You said you did 75mg of manganese for a while?
Maybe this inhibited 3beta-HSD too much and you retained zinc, b2 and b6 to make progesterone?
So now they are making a lot of histamine and you get too much acidity in your stomach and too much intestinal movement.
Manganese also inhibits acetylcholine breakdown so this can be contributing to diarrhea as well.

I don't really know how manganese inhibits 3beta-HSD but @Helen keeps saying it and I've seen a lot of people say the body needs manganese to retain zinc.

yes TEI was a lot of manganese. But levels did not improve really. Don’t know what to think about my manganese level.
Digestion feels like 0. It just goes through.
Have a lot of indigestion right now.

What helps act choline breakdown?

Maybe you need some more arginine to bind the extra manganese?

Helen said:
Arginine increases acetylcholine release and increases its breakdown at the same time. Manganese decreases break down of acetylcholine

Helen said:
Alcohol kills B1. B1 makes acetylcholine. I would assume high acetylcholine causes serotonin deficiency since acetylcholine is broken down by tryptophan. or high acetylcholine could cause tyrosine or histidine deficiencies also. Since acetylcholinesterase is made of tyrosine tryptophan histidine and serine. So increase of acetylcholine will cause the pressure on these.

Helen said:
do you have symptoms of low or high acetylcholine. Low is dry mouth, poor memory. no sweating. High, sweating drooling , runny gut with inflammation.

Helen said:
I think PSSD might have too much Co2. and high acetylcholine, this acetylcholine kills breathing drive, you dont breathe. This causes very low oxygen . this is why breathing ozone might make you feel 10 times better.

Acetylcholine is broken down by acetycholinesterase which consists of tryptophan , histidine serine and tyrosine. Histidine is part of CA enzyme which gets rid of CO2. And if Histidine is not there, CO2 and acetylcholine can be really high.

Aslo histidine zinc thiamine make stomach acid. And if acetylcholine is high, thiamine is directed into the urine, since body does not want to make acetylcholine.

Helen said:
I remember when I was sick, Watermelon was a disaster for me. It caused so much hairloss it was not even funny. Arginine chelates manganese. since manganese is the part of arginase.

Gastritis is mostly gone. But am still scared of eating something "wrong" which could trigger stomach aches. So Im slowly trying things.
Got some swollen feets probably from the PPI pantoprazole I had to take. Edema was probably from blocked b12 uptake / maybe even folate. Kidneys probably were in some trouble .
5 day edema subsided after taking hydrox-b12, little active b12 + little methylfolate.
I am off PPI's now though.

Slowly getting out of the diarrhea-misery.

I think thats mainly because I started Resveratrol + Curcumin. I think thats a great combo. I feel great with those two things.
For Potassium I'm drinking Coconut water for now. (Potassium carbonate is disgusting and I dont want to use Potassium citrate right now)

In case anybody is asking, no Im not resuming TEI for now. Not possible. Stomach needs a break from too much supplements that are irritating.

Still striving to get that optimal balance of copper/zinc, copper/iron, sodium/potassium.

Because of supplements I got all my gut inflammed, that is the reason of my hospital recovery.
If I am going back to supplements, in our case I think we should use liquid supplements to avoid irritation.

No I dont think I need liquid supplements. For me thats a waste of money. Just open the capsules and put in some liquid. Should work 99%.

Not all supplements are irritants.
I took 90% TEI supplements for a long time.

Iron is a bit tough. And maybe the adrenal glandulars.

And its not my gut that is inflammed, its my STOMACH -> Gastritis. Not Colon or UC.

I used 20x Betain HCL without any stomach problems. But after using KCl for a longer period of time, I started to get stomach problems and couldnt even handle the TEI HCL. (which is half of 1 of my Betain HCl supplement)
And I know that it is caused by too much undiluted KCl. Cause I had a small Gastritis months back.

I do have problems even this way at the moment.

Stomach fine, diarrhea gone, digestion perfect, UC fine, IBS pretty good and improving.
Digestion right now is similarly good to when I used a lot of B1.

Still doing the Resveratrol (+ curcumin) thing. Maybe adding some bits of b2 again. Could fit in.

First week I did 125mg Res, upped it to 250 the next week. Got dizzy after taking it and thought it is curcumin and maybe Resv. lowering my already low iron. Were blood sugar issues though and lowered it to 125mg again.
After figuring out that there arent blood sugar issues when taking with some juice or with meals I upped it 190mg (125 x 1.5) again. (All together ~12-13 days of Res yet)
[additional info: urine got a bit copper colorish. Curcumin or Res? Both are red.Or even copper ?]

Thinking about resuming TEI supplements after that.
Depending on how much it has helped and how i’m doing, Im going to do a break and retest.
Otherwise I will continue the suggested supplements, which didnt really change over the last year.

(Only last test with high K from high dosing KCl)

Got some bloods done. Important ones :

Iron: 26 (55-170)
Ferritin: 8 (30-400)
hemoglobin: 11 (14-17)

Kind of expected ferritin to be higher.

Tested Cerulo and b2, get those within the next days.

Any Idea if copper chelation does interfere that much with hemoglobin / iron levels ?
To me it looks like iron deficiency now, but I dont know how iron toxicity looks on blood tests.

I thought my iron would be a bit higher as I took some with TEI for ~1 month.

Doc said its "scaringly" low.
I guess my doc now wants iron infusion or at least supplements. Dont like that idea. At least not as single supplement. Iron only in combination with TEI.

TSH went down from 4.8 to 3.7 to 1.7 this time.

Well, so Cerulo is low as well.
CP 0,221 (0,220 - 0,610)

probably just low because of slow metabolism and missing iron.

Thinking about this Cu(I) supplement mitosynergy.

Doing pretty good, but this low iron panel and Cp pointing to really low available copper doesn’t look to be too good for me long term.

not 100% sure how I should proceed.

Skin rashes and edema are both caused by the lymphatic system being overwhelmed, so the same should be useful for you about ayurvedic informations and ways.
I tried to go out of the carnivore diet (mango and chiromoya time in the garden!), but it did not work at all. The sort of belly pain I have, just under the abdominal muscles, led me to conclude about coming from the lymphatic system here, the mesenterum that covers the guts.
I am more or less 1 year in the carnivore diet, and I am still happy with it! I came today specifically to write to you both guys, and used the search engine to find your posts! What I found about fiber was best than all I could write!
And the lymphatic stuff, I am starting it too, after long search because my mother died of lymphoma, and this system is about as well know and spoken about as the ANS....
I need it so much that I am even going to do the kambo... which you have to be brave enough or maybe short in time! Ayurveda is what gave me the most informations.

When you go out of fibers, the critical point is to feel in time that you want to go to the toilet, or the reflex stops. I found this well explained in the "gutsense" website that I link below. I also think that the supps he takes and finally came to sell can help. As many, he started from having himself health issues. He was helped by being a doctor who studied in Russia before migrating and working in the computer industry in the US.

I wish you both to trust my long-time-on-www-hardly-earned informations and conclusions and to go out of this sh** the same as Matt Walker! This guy went out of it, and he used to loose blood and faint in pain from his UC!

So I wanted to explain a bit the 3 soruces I share, and this below is a copy from my post to Wuf in his log:
I have read before that juice fasts are great for UC. Especially cabbage juice. The juice coats the stomach and intestines and lets it heal (that's what I heard at least). Carnivore diets also seem to help. Veges and fiber are about the worst things you can eat.

Wuf, you seem to not have considered what might be the best post for you! Congrat Goose!

I know a guy who went back from worse than you with carnivore.
zero carb journal on you tube

FIBER is the main cause of IBS, UC and Chron and even constipation.... When you are in a bad gut state, the best way is carnivore, as this will automatically be fiber-free, and will also bring you needed L-glutamine. The only carb that is ok would be white rice. You might have problems to get over the addiction to both carbs and fiber.
Ch 9. Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease

The main reason of success with fasting is obviously to remove fibers... And juicing is better than eating the whole veg for the same reason, and you have to filter the juice well. I wold use K rich vegs like cucumber. Beets seem useful. If cabbage, red one seems best. Celery brings salts as well. It can be better to not go direct to zero carb diet.

The second life saving thing for you will be lymph cleaning. So that you can clean from wastes such as estrogens etc.
This site is the best I have found for informations:
Lymphatic Health | John Douillard's LifeSpa

If you can implement all this, I am pretty sure you are going to heal fast!

Well, inulin took care of UC symptoms in Herrfisch's case
Oh yes I agree for this type of fiber too!
It is part of Nemechek protocole that is a good one.

In the web "gutsense" he has a supp with FOS as well, and with some acacia senegal too. Some say that pectic from citrus is useful as well...

Nemechek says that with inulin you put the bacterias back to the colon where they belong. It is different from eating harsh rubbing your guts whole bread!
