I read few more studies about Intracranial hypertension, and found out that another way of solving this problem, instead of acetazolamide is escin. This substance is in large amounts in horse chestnut.chorse chestnut works in the similar way like vit k2mk7 (k2 mk7 push your thyroid to produce calcitonin, this hormone push calcium to your bones). Horse chestnut aka escin is available in forms of cream which you can put on your d***k and around. You can also drink horse chestnut flower tea. You can also buy escin, in Poland it's OTC.
Try it. Beacuse one way of solving PFS was acetazolamide, but for this you need prescription, for escin not. Progestins like finasteride make your veins weak, calcified and twisted. Escin aka horse chestnut or vit k2 mk7 can help you simply by rise of your calcitonin hormone, which will result in vein decalcification thus will make them stronger and straight. It may reverse Penile fibrosis.

I think it's good option not only for you.

Thanks for that! Could you maybe send me a link to some study's and recommend me some products?

you will not find any straight connection. my post is based on my knowledge and is result of logical thinking. im just creating theory. Just use escin pills and escin creme if you want to try. Generaly you should look in internet for: how to make veins stronger, how to increase calcitonin. But everything is up to you. Everytime use small amounts of supplement you want to try. Then increase the dosage slowly if everything is ok.

Yeah what @ruprmurdoch says is true.

I have a friend who fixed his venous leakage using escin cream, and i ate large ammounts of horse chestnut during the holidays ( grilled horse chestnut is often sold on the streets during the autumn and winter) and it fixed my varicoceles that i previously got from unknown reasons.

When you fix a bit your veins, you can start trying small amounts of magnesium, potasium, other minerals (copper, manganese etc). Beacuse your big and small veins can not deliver blood and diffrent stuff to place where it should go at the moment. It's my opinion.
Progestins, elevated togheter progesteron and cortisol for long period time, stuff like mercury and aluminium and other bad stuff in vaccines, monosodium glutamate, my knowledge is telling me that they create nodes, for example varicoceles, or some nodes in head sinus which create intracranial hypertension thus problem with pituitary.
The best thing is that solving nodes can be made without any drug. In central/eastern europe you can still meet older womens who solve nodes just by praying. I think it's quantum physics topic. Morever this kind of prayer is available for everybody, Novena to Our Lady Undoer of Knots, check this. I was sceptical about prayer but said to myself why not try it, and it works.
During 19 th century Poland do not exist as a state. So people were naive and think that Napoleon Bonaparte will help them by fighting with Prussia and Russia. But he sent polish troops to Haiti to suppress uprising of slaves. When soldiers found out that they mission is to suppress uprising nation, they start fight alongside Haitians against Napoleon. Lot of them stay on island, and main voodo goddess - Erzulie Dantor- have the same picture like Black Madonna picture in Częstochowa, thanks to them. I think this story how strong Holy mother is.

I have septal scarring, and I think it was caused by finasteride and ketoconazole shampoo.

I've been taking 4000mg of pentoxifylline daily.

Other things I've been taking daily to fight this conditon are montelukast, GSE, ellagic acid, citrulline malate, propolis, magnesium, taurine and burdock root. Burdock root is to shut down elastase while not affecting collagenase.

I am not seeing results and running out of hope.

Recently I did some bloodwork. I found out I have very high total T, above 900, and very low free T because of high SHBG.

So about a month back I added 450mg DHEA daily, plus 25mg enclomiphene, 20mg tamoxifen, 2.5mg letrozole. I still haven't found the time to investigate them properly and see if I should cycle them.

Also one month back I started applying the very expensive H-100 topical and bought a traction device, the lingam extender. I am afraid the vacuum of that device is expanding my glans too much and may be doing some damage though.

I want to also get some topical DHT gel (any good source for that that you can recommend?). I'd probably jump on CB to safely spare my hair from all the DHT that might go systemic.

Then I want to procure and start taking oral pirfenidone 1200mg/day. There's evidence that pirfenidone reverses Dupuytren's, which is extremely similar to Peyronie's.

Another thing I want to look into are Ganoderma lingzhi and adlay seeds as RhoA kinase-inhibitors: milenkovic2018.pdf

I see in this thread you've looked into Fasudil as a Rho-kinase inhibitor. I am under the impression that RhoA and Rho kinases may be similar but different, so using inhibitors for both may be a good idea?

I've also seen some posts within this thread that I interpret as saying that IGF-1 would be very beneficial. Do you think if I got my hands on some ibutamoren/MK-677 it would help with IGF-1 production and reversing of the scarring? Maybe niacin would help too with growth hormone release?

Very useful could also be Tgf-beta-1 receptor (ALK-5) kinase inhibitors. See here: Activin Receptor-Like Kinase 5 Inhibitor Attenuates Fibrosis in Fibroblasts Derived from Peyronie's Plaque

Another thing I am considering is ordering some peptides off research chemical websites. I am thinking of human relaxin-2, Ac-EEED, TB-500, E4, M10, FS2, decorin, AD-114, ghrp6, cjc, ventfort. If I can find them, that is...

The senolytic agent Navitoclax (ABT-263) causes targeted apoptosis (self-destruction) of myofibroblasts, reducing the spread of fibrosis:

Drug found that induces apoptosis in myofibroblasts reducing fibrosis in scleroderma
lagares2017.pdf

I might also consider applying topically a GSK3 inhibitor like Lithium Chloride:

chung2014.pdf
jeon2017.pdf
WO2011031977A1 - Intermittent and pulse lithium treatments for scar revision and wound healing - Google Patents
leavitt2016.pdf as PDF or Scarless Wound Healing: Finding the Right Cells and Signals as html with pictures.

Also promising yet risky are bromelain injections:

download-fullpapers-06 08006 MagdaE FMI edit.pdf
Mediwound MWPC003 for peyronies! - Peyronies Society Forums
Improvement following bromelain injections - Peyronies Society Forums

I still need to dig through these, but here are a couple of papers on off-label use of certain drugs as anti-fibrotics:

nanthakumar2015.pdf
fphar-08-00855.pdf as PDF or Drugs and Targets in Fibrosis as html with pictures.

I'm planning to eradicate mold and mildew from my place. In this page Lab Tests for Mold Illness - Secrets of Surviving Mold I see they recommend testing for a bunch of things, amongst which TGF-beta1, VEGF, MMP9... a bunch of a peyronie's sufferer worst enemies.

I haven't had time to investigate everything that is mentioned in this very long thread and won't be able to for over a month. Life is unbelievably busy for me these days to be able to read 12 pages carefully and try to understand everything that is being discussed. It would be awesome if we could a good single-post summary of things to buy and use, maybe with links to their sources.

So far I've noted down the following from this thread:

  • acetazolamide
  • escin cream
  • horse chestnut
  • horse chestnut flower tea

  • vitamin D3 + vitamin K2-MK7

  • GHB
  • Italian drug for alcoholics that goes by the name of «Alcover»

  • Fasudil

  • BCAA

  • L-Lysine, I'm guessing far away from Argininine (or maybe ok if one takes citrulline malate which should not compete for absorption but would stimulate arginine synthesis)

  • r-andro

  • evening primrose oil (why/what for?)

  • L-Proline (why/what for?)

  • cysteine
  • histamine (L-histidine + folic acid)

  • ella (what is it?)

Sorry for such a dense post filled with so many questions... I've tried to share as much as possible of the good stuff I have found in over a year of research. I don't wanna be a leecher but I would appreciate some spoonfeeding given how time consuming researching this stuff can be...

thank you!

Hey man, you have quite the combos going on... couple things

Letro is an anti-estrogen, so it'll combat DHEA and even enclomiphene... those should be used separately

igf1 is great but oral Mk677 has some benefits too... if you're ever going to inject IGF1 , do not mix with TB500 or ensure there is about 12 hours between injections. That combo is dangerous for blood sugar.

I have to research all you listed to be honest... it truly sounds like it's too much going on to give your body a chance to heal

I am very far from being an expert on this stuff, but I am somewhat surprised... I thought I had seen in several forums people recommend taking letrozole with enclomiphene... isn't enclomiphene just breaking the estrogen feedback loop so that the testes make more testosteron? Also, isn't DHEA just a precursor to all sex hormones?

I forgot to mention one thing that seems to be very beneficial: hyperthermia. I have been applying hothands packets to my shaft and they have softened the scar tissue.

I wonder if the heat though has been bad for my testes nearby. My LH (luitenizing hormone) was through the roof (well beyond the upper limit) when I did my bloodwork, which would indicate damaged testicles... Now, enclomiphene must be pushing it even higher...

Four more things.

1) I looked into Ella. Now I know what it is: a selective progesterone receptor modulator. Guess what, my ex had a Mirena and she got HUGE uterine fibroids. Then I got the septal scarring. I always thought the progesterone from her IUD had to do with both. Now I read more on Ella and it's used for shrinking fibroids in size.

They call it Fibristal for fibroids, but it's still Ella!!!

From wikipedia:

«Volume reduction of uterine fibroid induced by ulipristal acetate was tentatively explained by the combination of multifactorial events involving control of proliferation of the tumor cells, induction of apoptosis and remodeling of the extracellular matrix[22] under the action of matrix metalloproteinases»

Where do I source Ella? I'm in the US...

2) bilins + biotin megadose + daily cialis have a powerful synergistic anti-fibrotic effect: bilins-biotin-fibrosis1.pdf

in the paper they say that bilins can be replaced with spirulina which has something similar, but it's toxic and makes me feel like crap.

I think it would be best to replace cialis with some other PDE5 inhibitor since cialis is known to shoot cortisol through the roof...

3) If as some here say histamines would be good for this, would something like modafinil/provigil help? But then why corticosteroids are known to be beneficial? They should suppress histamines...

4) where can I find Kenalog (triamcinolone) tablets without a prescription? Is there some online veterinary pharmacy that will ship them without a script? I am pretty sure from experience that systemic triamcinolone would do miracles against scar tissue. I used it 15 years ago when i could easily get it and noticed amazing improvements in my scars. Now I looked it up and found multiple studies about injecting it in liquid form into cheloid scars, with or without some chemoterapeutic drug in the same injection...

DHEA is a precursor to all yes, but in males... oral DHEA converts at a very high rate to estrogen. So I'm thinking it's not helping your other two hormonal products

Enclomid is an estrogen antagonist and letrozole is an AI... I stand corrected on the contradictions between them... perhaps they're a nice combo...

I had jumped on DHEA after looking online for ways to lower SHBG. My sleep immediately improved on it, making me think that it was finally helping me getting rid of the abysmally low free-testosteron levels (total T above 900, free T around 8)... Maybe I should go for another blood panel soon.

What is your take on progesteron and septal fibrosis? Could fibristal help?

Well, let me say two points... stinging nettle supposedly lowers SHBG and, supposedly, lowers DHT... let me explain something separate here...

When on FIN, our androgen receptors up regulate and then when we stop FIN, they get overwhelmed with DHT and downregulate or possibly get destroyed... I don't believe the latter happens... but still... this down regulation then takes a while to balance out , if seemingly forever , in PFS patients... one hypothesis is to find the means to up regulate our receptors by lowering DHT again... by using high zinc, stinging nettle or saw palmetto, or even going back on FIN... of which I wouldn't suggest but...

High levels of DHT remain in PFS patients which is usually why blood tests don't show the true issue... and some of the recoveries having cycles of different herbs and products, some of which lower DHT in a regular interval , which then up regulates the receptors... there's another user, @jacknap I believe, that's had success with a progesterone cycle so I would defer to him but progesterone has a high affinity to 5ar, which is why finasteride starts as a progesterone and is converted to FIN via the lab. So the hypothesis of why PROG works could be it's lowering of 5ar (not as intensely as FIN) and then a re-up-regulating of androgen receptors...

Again, much of this is my Current theory and testing continues... the first part of FIN and receptors is not my theory tho... that's from Italian researchers on FIN's affect...

I believe DHT is essential for penile tissue health... there's a study on rats that proves that without DHT rats' penises collagenize, i.e. get scarred. Will edit this later and ad a link... I'm on the go right now...

i think you're mixing me up with someone. I never used progesterone. I just do cdnuts protocol
