@freeflow is a dentist !!!!! lol you should put that in your signature. I had a dentist appointment and for the first time in 7-10 years or even ever was I told that my teeth and gums were in great shape.

Lyme/mycoplasma all these years left dentist's disappointed in my teeth after each visit. I haven't changed a thing with my toothcare except all the health measures for PFS/Lyme/myco.

@freeflow in the states?

After the fast and refeed (which was shitty after day 4), I've just finished the detox protocol for about 11 days. It made me groggy and gave me flu symptoms rather instantly. Quit just two days ago to see where I am at. Libido, stools, sleep and erections have improved a lot. I woke up with a morning woody for the first time in in nearly a decade today. Not one that will knockout an infant, but one I am happy with. Won't take anything for a week to see where my baseline will be at. Then start ARL and see from there. Bloated belly, watery semen (the fast did that to me) still persists. Bad, aging skin, abdominal fat, receding gums, muscle loss is ofcourse harder to gauge that shortly.

I really think the detox protocol ("detox for dummies") did something. I took silica, malic acid, electrolytes, lipsomal vitamine C, lipsomal glutathione, shilajit, sulforaphane, betaine HCL (one pill), Thorne B-complex, L-tyrosine, cysteine, selenium, nutritional yeast and glucosamine & chondroitine, along with occasional dead sea salt baths. Though I am not very high in metals/toxins in my hair tests I think it did me well in the end. I advice everyone to do that before ARL or TEI.

So yeah, some decent results, but I want to be careful reporting progress.

Don't forget about liver flushes, I have completed 6 now, and their are really pushing the healing forward.

Decided I will do another 10 days on the detox protocol. Mostly because I think it did something (and the lipsomal glutathione and vitamine C have nearing expiration dates).

Afterwards ARL. I just hope the program supps still fit me since I tested about 6 weeks ago. Since then I fasted and detoxed mostly.

Have a liver flush scheduled for tomorrow, but I have some doubts. Usually with every tiny bit of magnesium I feel very down and sluggish, so the epsom salts might not do me good. Also, is this possible on ARL sups? Seeing you take in a crap load of magnesium?

I wouldn't combine it with ARL sups as those are given in a specific ratio which would be thrown off if you add a lot of magnesium to it.

The magnesium load throws me off for about 24-48hrs, then back to normal. I try to balance with some extra Na and K salts.

But still, as Barbaar mentioned, you might create imbalances taking in all those electrolytes when you are on a strict ARL program.

Maybe I'll stick to pouring coffee up my ass for now and hold off the liver flushes after the ARL trials.

Two weeks into ARL. Decided to do liver flushes every two weeks.

Don’t really notice much, to be honest. Sleep is pretty stable. Sometimes I am struck with mild panick attacks/sleep apnea before sinking in. I feel more down than usual. Biggest set back is my stomach. Seems like I am more sensitive to food. My stomach is bloated, like I am pregnant. Hirts a bit as well. Moreso than usual. I am toying with betaine HCL (and adding potassium) to see if that helps, but I am not keen on taking in too many HCL pills as it tanks potassium. Digestion is decent, though I noticed undigested pieces in my stool. Anyone willing to provide me some help at this problem? Is increasing betaine HCL (and potassium) fine? Should I add Bio-Zyme?

I keep on going. I believe this will cure me, I just have a longe road to go. Will re-test in a few weeks and adjust. The liver flush set me back a bit in terms of libido, mood, focus and energy, but that will pick up once I do more.

Awesome you're much more positive lately bro, that's a great sign; it's gotta be helping.
Keep it up. ONCE, all water retn is permanently gone and I look lean 99% of the time rather than 40, 66, 80, or whatever (can't tell time), then I'll be fine... and less caring about temp changes. Hopefully pre or early ARL, no way to tell tho.

Jarrow bile acids made a huge positive difference to my digestion, I take it with HCL/electrolytes at every meal.

I will report once every while. Not too often. Now that I know what to do I try to limit Hackstasis as it can distract and demotivate me if I read the wrong stuff. I will report in a few weeks once my second hair test is in. Hope you guys understand.. :)

I will say that my allergies are the worst they have ever been on these ARL sups. Irritated eyes, nasal congestion, asthma/short of breath. Constant stomach bloating bugs me more than usual as well, despite bile acids and HCL. I think these could be detox symptoms. I hope they are..

Try not to take anything with ARL or TE> I see many guys take this and take that. Those programs are precise and sometimes they dont even work when you take other stuff with it.

My seasonal allergies are worse on ARL as well. I had seasonal allergies before fin, they were completely non-existent last year after fin, but this year on ARL I get congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes, etc. I've also experienced much more bloating/food sensitivity in the past couple of weeks since starting my new round of ARL supps.

Are you only taking only ARL?
