I've been doing weekly neck and back adjustments too.. huge difference in mobility.. my legs were so heavy before, didn't realize my back was out

Yeah for me the tension must have increased gradually over the years cause I didn't really notice it either, would say it's worth doing to anyone who feels even slightly immobile. Wouldn't say it was the most fun experience I've ever had having my neck rapidly jerked by a Sikh bodybuilder but the relief was instant

Got a holiday in late August with mostly people who I dont know and a lot of anxiety that's connected with my gut issues, specifically intestinal gas in the lower left abdomen. I'm on ocguy drink protocol right now and doing well on it but anyone know anything else i could be doing for the intestinal gas that could be effective over the next 6 weeks?

Things I've found that help are tribulus (make some tea with the contents of the capsule), but this depends on how you respond to it, some people don't seem to get on with it

Ginger tea (shop bought, also has licorice in) also seems very effective, and fennel tea is supposed to be good too, although I personally found it less effective than the others, but did still give some benefit

Gas is normal on the drink, as long as you're farting. your bacteria are feeding, it subsides after a couple weeks

It's not due to the drink. This has been an issue over the past year and a bit

Keep drinking it, I had same thing on the left side.. very tender and sore when u press. It's an infection.. your bacteria will knock it out as they start growing

Rought patch at the moment, had a huge wave of fatigue all afternoon, struggled to even get downstairs to make my smoothie, haven't experienced anything like it before. Think it might be accumulation of eating too much sugar as I've always had issues with sugar fatigue. Spending all day on computer for the last couple weeks of holiday, really feel shit when I do that, so going to block this forum and other addictive pages from my comp as a 1 month internet detox

Yeah dude enjoy your holiday or the time right after it, if it's over... A Temporary Block never hurt anyone. You'll be able to recalibrate your priorities and come back with fresh eyes after resting up. Sugar's kind of trash, same with caffiene low grade stims for many people. I mean I like caffiene but only a bit, and basically only espresso (iced). I also LOVE chocolate (maybe the copper) but half of it messes with digestion... same with pb, nutella etc (tho nutella is pure trash...). Non milk chocolate's okay I find.

Note:
If someone is crashing from fin and possibly from SNRI's/SSRI's (messed up my stomach for sure but not anything quite like that), they should stay the hell away from all those things... pufas, sugar, liquid low quality sugar. Nutella and crepes then were killing. I haven't had more than one in like 2 yrs but I could I just choose not to. I have had frozen bananas and a few kg of nutella tho for sure, I always throw such junk food away before it becomes a habit.

Was fully pumped, in the zone to break my record 5k time, feeling good on my internet detox, less than 100m in I roll my ankle and hear a loud crack. Now cant put any weight on it at all and I'm probably gonna have to chill in my room for the next week

Hang in there man. Setbacks happen- I can say “there’s nothing you can do.”

Instead, I’m saying “there’s a ton you can do.”

Make your diet incredible during this time period. Don’t set yourself back from depression type eating.

I am not sure what I did but maybe I rolled my ankle. I thought I couldn't walk... I took it easy but was avoiding someone so a few last times I ran / quickly walked down 10 or so flights of stairs in my condo but usually not back up (elevators are trash too, and I'm not taking a jampacked elevator in plus 35 with a bunch of douchebags). Anyways for a bit I couldn't walk after that and before that. 5-7days later, seems fixed or nearly fixed. Probably from calisthenics, moving around too much or walking too much in my case. I thought maybe I twisted it. Now that you've said "rolled", I think maybe I did that. It was either the 2000 pushups and 1000 squats or so around that time, or general clumsiness, accidentally kicking the wall, tripping on a glass pane/door, etc. Possibly walking on the uneven bullshit sidewalk/road (potholes, very uneven ground). Maybe it was new shoes. It was probably working out/walking. also was running away from some hoodlums briefly but i dont think it was that.

you'll be fine man. Broke 5th toe 2nd toe etc a few times, healed fast. Airboot and all that stuff, some bandages were needed (not recently, tho close to breaking a couple toes or spraining them - didn't go to doctor tho. feels stupid going for random foot injury anyways).

It's a very clean stress fracture so should be good in a few weeks
