point.

Not to my knowledge. As I've understood it, the only thing I've known the "pure DHEA" to be called besides DHEA is 5-DHEA.

While I'm not 100% positive on the above, I've taken both DHEA and 4-Andro, and they feel completely different.

Some randoms from me:

1- Are chillies/slightly spicy foods ok? To the point of it being spicy, but not unstoppable diarrhea.
2- How many cold showers would YOU have a week? I have them every day, I hate them, but I can't seem to stop!
3- SHBG is high, test is middling, free test is very low, Progesterone is very high, DHT however is only VERY slightly low. Is that "PFS normal"?
4- I'm CRAVING Marmite and eating mustard out of the jar. Also INSANE for Nutrimax vanilla meal replacement drinks, but not allowing myself one every day. Nutritional info - something wants B-vitamins (and calories) I think. Is this normal or am I a brain-fogged wreck of an individual?
5- How much cardio and what sort of cardio would YOU do, if you lifted 5 days/week?
6- Once I'm better, will I ever be OK doing steroids or is that probably best not played with? Even/only Anavar? M1T? @Boris if you have an opinion there I'd like it sir.
7- *WILL* TEI cure me? 100%? I know Helen says it will, and to be perfectly honest that's all the opinion anyone should need! Mineral balancing fixed Raincoast, Scenes and Helen ofc. No crisis of faith with it, this is what I'm sticking to given our fearless leader recommends it!

5. 20 min. low intensity or HIIT once a week - if you are deep in PFS I would do short HIIT

6. Better off eating a lot of food than going on a weak androgen. From my knowledge traditional TRT, anabolic steroids act similar to finasteride in that they lower gp6d. Which means no glutathione. Especially since you crashed from finasteride it is possible you have low gp6d already. Take AAS and you will crash. AAS fucked me up more.

7. Nobody knows - we are in the process of testing it out.

Curious about TEI working as well. On some other forums I’ve been told it is “pseudo science”. I bet you can guess which forum that came from.

I say so is CDNuts protocol and low carb diets and amino acid regimens, but somehow people feel better because of them.

It's all pseudoscience. It is funny that even in this sphere people shit on other protocols if it is not their own. Shows you their childish character.

Helen tested hair tests and he says the hair tests make sense so I trust Helen as much as you can trust a guy on the Internet. What he says makes sense to me. He could be wrong. Just like any other protocol.

There are not a lot of options so you have to choose something that makes the most sense to you and stick with it long enough so you can see if it does something or not.

The herb cycling makes no sense to me since it is too random for my taste. While hair test seem to have a system that makes sense to me. I have used minerals in the past and know how they can affect your testosterone levels for example.

But as you can see people get better from cdsnuts. It is pseudoscience but it works.

In the end it is our own responsibility to choose something. It is never for nothing. If a certain protocol does not work we know that. We get more information. Yea it sucks, it takes time. But get used to it because fixing yourself will take time.

I think all protocols will help people getting closer. But some will be faster than others.

If you look at the cured cases from solvepfs that Admiral posted. A lot of different protocols worked for different people. Minerals, hair testing, cdsnuts protocol, healthy living, fasting, ketogenic diet, etc.

People say "hair testing" is pseudoscience yet there are already people with PFS fixed from it in the past (from Dr. Wilson ARL) - look at the list from SolvePFS.

Yes, it is all pseudoscience, but like you said some people have gotten better from these protocols, no matter the true mechanism. 95% of the world would think we are nuts and would call this pseudoscience- not just another PFS forum. As a matter of fact, before PFS, if I would have read this forum, I would have thought this was whack stuff. I bet almost all of us would have.

That said, we are now in a position where we have to try this stuff out since we know that the traditional medicine world cannot help us. The same medical world that caused our issues (at least if you have PFS), cannot help us nor do they have a desire to for the most part. So on our own and have to choose a path....

Medical system (albeit functional) does understand that ceruloplasmin is needed to carry copper. That ferritin stores iron and getting ferritin under control allows body to use iron correctly.

And we can utilize medical system as part of this. I just ran antibiotics... we can look at pathogen load as something to take into account for this science- as modern medicine does.

I don’t think we are that far away from this stuff being used quite a bit in medicine. Up to millennial generation help influence our rising doctors... lol I’ll be in their faces the way I’m in yours @blindsided . Including one of my best buds and college roommate who is in med school, had Lyme, and is now doing his first hair test.

The best way of putting this stuff is “orthomolecular medicine.”

I’m only 6 weeks into successfully utilizing this stuff. I don’t know if it’s because I mitigated pathogen load so well or norvaline is doing something crazy for nitric oxide system, but I’m really coming Back.

Getting big help from both sets of supps I’m on seprated between methylation and minerals. Methylation gets detox system working well and energy cuz of that. Then minerals are just rebuilding my brain, hpa axis, libido, life drive, feelings of normalcy.

My major issue is my gut though. Antibiotics killed it, like killed it. For that reason- 21 day fast beginning Thursday lol.

enzymes are pseudo science? no. it is not. minerals amino acids vitamins that is what you are made of.

is TEI program correct? that is the question. they did test it for a long time extensively.

can it be missing something. may be.

but minerals vitamins and amino acids. are not pseudo science.

who ever can create the best system using these will beat medical problems.

this is why I am also experimenting with this stuff all the time and checking my own ideas beside TEI.

but it is still ideas based on minerals vitamins and amino acids.

you are taking pyroluria treatment with inhibitor of arginase. you are not taking any methylation.

you are taking exactly the pyroluria treatment that I suggested and since you had lyme I suggested norvaline to you.

of course you are coming back on this.


Pyroluria treatment is zinc manganese, b1 ,b6 , biotin sodium butyrate etc. look it up I posted it many times.


Since your have lyme, arginase activation, wastes your arginine too much and you basically use up zinc biotin b1 manganese to make new arginine.

zinc and biotin are used to make citrulline and then from citrullin you make arginine.

this is why when you have lyme , lyme takes your manganese and makes arginase out of it.

this lowers your arginine.

so you have no nitric oxide


so keep taking nolvaline, this will keep your arginine available and your immune system will kill lyme

the minute lyme is dead, you wiill stop wasting manganese and arginase will slow down

and you wont waste more zinc and biotin and arginine

Lyme is rampant over here in the states. I think I'm going to be able to help a lot of people with some of the stuff you've taught me. I've written up a little diagram on paper as a way of how I explain someone should look at it in layman's terms utilizing hack-ology.

Time to fix this gut though as this is getting out of line, its getting worse. Freakin antibiotics. Fasting is my cheat code for fixing it. I couldn't be more excited for Spring and Summer, but now I go hungry to end the winter!

I guess I mean: an alternative to mainstream science.

I do believe in the hair test from what I have seen and read about it. Makes sense to me. Otherwise I would never do it.

Yes wasn't that a harsh post? I like Greek though, he's a good guy and means well definitely. It's not put me off. We're a smaller forum here and out of our number three (Scenes, Raincoast and Gbold) have been cured from mineral balancing, and a couple more are on the way. I look at it as either the cure itself, or just getting on it and reaping the improvements until Gbold cracks it and fixes us. Of course I'd definitely like guarantees (wouldn't we all? Life is ticking by while we're lost in the fog groping around for our old lives) but, as most are saying, and with it correctly, you choose the route that speaks to you and TEI has science behind it and some pedigree in success here - so that't the way for me. Plus I can take advice and pointers from the qualified members here, plus I can also keep on exercising and eating more or less how I always have, which have definitely helped people before too.

Thanks everyone - this place does bolster my optimism.

Guys- pseudoscience can simply mean the lack of evidence to support whatever claim. Even if TEI/mineral balancing has been proven to help certain conditions, as far as PFS is concerned, it is still pseudoscience. As in, there is not enough evidence to support that TEI can cure PFS symptoms. I'm not saying that it cannot, there just isn't data to support it yet. If I didn't think that TEI could help I wouldn't be here nor would I be considering a hair test, as I am.

I'm not trying to be negative at all.

Sigh..... lots of attacking going on here between people that are generally trying to accomplish the same thing.

Unfortunately, I find this happens too often when new blood gets involved. They're usually moonlighting on both forums, this one, PH/Solve, and then sometimes on Swole Source as well. They usually intend to be friendly and active on all of them, and this causes issues cause there are different trains of thought on these boards.

1.) Solve/Prop Help - PFS Foundation - donate, and rely on the medical industry to fix it's issue that has impacted you.
2.) Hack Stasis/Swole Source - Fix yourself using naturopath/homebrewing means (ARL/TEI, Anavar, Ella, RU486, CDsnuts Protocol - Hack Stasis, CDsnuts Protocol - Swole Source)

The main issue is - and it's on both sides honestly (and if I'm biased I'm sorry), is that the two sides no longer co-exist. #1 above, attacks #2, and then #2 belittles #1. This is most likely rooted in the personalities on either side. I find that those who inhabit #1, are very passive, and generally accepting of their fate and they want other people to fix their lives for them. Those who inhabit #2, are usually headstrong, driven individuals who are willing to take matters in to their own hands to fix things.

This being said, there's not a real "wrong" camp to fall into here, it just honestly depends on your personality. I personally don't feel like #1 will ever accomplish anything. The medical industry is broken. Has been long before PFS was a thing. We literally pay a TON of money to people to keep us sick. We no longer treat the root cause of anything in Western medicine, we mask the symptoms with pharmaceuticals. I would much rather bet on myself and fix something - as I did with PFS, and am now doing with PTSD. The medical industry failed me in both conditions prior. This is all my personal opinion, of course.

This all being said, there are some individuals who do a good job of navigating both camps, @blindsided comes to mind, as does @Admiral (if you're still on Solve, I haven't been on there in years) - but it's a very tricky thing to do. In an ideal world, both camps could work together. Individuals like PVDL, Xptriado, Axotolt (or whatever the fuck his name is), awor, and Mew prevent that from happening. I don't feel like this is biased either on this statement, because I think the main players in Camp #2 would be willing to work together, they are just shunned. Look what happened to @Cdsnuts. The man suffered with these gentlemen for years. Tried things with them, helped them, recieved help from them - during a shitty time in his life they became like family to him (I would think, I don't want to speak for him). And he got better - he recovered. Returned, to help people out and give them a blueprint on how to get better. Something that didn't exist before he posted that - there was no Hack Stasis back then. Instead of being happy for the guy, they doubted, spoke hatefully to him, and treated him like shit in general. Years later, they are still spending EXTRAORDINARY amounts of time with PhD thesis-length posts trying to prove the guy is a fraud. Seriously? And you expect anyone to want to help you or work with you?

Honestly, this is a broken relationship/process that is honestly trying to accomplish the same goal, just through different means. Totally broken, and in general an impediment to any sort of meaningful progress, with few exceptions. I find solace in doing things on my own, that affect me, and help benefit my life and the ones I love and care for. To hell with the noise.
