That’s an adrenal response. Something like an adaptogen like rhodila or jiaguolan can help. I’ll explain some more in a little later. Out at the moment.

I never had soft glans, but for the longest time I was completely numb there. I could pinch it really hard and not feel anything, and it definitely wasn't getting 100% hard. It was always pale when erect.

I think it took 3 or 4 months before I noticed I would have days were it was normal. It bouced back and forth for a while and now things alays the way they use to be. Ball size took longer.

R andro helped the most. Each cycle has given me a permanent increase in erection quality and size. RU helped with all my other sides but I think it contributed to helping increase size but not directly. It put me in a better position to heal. Herb cycling also helped.

Right now I am only a week in my hair test protocol and already noticing great results. My hair test has given me an insight into what is exactly going on with my body. My high iron seems to be the main culprit and after reading the side effects from high iron it fits my symptoms perfectly. You should definitely look into a hair test, because we are all different.

Edit: I had facial changes also and an ella cycle seemed to help the most with this. My face is pretty close to being back to normal. I had sunken in eyes, dark circles under eyes, wrinkles on my for head, dry skin, and a round face.

I was just reading the first page on this thread again and it looks like @joekool had already mentioned every thing I did and more, except for a hair test. I also agree with him recommendimg the bathmate, and iodine painting. Two things i have had success with.

I will keep that stuff in mind re: facial change reversal. I took 3 pills of Ella total.
Will microdose Ru soon enough.

Im happy for you that you started seen improvements after 4 months. But for me it's more than 2 years and things only get worse.
I feel like I'm one of the worst and weirdest cases. Shrinking and hard flaccid it's incredible bad, tissue has completely changed and glans is 0% filled with blood at any time. I feel like now I'm loosing completely everything. I tried so many things but I will go on.

Btw how long and in which dose did you took Ella? I also experience facial changes and would of course love to reverse them.

And what dose for how long in which dose would you recommend to take r-andro?

Maybe the 2 will be my next steps...

I took ella after 3 cycles of ru. Ella definitely helped but it was a combination of everything I have done to get me to that point.

After my run with ella skin was oiler, body odor came back a little, and face returned to almost normal.

Ella has helped cure @aztec and @RebelWithACause .

I took 5mgs for 6 days of ella.

R andro at 400 mgs for 4 to 6 weeks is the recommended cycle.

You should really get a hair test so you can start fixing the underlying cause. I recommend getting a Trace Elements hair test.

do you have headaches, for example feeling like blowing up something from inside your head ? Your case could be worse than others beacuse progestins for example finasteride can create Intracranial Hypertension, and Intracranial Hypertension in most cases create Empty Sella Syndrome, which is flatenning of pituitary by Cerebrospinal Fluid. So normal height of male pituitary is approx. 6cm, your could have 2 cm height. I don't know whether you got your penis problems before taking fin, but if no, and you have headaches and your case is so bad, then I would think about Empty Sella Problem.

It's quite easy to sort out this problem, just do MRI of Pituitary, doctor will write on MRI description what is height, lenght, width of your pituitary. Anyway did you make any hormonal bloodtests while you have those bad symptoms ?

@Goose12 why do you recommend TEI instead of ARL. I thought consensus was ARL was the way to go. Is that no longer the case?

@hairsuit both arl and tei have there advantages. According to the quote from @Minime above arl is better long term and tei is better short term.

I don't have headaches. Sometimes I experience like a emotional numbness when I laugh. Also my fingers and specially my nipples feel really numb at bad times.
I already have done hormonal blood test and all my values were not too high or too low.
I don't know if i should do other tests. Because the answers for a treatment for my symptoms will be the same. Also my testicles are still shrinking.
Has somebody ever completely reversed his penile scarring?

What do you guys think about PRP or shockwave treatment to reverse shrinkage.

Or should I first try Ella or r-andro?
