Hmm so rashes are pretty much gone with Carnosine, Zinc, Manganese, Iron.

I can only guess but I think its from the glandulars.

I actually think there is more copper in me which will have to go when the adrenals pick up.

Still waiting for TEI supplements. Start next week prbly.
Funny ... One of my OFS sintomns is red skin when i get sun, very dry skin and sometimes rash...

I got skin rash after taking high amount of zinc for a while. I still have this. Same thing happened when I took Arimidex (AI). I think when I get to lower estrogen my skin goes nuts. It is almost gone now.

Yes, but why could I be low on it?

Acetly-CoA / CoA ratio seems to regulate Autophagy. (anabolic vs catabolic reactions)
Low = AMPK activation.

I think because b5 is used to attach stuff to glutathione for detox.

Bile acids use CoA. this is why you are low I think.

this will help you detox better.
CoA and bile acids - Yahoo Image Search Results

Basically if you are trying to detox hard with bile. Your sugar metabolism will suffer, since bile acids will take a lot of COA and glutathione.

So detox will kill the most all glutathione components b1 and b2 b3 and b5 since that is used in bile.. And then since your sugar metabolism will be impaired. you also run low on biotin and also folic acid, since your RBCs will be oxidized faster than normal since glutathione is low.

Then as soon as folic acid falls, you start pissing out histidine in the urine. And boom your h2 receptors scream and and you got yourself free copper.

So free copper could be the outcome of some other heavy metal toxicity. Easy.

This is why I give all B vitamins, and b5 is actually third biggest in the volume that I suggested

b1 or b2 alone actually lower b5.

Started TEI supps yesterday. Its like 90% of what I did before.

Just small changes, like different dosages. For example I bought myself 25mg Zinc tablets, but TEI supps have like 28mg morning, or 13 in the evening. That with pretty much all ingredients ...

What is new:
250mg Glandular (first hairtest said 500 which I was a bit scared of, but will go with it now)
155mg B6
Iodine 200 ug
2g C
And some small things in mg like Cysteine, methionine, biotine, serine etc.

Yesterday I had some "good mood" flushes like when I tried 5htp last year. Urge to smile.. (There is no 5htp in TEI though)

Seems like the first week made my digestion a bit messy.
Like 2 days diarrhea, 2 days perfect digestion, repeat. Well not perfect because 0 bowel movements for 2 days. But for me thats great. And it doesnt feel like constipation.
And those 2 days I feel 100%. No signs of IBS, Uc or other problems. So I appreciate it. Not the diarrhea though.

I think it might be connected to how much protein I eat. Maybe bc of 150mg b6 and or Histamine problems. Will see how things change with less or more protein.
Not really taking any HCL right now, only the HCl thats in TEI. And maybe 1 capsule sometimes if lots of meat.

Digestion back on track. Only some problems with protein or maybe the protein powder (whey isolate).
Metabolism feels stable. And faster. No "crashes"
IBS symptoms got lighter again. Like only slight pressure + slight stomach ache + some gas. Like a trapped fart :D But having Ibs for over 2 years, the smalles sign still gives me some anxiety at times.
But little tasks are done easily. (Worst times I even had IBS symptoms leaving the house to walk 50m) IBS gets better to sit through.

Stress resistance 5/10
Digestion 7/10
IBS 7/10
IBD 10/10

You think its the higher B6 helping?

Dont know. Could be. I noticed improvements from P5P in the past. But this time its plain B6 pyridoxine.
I dont think I can say its only the b6 that is responsible.

What I noticed by looking at the supplement labels, pretty much all ingredients are in expensive / good available/ chelated forms. Like Magnesium is magnesium bisglycinate chelate buffered and magnesium malate.
Maybe that makes a difference to cheap supplement forms. + Dont know if there are any intestinal uptake issues with UC etc.

And the TEI supps are a lot of things for the adrenals.

I think I just made the same mistake as everybody does when looking at the TEI suggested supplements at first.
I looked at the ingredients with high dosages. And picked only those.
Cant really suggest people to buy cheap supplements to "rebuild" TEI Supplements anymore.

There are so many things in small dosages I didnt care before. And I dont know if they help. But who knows. They are probably not in there for fun ? ^^

But Im only 10 days in...

So its definitely the whey protein making proplems. But no clue if its the whey or the protein digestion.

Dont know if I should just drop whey or keep it.
Without whey I had 4 easy days. Today I tried 30g of whey isolate again. And had problems for the next 2.5h. Never had problems with protein so far.

TEI suggests to increase Protein intake. And I know Amino's are important for all minerals I get from TEI.

So right now Whey = short time IBS.
Clueless if that helps me lowering copper or not.

Protein intake that they suggest is meat, with all the component, not just protein amino acids

well I eat mostly chicken.
But i’ll try to diversify :)

I have been doing lots of chicken too, but egg whites, pork and beef as well. I cut back the whey isolate few weeks ago, and only use it with meat, never separately, maybe that would help.
