Are you only taking only ARL?
Only ARL supps, though I've recently added bile salts and additional digestive enzymes to meals to see if they help with the worsened digestion. Haven't noticed much difference, so I may even drop those.

Copper is causing this I think. since it lowers histidine. And this causes reactions

Interesting. It's weird, because the congestion/itchy eyes is really inconsistent - some days I have it bad, some days not at all. And I've been checking daily pollen counts to see if it fluctuates with that, but it doesn't seem to correlate. When I had my normal seasonal allergies pre-fin I could always look at pollen counts to see how bad my allergies would be that day.

The congestion/itchy eyes doesn't concern me, really, just an interesting change. It's my downturn in digestion that really has me stumped, because it wasn't great to begin with.

I was completely bed ridden for the first 1.5 month of ARL. So I know what you mean.

What signs of bad digestion do you have?

Yeah, I know there are ups and downs with ARL, but it still concerns me especially since it's making me lose even more weight. I have delayed gastric emptying (food sits in my stomach like a rock and I feel full from little food), stomach aches, loose/green stool, gas, and bloating. Sometimes urgent need to drop a deuce after a meal. I don't even want to think what it'd be like if I were eating like a normal person. This is all happening on a very low-inflammation hypoallergenic diet.

You have to follow the ARL diet. they count on it for the aminos. You cant take ARL with some shitty diet. since it simply wll make you worse IMO since they dont give many aminos.

I'm following the provided diet, but eating the lowest inflammation options.

Ex: opting for sweet potato carbs over grains.

You see you flipped from 4 lows so fast into fast oxidation, May be that is a fake fast oxidation also and now you just killed your oxidation really low again.

I saw 4 low guys flip flop like this for months before going into a slow oxidation.

did you ever see that ''ideal balance oxidation'' in a person? do you personally have that 'ideal balance oxidation'? is that possible to achieve and maintain?

I have seen ideal balanced oxidation once. ))) It is very hard to achieve. but it is possible

If you stress a lot , exercise etc. you will need to support some parts of the system that are under pressure. this is why eating all RDAs cant work, since you will put pressure on systems and dont do anything for the others.

It is best to train lets say, and see what this training does to you. Since you can get balanced just sitting home. but then you train and you get unbalacned right away

It is best to lead the same life style and balance this life style accordingly

Makes a lot of sense.. I can't wait to balance myself at least 80% and enjoy active life..

Try not to take anything with ARL or TE> I see many guys take this and take that. Those programs are precise and sometimes they dont even work when you take other stuff with it.
It's ok to take with ARL programm tyrosine, gluthathione, osr ?

My seasonal allergies are worse on ARL as well. I had seasonal allergies before fin, they were completely non-existent last year after fin, but this year on ARL I get congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes, etc. I've also experienced much more bloating/food sensitivity in the past couple of weeks since starting my new round of ARL supps.

Yeah it's odd, but seems like something we must go through. At least something is happening in my body.

My shit is now damn perfect, though. Twice a day, nice color and not the rotten smell of before. Kind of got a break through using liver flushes and coffee enema's. The bile acids and HCL also help. The most recent enema even showed a small parasite, so the detox is in full effect. Hence the allergies en stomach bloating perhaps. But it's just guessing on my part. I ain't no Gbolduev.

The only thing I take next to the ARL-sups is one pill of betaine HCL with every dose; occasional bio-zyme with large meals and some extra potassium chloride and salt. My diet is decent as well. No alcohol, caffeine, drugs. I limit gluten, sugar, solely drink water or tomato/beet juice and I eat a high protein and vegetable diet. I rest well and workout every weekend. Liver flushes, coffee enema's, weekly salt baths and I'll start hydrogen water next week. If there's anything I shouldn't be doing, please let me know.. :)

Damn dude, that's awesome! I'm jealous, lol. I'm scaling everything back to 0 for a bit while I try to figure out my digestive issues, slowwwwly adding in enzymes, bile acids, and HCl to find my sweet spot.

How much salt do you use? Do you use regular coffee?

I just throw a shit load of sea salt at every meal. Don't keep track of grams or anything. And I use bio coffee.

Big detox weekend coming up as I am tired of these allergies and my pregnant stomach. I look like as if a swarm of bees stung me in my eyes and I swallowed a skippy ball. Not the best look. Will have two coffee enema's, a liver flush, sauna and an epsom salt bath. Probably be tired as fuck then, but I'll manage..

Be careful all these things can dehydrate your body pretty badly.. I am like beef jerky just from coffee enemas. Let alone doing also sauna and epsom salt bath.. You should try histidine for allergies..
