@Jaxx I am sure if you take niacin 3-7 grams a day for like a month. this will totally kill the methylation, and this will force the body to lose brain copper.

This is what they do for mental disorders.

And I am sorry but doctors who presribe SSRI to low histamine people should be freaking SHOT with a rifle. They need to go back to school and learn.

SSRIs only work for high histamine people and will not cause any side effects or PSSD.

For low histamine people benzodiazapines

just try to get the same test as Barbaar did. that woud be awesome

Or get b1 and b2 at least in blood.

PLus calcium serum , prolactin, PTH.
I will try to get most through endo, can go private lab after that if needed. PTH seems not commen though, i have T3, T4 and TSH tested before.

To quote my psych: Medical science is still trial and error for these type of meds, and he is right. I am pretty sure histamine levels are not a topic of concern for them atm.
Benzo's are not a long term option though, not sure how safe buspar would be...

Yeah we speak frequently. It is my second option though, all official lab tests that are requested by any doc will be free for me this year as i maxed out my insurance fee already.

Yeah, because all these clowns are like 40 years behind TEI . It is ridiculous how with their knowledge they are allowed to practice medicine.

There is zero need for SSRI or any other meds, unless a person has inborn mutation which is in 1% cases.

Well most doc's see SSRI as a patch, not a cure. Guess that is something already.

When I was on the drug circuit pre-Lyme diagnosis allllll fucked up, Benzos made me better, functionable. SSRI made me the most suicidal imaginable. SSRI really almost led to suicide- luckily I had Benzos and I’d literally pop 4-5 times the dosage of them to cover the SSRI induced anxiety.

That said.... nowadays histidine gives me libido. Of course I was low histamine all along.

For me docs literally thought i could take the drug for a few months then stop it and be better. Buddy’s nurse wife too “you need antidepressant. Take it for 8 months or so and you’ll be fine after you stop taking it.”

Lol people actually think taking these drugs fixes a human beings health. It’s really incredible how pathetic this society is. Our doctors, our nurses, our people. It’s so so sad.

Doctor who demanded I go on SSRI should be shot as Gbold states above. Ugh I’d love to go back and be put in a room for 15 mins from each of the fucking lunatics who treated me horribly.

Yeah, bruschi , they are pure idiots, giving SSRI to low histamine people.

it is a patch for the right body chemistry. they have to understand mineral balance to even be a doctor. SO instead of patching things up, they kill people's lives

Something that is still counterintuitive to me: Many people with PSSD have some form of PE, which is often "patched" with antihistamine. How are we low in histidine?

PE can be low serotonin also. plus low histamine, will increase histamine receptor, so upon histamine release you will react more to histamine.

@Jaxx I will try all things with Barbaar, we will figure it out.
I know and i appreciate your approach. But i have my window of opportunity with an endo that is actually researching PSSD and i want to make sure i make good use of it.
Meaning doing the right tests and hopefully running a trial that has potential to work out. I know he has been doing caber and Gnrh therapy, so he seems somewhat willing to experiment.
Thats why i am asking about the prami approach basically.

why do you need some endo to experiment? You know more than him anyway

You can take prami and see if dopamine receptor stays upregulated, If your b2 levels allow this to happen it will work.

Or you mean you have to go thru endo to get tests for free ?

He can update me on the most recent research on the topic and i have a preference to access medicine the legal way whenever i can. Plus i get all my tests reimbursed this way, my GP isnt collaborating anymore lol...

Too much shady stuff going on in steroid world to roll the dice imo. Not sure if that is the case as well with other type of meds but i like to minimize risks when it comes to either my brain or my dick. Kinda need both.
Figuring legal meds fucked me up already, imagine what unsupervised stuff could do...

yeah, I see, reimbursement of tests then makes sense.

P.S stop fucking around with meds all together, and that will keep your brain and dick safest LMAO

Yeah the low serotonine never made sense to me though. I understand how it would work post-SSRI. But low serotonin is also said to cause anxiety while most PSSD-ers have zero anxiety.
I remember how nervous i felt pre-SSRI when i had to give important presentations, now i am drinking coffee before such a meeting to stay awake.
