Ordered FAT GRIPZ mainly in an attempt to regain hand and wrist bone mass while lifting.
Will also focus on gripping a basketball again single handed (palming) like i could before this mess.
Hand grip squeezers daily
Forearm roller daily
Finger squeezers daily
Finger stretch training practice on guitar.
Knuckle and finger push ups on concrete.
(Knuckle push ups will be most difficult as I presently have nearly no sign of knuckles in half my fingers)
Punching wood (2x4's)
Will this work??? Probably not, BUT...
I have to try consistently for atleast a year to know for certain.
I'll measure width and length of hand overall, and individual fingers monthly.
I will also measure wrist width monthly.
HGH boosting techniques along with supplementing collagen, fulvic acid, minerals will also be logged.
Overall bone mass throughout body is presently diminshed by about .5 to .75 inch. That half inch makes my shoes and shirts fit slightly different and it feels weird.
Like im in the wrong fucking body.
I wish i could know what to do for my ankles and feet...Back in the day I had no choice but to wear a size larger in sneakers because my parents couldnt afford buying new ones every 6 months. This meant many sprained ankles when playing sports up until my feet finally stopped growing. Im at the point where I just might start wearing a size bigger and let my ankles get sprained over and over again if need be. With the hopes that they develop to their former mass and stability.
Of course ill give them proper rest when they sprain...Fuck, those days were painful. This sucks but what more can i attempt?
Maybe being on the constant edge of breaking bones, tendons and ligaments will push the needed growth???
90% of the hand and wrist training was part of my development in the past, so heres hoping it brings the old me back.
