Just have the boron before or after your coffee doesn't need to be mixed together, even a couple of hours before is fine too. With the coffee enemas its the same, just take the boron hours before the coffee enema.

What is your opinion on hydrochloric acid therapy? Hydrochloric Acid Therapy (HCl Therapy) - Health Parameters Research
I wonder if I should try it again. I did it basically before first hair test and learning on this forum.
It is targeted a lot for lymphatic system detox. My lymphatic system is still real mess for sure..
Look at what creature was in my urine after I started taking hydrochloric acid(diluted solution in gel capsules with meals and also between meals
I will try it again. I think it is missing link in my case. Stress stops HCL production=no digestion, pathogen infections go crazy, no bile production if HCL is low etc..
I think nutritional balancing with sauna with HCL can do the job for me. It just sucks because you get basically instant herx reactions from all that die off of pathogens..
It is huge part of electrolyte protocol anyway. This just deals with garbage what is already in the body. Not just with digestion of food that is coming in..
+ it costs nothing. I just ordered 1L of 3.5-4% HCL for les than 3 euros and that 1L will last forever..

@zancek0 yeah it should work systemically really good. Nobody is talking about it because it costs basically nothing so nobody can't make any money from it.
Btw I am reading posts from that tyw girl(hope it is girl) and she is smart. It is funny how Haidut is trying to argue with her, but he has so narrow point of view(Peat perspective only) it is crazy..

I would LOVE to do hair test on my armpit hair. They look like copper wires lol.
Hydrochloric acid is here. Will use it as betaine HCL basically. Fill the capsule and take with meals + very diluted in water like 5 drops in 2dcl of water between meals. So it can go systemically and clean garbage in my lymphatic system.. I was reading some comments how it can basically put leukemia in remission. But they use it even intravenously or as enemas lol.. I will not do that it is not needed I think. Oral therapy is perfectly enough..
It is basically electrolyte protocol. They talk also about alkalosis in presence of low stomach acid and how there is no cancer without alkalosis basically..
Also keeping near infrared sauna sections daily if I can. I sweat so easily now.. Upped my sodium and potassium chloride intake as well. I think it is a must for slow oxidizers.
For minerals I take only 15 mg of zinc once a day. I think taking insane amounts like most practitioners recommend is nonsense. All it does it completely tanks metabolism because so much zinc nukes sodium to zero. So you are like zombie adrenals are sleeping.. What is point of that..

ALso what is your take on sulfur MSM guys? It seems copper depletes MSM. MSM is key for keratin production.. Looking at my hair and now crazy hair loss as well. The hair has no keratin. Nails crazy soft as well.. Will try add some MSM if I notice any benefits. I was trying MSM before, but in stupid way. I just took high doses with anything else. So I probably nuked my molybdenum and created all kinds of issues..
Now I will try just normal moderate doses like 3g a day.. I think when I first started eating garlic I had stronger nails. But I think garlic is somewhat toxic and not ideal to eat all the time right?
Like why it is killing pathogens. It has to be toxic for us as well. Just the way it irritates the eyes, skin. Same thing onions. No longer eating them...
My diet was low sulfur in general during low vit A diet for many years. I think my body is starving for some sulfur.. Will add some molybdenum as well if I notice any negative effect from it..
I think it is huge missing part in HTMA. Like ARL will say you need sulfur so eat some eggs, meat, cruciferous veggies etc.. But the amount of eggs and meat they recommend it will be hardly enough sulfur..
I think they should give people MSM and molybdenum to balance it. Especially to slow oxidizers with copper issues..

@RebelWithACause I didn't know that when you cook food with sulfur it will form into volatile gases like hydrogen sulfide and so you can lose around 50% of that sulfur from that food.
When I cook veggies etc. I cook the shit out of them so there will be hardly any sulfur lol.. Eggs are great source, but I don't eat them so. I should benefit from some MSM...

Everything is about making sulfur. Sulfation.

And sulfation is the key to vitamin A metabolism. Heck and thyroid too.

What’s the key to sulfation for you. That’s what you should be trying to find out .

I am thinking about adding some homemade goat kefir with kefir grains. What you think about it guys?
Was drinking it before. But too much and it was also during my vit A toxicity days so it was not helping much.
But moderate amount like 200-300ml a day for that crazy probiotic effect?
It really does help with digestion. If I drink just milk it is disaster, but fully fermented kefir it digest like water and you are hungry fast after you drink it..
I mean single glass of homemade kefir has the amount of probiotic like in whole bottle of probiotics in capsules..

Here is a funny video of Adam raw the workout guy from our country. He is nuts when it comes to diet. ALso has great store with all kinds of crazy expensive special foods from around the world. I am taking that geosilica from him.

Nevermind. That homemade kefir (and that mine was crazy strong) can have easily 3% of alcohol LOL. It is like drinking beer.
My liver would be pissed haha
Btw 2 days of couple of grams of MSM and my neck spine feels already much better lol.
I think my body i crazy sulfur deficient..

Was building inflatable tennis court with another 30 people whole yesterday. Windy 5C day. Got crazy cold in the morning.
Had sore throat. Later headache, liver pain. Today all that + crazy chills. Have to be in near infrared sauna every hour or so. Crazy headache, nausea.
It is that my pathetic immune system. little of cold weather and I am fucked.. Was barely not throwing up some rice with veggies and collagen.
So I will fast. Just drink water with honey or something. Feel like my fucking head, throat and tonsils will explode lol.

Just throw up. Interesting thing I didn't throw up basically anything. Little transparent mucus. More came out from my nose than mouth. But I do feel better..

I don't give a shit about sports anymore. But I was always big fan of fight sports and the fact that we have one of the best fighters on this planet is just crazy.. If anyone would told me like 5 years ago that we(Czech Republic) will have UFC champ and one of the biggest UFC start that has huge fan base around the world especially in the USA. I would say you are completely insane..
His every fight is insane adrenaline dump lol. I always try to be calm, doing breathing exercises, but it simply doesn't work because of his style of fighting where he has to take crazy damage before he starts to fight 100% hehe..

Nice dude. I never watch MMA but did it for a year it's a hard sport and damaging to the body and brain if you are not smart. So I always respect people who do this on a very high level. I never watch it but I did hear of this guy "Jiri" sometimes.

The Netherlands also has good fighters in the past mostly I think because of the background in kickboxing here. But I never liked fight sports nor the people who do them here except for normal martial arts it's infested with criminals and just people who are scum pretty much because it's seen as a tough guy thing to do and "respected" on the streets.

@RebelWithACause yes Netherlands has great kickboxers. I started watching fight sports like 25 years ago. It was K1 which was basically kickboxing tournament in Japan. It was great. It was like from some action movie like "bloodsport" with Van Damme. So many action movie like characters from all over the world.. They didn't test for steroids anything like that. They all looked like bodybuilders crazy wild times..

" But I never liked fight sports nor the people who do them here except for normal martial arts it's infested with criminals and just people who are scum pretty much because it's seen as a tough guy thing to do and "respected" on the streets."

Yes it was like that back in the day when fight sports were doing really only not so nice people heh. But now especially in MMA it is so mainstream.. People train MMA just like somebody is doing tennis or something.. A lot of the top guys are very smart and cool guys..

I was doing just aiki jutsu which is like aikido when I was like 12-13. It is great for kids to move your body, but in terms of how effective it is in real fight scenario heh.. It is bullshit basically. It is great maybe agains drunk guy who has no idea what he is doing, but trying it on good boxer for example would be disaster lol.. It is a shame that Brazilian jiu jitsu wasn't popular at that time. That is on the other hand crazy effective style of fighting + there is no striking. So no brain damage etc.. I would do that for sure. I was too big pussy to do boxing or something with striking and also like you said back in the day there were just shitty people in those fighting gyms heh. But now it is completely different. It is much more mainstream which is great..

I knew this guy from some of his podcast. Great guy. Was not expecting he is dealing with chronic health issues. Great example of how even money are useless if you don't know what to do..
I doesn't understand that he was pushing his body into red numbers for too long and all those things with mold etc. are just symptom of weak body.. What house in Florida doesn't have mold... House made out of wood and so crazy hot and humid place.. All he had to do is stop working and do nutritional balancing. But he still has that go go go mindset. That keeps the body under stress..
Would love to se his hair test..

Wrzosk vs Badr Hari was nice comeback, and very tense atmosphere on stands

Yes it's more mainstream but still popular amongst street guys and criminals. At least here. I got injured because most people where I trained sparred as if they were fighting a real fight. It was ridiculous, this turned me off most from fighting sports. I wanted to get better but every week I had minor injuries. Then eventually one guy threw me on my shoulder really hard and it fucked up my shoulder for months and just quit. But it might be better in other gyms.

I went to 3 different gyms though and similar experience. I also did BJJ but I didn't like it. Just seemed unneccesary, I don't enjoy rolling on the ground with men, lol, just didn't enjoy it

I agree if you are like Floyd Mayweather never get hit yea it's the best. But how many people can do that, not many lol. Most people who do fighting sports suffer some form of brain damage especially if they do it for many years. Even small hits can cause it.

I used to watch PRIDE FC. It was similar to K1 or same rulesets or something not sure. But same there steroids + fighting + barely any rules. Pretty sure even soccer kick was allowed and elbows on the back of the head, etc.

My whole experience with other fighters in these gyms made me look differently at fighting sports as not something that was cool anymore. But still respect of course some of them are very good athletes
