So did you have an itchy scalp prior to pfs but with no hair loss?Scalp itch is a good thing. Although I never had hair loss prior to PFS, near the end of my recovery my scalp became itchy again.

Interesting. You still don't get any hair loss? I thought the itch I got was signalling baldness coming.Yes, as in my scalp would itch when it got oily. Not anything extreme however. Prior to it coming back it would just have no feeling whatsoever.

Yeah that is really unlucky when you think about it.I mean I have a few hairs in the shower like everyone seems to, but I’ve pretty much had the same mature hairline for the past few years. All the men on my father and mother’s side have their hair into their late sixties still. Which is why getting PFS from Saw Palmetto was so fucking annoying to me lol.

At least you are all good now!
I know how you feel but it will get better. You have to look at the positive, the only positive, which is after you get through this you will have a great understanding of how to balance yourself and become the best version of yourself. So it has been a while since the last update and I am not quite sure what to feel right now. Just on and off days, but somewhat demotivated lately. Hard to get stuff done at work, even forcing myself to walk a bit is hard as fuck. Not feeling many positive emotions, like I wish I could freeze time for a year, don't leave the house and let me fix myself before I can continue with my life. So weird, because I always was outgoing and euphoric before all the FIN and hair loss drama started. We are some weird creatures.
Hair loss is still going on I think, stills lots of hairs in my hands when styling, although the itch is not always there. Salt scrubs help somewhat but I do not think that it is the solution. Maybe it upregulates the hair receptors once the salt has 'run out' in the scalp. Maybe that's why the scalp itch increases during the day. Libido is decent, but nowhere as close as it was before FIN.
One last thing I hate right now is that my face looks sunken. Eyes are sunken en my skin around my cheeks look sunken. Like 5 people all asked me in the same week if I lost weight, but I didn't. Hit me pretty hard when they noticed it.
Peace out.
Received the results of my second TEI hair test. Went from a fast 2 into a fast 4. I think this is closer to my real oxidation rate, because I need to eat insane amount of foods to gain some weight. Some minerals slightly increased. Boron is entering my cells, which didn't show up at all on my first hair test.
- Zinc, phosphorus and sulfur went pretty high. Zinc is explainable, because I had to take 50mg zinc a day. The other two's I have no clue.
It's not an official TEI supplement, but from the company I order the hair test from. Their logic is that it helps chelate heavy metals and increases the absorption of vitamins/minerals, which should speed up the healing process. I remember I read somewhere that people who have been in fast oxidation their whole live have a tendency to not store heavy metals, which might be a plus.First time I've seen fulvic acid on their suggested sups lists, that's interesting. Are you going to follow the program?
Your toxic elements are almost non existent (which is good obviously!) Do you have no amalgam fillings? Do you use only roll-on deodorant? (aluminium free)

No fillings, only a splint/retainer behind my teeth, which I think is a combination of chrome/nickel. I indeed use aluminium free deodorant.
I actually feel pretty decent, no way cured yet, but I can enjoy stuff again. Libido comes and goes, but when it's there it's like porn with no erection issues at all. Strength in the gym hasn't totally recovered yet, but I think that's explainable looking at my hair test, also taking it slow so I don't impair my healing process. And how are you feeling so far?
Update for myself:
Been on the 2nd cycle for almost a week, and like I guessed, the vitamin E is a bitch. Dry skin, lots of eye floaters and heavy emotional numbness. Also waking up like I've been hit by a train. For the rest nothing special and feels ok-ish.
