vit d help retain calcium
vit k puts calcium to the bones
calcium in veins is bad (calcification, which can even create a multiple sclerosis -CCSVI) ,
calcium should be in bones
if you supplement vit d only, it may be a problem, beacuse you can cause calcifications.

Dunno I felt bad on zinc (I did not take just zinc tho) and I ate a lot of zinc foods like eggs, red meat. Made me feel worse in the end. Probably pushed my Na/K ratio even lower.

But for accutane it seems zinc is important or can play a role. Not sure if all accutane people are the same. But Lewis from DHS explained some stuff. Although he is a practitioner and not biochemist.

this was that vid

I am taking a ton of copper now (w/ other shit) had a week where I felt pretty good (not normal but good mood and even libido). Now my libido is nothing. Kinda feels how my libido was on finasteride. Limp noodle and no interest in women(0%). I dream of sex in the night and the dreams are vivid w/ a boner but I wake up with limp noodle and it is like that all day.
TEI is just a rollercoaster. Sometimes it is maddening.
Copper destroys my labido. Absolutely no interest in sex but I a nice snap back after supps. My labido is getting closer to normal and I attribute it to copper

@tanedout @joekool people on propecia forum tested their vitamin D levels and their levels were low in almost everyone.
But when they tested 1.25D the active vitamin D, then in some tested people it was very high.

As I said that there is calcium retained by mistake. just like in autoimmune deceases, VDR receptor dysregulation can easily displace thyroid hormones, and androgens

since potassium can't enter the cell and cysteine is not getting to. since SAH is not converted further,

This is why thyroid hormones help some people to get rid off all PFS symptoms.

This is as example
http://autoimmunityresearch.org/preprints/ProalAnnals2009Preprint.pdf

and that is why usually breakdown of androgens is stopped by vit D active American Urological Association

Hello everyone, Im a new user that has yet to make a new post/log detailing my situation.

Though, I can confirm that I match the above description. Low Vit D-25 and upper range 1,25 D. Furthermore, a frank vitamin-K defiency on my last bloodwork in addition to a retinol excess @Orion. Where as roughly 1.5 years ago, I had atleast 2 times the upper limit of Vit D-25 after a long period of supplementing no more than 5000iu . I really have to make a post....

Have you since been supplementing with K2?

Have you since been supplementing with K2?

I have a thorn-Mk 4 supplement that I havent used that regulary over the last 1.5 years or many supplements for that matter. Whereas before my "chrash" I did ,including k2. I wanted the medical apparataus to find out what was going on without me influecing to many variables. But uptill now, that has been a gigantic disasspointment. Despite the bloodwork I have managed to get, most doctors I saw are actually clueless and have admitted to me not knowing shit about acid-base disturbances etc. High bicarbonate in blood and very high potassium in urine and no trace of sodium and or calcium in the urine. (read: very low). Though, I have restarted some supplements since the last bloodwork after me getting some scary symptoms. Hence, I again resumed k2 and (the occasional zinc and active b-vitamines). But k2 is certainly having an effect libido wise. I do believe this topic is an interesting one and hence my earlier than anticipated contribution.

do you have a hairtest, you sound like a 4 highs setup.

meaning your cortisol is raised a lot, which is wasting your potassium. Cortisol also stops calcium absorption and increases sodium retention, thus you see those low in your urine.

Cortisol causes alkalosis, thus you have high bicarbonate in blood

What are your DHT and Testosterone levels?

Slow oxidizers, usually have low potassium in the urine. , high calcium. and sodium.

4 highs usually have what you have.

K2 fucked me up back in the day. Almost lost my teeth from it. Insane pain in my teeth I think my body took a lot of calcium from my jaw and teeth.

I imagine I can now handle it better. I had very low calcium a few years ago. I think I lacked active/functional vitamin D so very low calcium retention through out life. Could be that this was also why TEI first saw me as a fast oxidizer. Then as time moved on the slow oxidizer came out in the tests.

Now I think my vitamin D works better and I can handle stuff like K2 better. Still don't take it though. I'm scared a bit to ever take it so rather eat vegetables, it's safer I think for me.
