Don't advice people on health if you don't live the part. That's my opinion. If he was a heroin addict and cocaine addict for years why even advice others on health or put yourself out there as an example of health?

Now he is on TRT and feels better obviously. But he's not healthy. But because he has muscles in his 70s he is reverered as a healthy guy. Most people gain muscles on steroids. Even in PFS when I felt like dogshit and was sick I used testosterone and gained a ton of muscle with a few months. Plus gave me physical energy but mentally very tired and drained, slow, etc. I was very sick but people thought I was healthy and asked me advice and stuff.

I think steroids mask a lot but underneath body is sick and you'll see it in someones skin quality for example, liver health, fast aging.

I just took him as an example as someone who is iron toxic (probably). Shit skin, red face, etc. looks old and bad.

Take away his TRT and you'll see the real him You'd be shocked probably. Dude can probably barely get out of his bed at that point. In 70s you can look very healthy. Not young per se but healthy.
I think he quit at 34 and got clean and either went to or finished law school at that time. People change man!

Well I mean, most don't change all that positively after a certain age (some get there quicker than others).

A lot of people don't change. BUt a lot do. Many for the worse. Some ppl get better. We should all be the mirror of what we want the world to look like. Something like that. IDK man it's all a scam. DOge should give me a 160k check for TSLA shareprice damage. and then another 160k for 1/4 of the easy as fuck missed opps in MLGO and RGTI and other bs.

yea i was a bit too harsh on him. Good for him he changed for the better. It's just annoying to see so many people talk a bunch of crap without anything backing it up. I see it a lot in the diet space where people talk with such conviction to their audience without taking into account all the elements

Just released today. Used for toxoplasmosis also
thanks mate, maybe i will use, but i have good source of range of antibiotics, chemiotherapeutics in Poland, and this source in Poland legal. Anyhow i think this drug is working similar to sulfa+trimeth chemoterapeutics which give - at least for me- good effects
I pushed my research further and found out that toxoplasma might be just with us from the beginnig of our lives. But when we are weakened by some symptom it might start doing bad things. Some scientific studies prove that toxo increase Testosteron in males, increase promisc(shit hard word-girls are more easy) in womens.
After my zn/mn combo 2 week cycle and another time spend on resarch i start to understand why for people with low blood copper in blood low cerulo and low htma levels of cu TEI is giving no copper.

I kinda slipped and ate too much and got slower metabolism. Now I go back on a slow oxidizer diet and feel better much better metabolism. I don't get how TEI thought I was a fast oxidizer. Must of been the finasteride affecting hair test results.

I wonder what problems true fast oxidizers have. I imagine if they just eat normal/healthy and not use drugs they will be healthy no matter what. Maybe some metals here and there because of exposure in modern world but I feel like slow oxidation is harder to deal with. Maybe extreme hyperthyroidism is also horrible of course. But you can fix that with calcium food, copper, etc.

How are u a slow oxi? you're like 6'6, skinny...and like very active.
Not skinny in a bad way, I mean you're like really lean rite.

And you do well with carbs and many meals a day no?

Rice, sweet potatoes, yams fine for you but american junk food prolly isn't (its trash for ev1 globally. I mean most ppl aren't as vain as some ppl here...) but ya it has gotten worse since I was a kid. So has Canadian food. 10 dollar sour cream has guar, carob bean, carageenan.

Lots of things have artificial acetic acid or something, not from lemon or vinegar but from like some sort of mold.
They don't let keffir, yogurt, cheese ferment completely (however you make those, I have ADHD. Cooking is not cool when you're trading under pressure and dislocating your wrist, and neck ligaments a tiny bit).

Soon as I'm more liquid I'm trying to fix mom and dad's diet for their own peace of mind/ mental health/habits (they both exercise a fair bit, trampoline, walking etc). But adding protein and fat to dad's diet for sure. And raw dairy, less processed carbs.

Me too, like instead of 90% pure, idk 100% pure or 99.99%.

I know you were slow oxi when near balanced back in the day?

TUBZY and HELEN are Fasts rite, Similar heights ya i Mean it doesn't work like that.

@MNK99 Helen was a slow oxidizer. Tubzy fast oxidizer. I think I am also fast. Sometimes I find it hard to figure out. I can handle a lot of dairy for example which is a no no for a slow oxidizer. Slow oxidizer would crash on that especially in high amounts.

But at the same time I have a lot of similar problems as slow oxidizers: toxic metals, glutathione problems. I crashed really hard on finasteride back then for example. But so did Tubzy who is a fast oxidizer. So maybe fast oxidation is not 100% a case only in slow oxidation. Also Helen said sometimes toxic metals can keep you in a fast oxidation.

Sometimes I also feel slow all of a sudden for a few days like my metabolism took a nosedive and then I do feel better on less fat, less calcium, slow oxidizer diet. But if I do that for too long I notice I get hungry all the time and feel bad again lol. Even if I eat enough I feel too stressed and and I can get aggressive and get this worn down like my gears are grinding too hard.

Now I feel decent I eat more like a fast oxidizer again.

You are a slow oxidizer so probably do much better on more zinc, lower fat.
