Yeah, we talked about quercetin with Ihatefin. look for the discussion, it was one of the things that helped me
I am referring to the upregulation given by a chronically high level of acetylcholine due to a partially inhibited cholinesterase enzyme. Do you understand what I mean ? over time you have Addison's symptoms so I think GR is over regulated and it takes a huge amount of cortisol. ACTH now low. What do you think about it ?over regulated ?
I've been trying to reply to you privately for two days but it says "server error" or something similar while here the reply seems to work. I do not understand. Thanks for the advice regarding RU I thought it would be useful in cases of GR under regulation and not over regulation. Quercetin but also bee pollen makes me feel very ill but probably because it further increases acetylcholine.Ru486 and ellaone at different times helped me a lot. Ihatefin, Tubzy, and like lots of others also.
Not sure if quercetin is really helpful... The discord is more active. I can't login/ fix my login. I will try again sometime.
if cortisol is high this means that GR is downregulated, beacuse you have low amount of GRI am referring to the upregulation given by a chronically high level of acetylcholine due to a partially inhibited cholinesterase enzyme. I think that in 3 months things have changed considerably regarding internal chemistry, now I have symptoms of both high and low cortisol, Cushing's and Addison's so I deduce that the gland is working with an abnormal signaling given the chronicity of too high acetylcholine . What do you think about it ? I also lost muscle mass, AR was probably affected by too much CO2 retention. Thank you!if cortisol is high this means that GR is downregulated, beacuse you have low amount of GR
if cortisol is low this means that GR is upregulated, beacuse you have high amount of GR
in which point you are ?
really hard to without labs say something smartI think that in 3 months things have changed considerably regarding internal chemistry, now I have symptoms of both high and low cortisol, Cushing's and Addison's so I deduce that the gland is working with an abnormal signaling given the chronicity of too high acetylcholine . Sorry if you already wrote this anywhere but what's your "story"? What is your "syndrome"?It only helps with the symptoms of high acetylcholine, I think there is some type of pesticide that has irreversibly blocked the enzyme, not completely because I should already be dead. I tried fasting many years ago but it is not recommended for MS because they have faulty metabolisms especially lipids while we seem to tolerate carbohydrates well. Acidosis prevails which is why calcium helps me. Hydrogen great but I can't support it, I haven't tried other acidic things that push fat.
without labs hard to sayMaybe until I unlock acetylcholinesterase it's useless for me to try to fix that receptor but I'll take note of these precious tips. I have MS so my focus is on myelin and having an efficient metabolism (I don't tolerate fats of any kind, very well with high calcium, carbs, salt, magnesium, potassium, protein...).
Write me in PMScusa se l'hai già scritto da qualche parte ma qual è la tua "storia"? Qual è la tua "sindrome"?
mistake ?> they made antitoxoplasmosis drugs very dear
A very polish mistake to make lmao
