Okay so I was doing better after being off the supps for a week or two. Things seemed to settle back down although no improvement in the sexual department.

I decided to try some B1 like you did @Goose12 . I was in a health store and saw some so figured I’d get some as it was on offer.

They came in 100mg tablets, took one. Felt a little boost sexually as in libido, maybe a bit better hang. Next day I decided to take 200mg, I know you took high dose Goose but felt I’d take it steady as I didn’t want to mess myself up.

Last couple of nights I’ve had a return in bad sleep. It’s like I’m asleep but not in deep sleep. Wake up feeling shit and tired. As of now I’ve stopped it and hopefully will go back to baseline shortly.

I don’t know why this happens to me, anything anti estrogen like Vit E etc seems to have this effect. I have high SHBG and low to normal E2 so maybe this is why.

Anyway, before doing the B1 experiment I sent off my hair test. Waiting for results, also going for bloods on Monday so will post all results in one. See if anything jumps out to anyone.

It did the same thing to me. It raises dht and lowers estrogen. I returned to normal, maybe better. It was a fun experiment with the boost in labido but tei is still the way to go.

I was hoping we could make some breakthrough with it for saw sufferers. Tei offers a lot of b1 and cofactors with it's supplements.

And my most recent 3rd test. Still a SLOW 2.

Any input is appreciated! Mercury seems to be rising. Is that because I am detoxing it?

Your iron has really come down! Seems like your body is focussing on detoxing Mercury right now. Once your body gets more balanced you might start detoxing on iron again or some other toxic element.

It's hard to read and perdict what's going to happen, but your body is going in the right direction. How are you currently feeling? Are you feeling any better after b1

@Olski69
How much magnesium are they giving you right now?

My current supps are attached in the image. I am taking 2 min- plex every meal. I am not sure how much magnesium is in them. Will have to check shortly.

I am feeling pretty shite at the moment to be honest. I just do not know if I can do the Zinc anymore. It is bringing back old symptoms that I thought were gone. My numbness did improve but yesterday it was so numb it was uncomfortable. I get a lot of low e2 feelings come back. Clicking joints, fatigue, tired. I am pretty sure I have singled it down to the Zinc that is making me feel worse. I have also had a worsening of Restless legs, uncomfortable cramps and twitching in calves however no where near as bad as it used to be.

I have read that others have issues with Zinc too.

I am still staying 100% to the program because if I don't how can I ever say it did not work?!

@Olski69 you have any cramps or muscle contracture?

About a year after crashing I developed restless legs. My grandfather suffered with it badly as well as PLMD. He took D2 agonists for the rest of his remaining life.

I do not have PLMD but I have the restless legs. Uncomfortable cramping and twitching in the calves which was really bad! After a few rounds of TEI and juice fasting it seems to have resolved itself other than when I re introduced Zinc again a few days ago.

Why do you ask @sanka ?

A lot of the bad feelings from zinc pushing your copper, iron, and/or manganese in the right direction. A lot if times the worse you feel on cycle the better you feel off.

I have experienced numbness on my first cycle. On my third cycle my adrenals were all over the place and I would get crazy uncomfortable turtling.

Also try focussing on where you are improving. In my case sexual improvements follow everything else.

If I am I following correctly myself, Goose, Walker and Olaski69 are all Saw P victims?

Goose is it correct that both you and Olaski69 both get worse from inhibiting Estrogen? I get worse from inhibiting estrogen

Olaski69 is it correct that you said you are 6 foot 4 ? I am pretty sure Walker is also 6 foot 4 if I am remembering correctly from Swole Source when he posted as Maxout? I ask because I am 6 foot 4 so it's just an interesting pattern if I am correct on Olaski69's and Walker's hight.....

Goose what is your hight if you don't mind me asking?

Goose, walkers and Olaski69 all have high iron from hair test. I will need to get a hair test done sooner than late. . I am curious about this

Does anyone know if Walker gets worse from inhibiting estrogen ?

I’m 6’7” - and I did get worse when blocking E. I’ve said multiple times on SS and here, most of my PFS/SP symptoms all aligned with low E during my recovery. Usually if I drank a beer or took 4-Andro I always felt great cause of the pro-Estrogenic activity.

It is pretty interesting that the height aspect could play into this. @Helen is 6'4 I believe and so is @Cdsnuts . I'm 6'2 myself and I think many other members at Swole Source were also near the same height too or taller with PFS. It's a stretch on this but usually men who grow taller have different hormone and receptor patterns to make their limbs longer. For example, estrogen is highly involved bone growth.

Dude, I tested tons of people with POIS , and a lot of them had high growth hormone. And many looked super young for their age, like 20 years younger

some at 40 looked like kids. of 18 years old.

as far as estrogen Estrogen Regulation of Growth Hormone Action

@Walker,

That’s right I remember now from
Swole Source 6”7” not 6”4”. You put this in your original post over their. So another Tall saw p victim who noticed higher estrogen levels made them feel better and who had high iron on hair test.

@Boris,

Yes there are some solid pattern’s here.

You, Myself, Helen, Walker, Olaski69, Cdnuts ranging from 6”2-6”7. Goose 6 foot arm span which is not exactly short.

Myself, Walker, Goose, Olaski69 Saw P victims who get worse from inhibiting estrogen.

Walker, Goose, Olaski69, Helen High iron on hair test.

The point about us probable having different hormone and receptor patterns is interesting and the link Helen posted about estrogen’s link with GH. I’m going to continue to research this.

@Helen,

Did you get PFS from Saw P or the Fin? Did you first take Saw P or Fin ? If I remember correctly you had issues from one of these three things recovered completely then had issues again at a later time after taking one of the three again?

this has been mentioned before and yeah maxout is like 6'7 I think. I'm 6'0 and I think english was 6'0 as well and entropy. still on the tallish side
