@Yura,

It looks like you are copper deficient. Probably if you test the hair it will show you as a fast oxidizer.

To get ceruloplasmin to ug/dl you need to multiply it by 100000. So it comes up to 24000

I am confused. So I have this calculation right or not?

No. watch the video again. To get ceruloplasmin to the right measurements you will need to multiply it by 100000. You multiplied it by a 100 .

@Yura

Now it makes sense that you intolerant to zinc and magnesium and do good on calcium sodium and probably copper. Try histidine copper thiamin. And b vitamins. This will lower your cysteine levels, and take pressure of adrenaline. This will then release sodium and put magnesium into the cell. Sodium is high in the cell now, it is substituting for your low adrenaline.

4 highs can have this setup . It is copper deficiency in the liver and copper toxicity in the brain. Very hard to fix.

Also you can be a fast oxidizer in 4 lows pattern.

WTF so
0,24x100 000 = 24000

Copper bound to ceruloplasmin
24000 x 0,003 = 72 ug/dL

copper not bound to ceruloplasmin
copper = 69,7 - 72 = -2,3 ug/dL WTF ? ref. range 5-15 ug/dL

non ceruloplasmin bound copper percentage
-2,3: serum copper(69,7) then x 100 = -3,2% wtf?? ref. range 5-20%

You can take copper supplement and see if your ceruloplasmin starts going up. But I advice you to test the hair. Since who knows about these calculations.

Herrfish , can you post your values?

I took the wrong ones. I guess my whole blood results are like mattyb said shit,.

Ceruloplasmin is 0,294 g/l = 29400 ug/dl
Copper 97 (i guess ug/dl., was by phone and they did not tell me which unit lol.)
Zinc 86 ug/dl (I calculated with a different one at first)

So Cu/Zn 1,12 (0.7-1.0)
Bound 88,2
Unbound 8,8
% of non ceruloplasmin bound copper (the NCC)
8,8/97= 9% ?

Whole blood is what body is taking absorbing. If copper is low in whole blood, most likely you are toxic.

This is why if you make a person zinc deficient on purpose, then start giving zinc in the diet. Whole blood will be very high in zinc.

Whole blood
Potassium, magnesium, iron, are high
Copper, calcium is low
zinc is ok.

The ones I used to calculate, show the exacte opposite. Like my hairtest did.

Cool, it is matching what you were missing.

"whole blood" is just blood test from serum? Btw so if my calcium is high in the blood. I need the calcium right? Anyway I think I need some histidne.. IS this good form? l-histidin hydrochlorid Histidin | NaMaximum
Whole blood is not serum. Whole blood is whole blood

Yes histidine is ok like that.

@gbolduev Hm so serum blood tests are useless? Here in CZ they test only in serum.. Btw can you expalin connection between copper and histidine?

You have 99.8? No way. Did you calculate this correctly? Did you convert ceruloplasmin correctly?

I mean if you have 99.8 free copper, which is hard to believe, you must have made a mistake.

I lost my best friend from copper. We were friends for 15 years. And then he decides to take copper. Oh man. He became so manic it was crazy. All of a sudden he was into these conspiracy theories and this and that, and that everyone around him wanted to hurt him and take advantage of him. It was unreal. Copper is a funny mineral. Copper toxicity is what moves people to write articles like Message of his Kingdom. And then other toxic people get attracted to it and start taking copper. It is like a cult.

Yura , please lets calculated the numbers together. Can you post your values. Since 99.8 seem crazy high.

Usually if there is no bile, there is a copper deficiency.

I recognize some people in that, manic and thinking everyone is against them. Weird that copper does that

Sanka, sorry I missed your questions. If you are taking supplements from TE then follow the program. Can you please post your hairtest and your recs by TE
