Gbol mentioned this to me a long time ago when I asked why PFS can cause histamine, allergy, MCS issues and he said it was related to an insensitivity of corisol issue from zinc not working (it was posted in the Gbol quote section). So for the people saying this is an entire new theory it really isn't just another variation.
Has anyone tried the full protocol yet? Every time I order something for another protocol a new one pops up and i get sidetracked LOL. I have prog/pred that should be here any day now but amino acids are pretty easy to quickly get and are cheap.
Also for the histidine, low low dose is best. I tried 3 grams and felt weird and had intense dreams and felt itchy. 200-500mg seems to work best, I have not tried the full protocol yet though.
Is serine and aspartic acid necessary? Or would cysteine, histidine, zinc, copper be sufficient @gbolduev

All of it is needed. Read the protocol , you need folate, bs, etc aminos. People are stuck with low stomach acid. low folate, low methylation. But actual methylation can lower histidine. since it has folate in it. SO folate lowers histidine converting it into glutamic acid. In low stomach acid environment folate is low.
So some can try histidine with folate, or histidine zinc, copper, cysteine. But it is better to take the whole protocol. This is not PFS protocol , this is a protocol for every day . That should solve everything.

I like it, but gave me anxiety and mild histamine reaction I think from the hormones in it, this was a while ago. I used pine pollen powder.
I was talking about your buddy who never stopped asking questions about it lol

SLow metabolism and zero potassium in the cell. No cysteine metabolism. And low bioavailable copper. Calcification.
NO new protein synthesis since cortisol is insensitive. No SODS, since histidine is part of them so a lot of free radicals.

I don't have grey hair but I think some people asked about methods to address it in the past.
