I just throw a shit load of sea salt at every meal. Don't keep track of grams or anything. And I use bio coffee.

Big detox weekend coming up as I am tired of these allergies and my pregnant stomach. I look like as if a swarm of bees stung me in my eyes and I swallowed a skippy ball. Not the best look. Will have two coffee enema's, a liver flush, sauna and an epsom salt bath. Probably be tired as fuck then, but I'll manage..

Me too. Allergies are one of my biggest weaknesses right now. They really kill me sexually and really everywhere when they get bad. Seem to happen after drinking any alcohol at all. No more booze for me at all for awhile.

I'm doing liver flush tonight. SMH the morning after sucks but they always feel so worth it that following day for me it seems.

I'm pretty beat from a liver flush for like 48 hours. Energy picks up a bit after that. Coffee enema's give me an instant boost, but don't do much for energy afterwards.

Is histidine okay though on an ARL-program? @Helen perhaps?

Any tips on how to stay hydrated during enema's and flushes or is just drinking a shit load of water along with salt and potassium the easiest option?

Also, conflicting reports out there on enema's before, after liver flushes, or both. I felt before and after was a bit much on my body. What are the experiences around here?

I've been doing coffee enemas on mornings of liver flushes (drinking oil that night). Then will do another one usually the 3rd day.

I've been fasting the whole day of liver flush and waiting to eat until about 1pm that next day.

Hydrogen seems to be making flushes 5x more powerful.

I did my first (the first ever? should I trademark this? ) hydrogen coffee enema this morning to precede the liver flush. It may have been one of strongest things I've done- I felt so good after for a bit. Chelation but body handled it great.

will make you DEHYDRATED. the more you drink the more you excrete and less you retain.. What you think athletes are doing during weight cut or bodybuilders when they want to be dehydrated to have zero water under the skin?? They drink like 10 - 20 L of water a day... Just drink normal amount, but make sure that you add like 1 tsp of sea salt to 1L of fluids.. Adding potassium will not help you with hydration. Potassium will make you dehydrated.. It is antagonist to sodium for fluid retention. Bodybuilders drink huge amount of water and then take potassium to achieve dry look... You can also do water enema with pinch of sea salt. The colon will absorb water as well.. You can do this before and after coffee enemas. It will also clean the colon which is much better than just coffee enema alone.. Btw what was the source of hydrogen? You have machine or you just added tablet to coffee??

You mean you add epsom salt to hydrogen water during flushes?

What's the science for hydrogen water in coffee enema's?

Thanks for the heads up.

I have a machine, albeit cheap one.

No @Admiral i mean I drink my normal amount of hydrogen water daily. I have approx 32 oz daily currently and that’s what I do while doing the flushes.

No science behind h2 coffee enemas. But hydrogen + glutathione seems like a good idea to me.

Got it!

Started H2 water just today, with a liver flush planned tomorrow.
Might do a coffee hydrogen enema on sunday to make sure there are no stones and toxins left behind.

hydrogen enema doesn't make sense. Just drink it. It will penetrate all tissues anyway..

@Yura i don't know. It felt pretty strong lol. Maybe there's synergy there. Localized synergy of the combo hitting the gut, liver etc.

Instead of the watery dierrhea I now just got lose stools with just a few stones in it during my 3rd liver flush. Regular brown color as well instead of the yellow/greenish color it should have.

Anyone knows what this could be?

I completed liver flush 9 last weekend, first several flushes were waterfalls of diarrhea, last couple flushes have been getting more solid bowel movements. I assume its our digestion getting better at handling large amount of fat, better liver reaction.

Ah thanks. That sounds plausible. I thought it might be due to hydration or whether I should upp the epsom salt.

Hard to detect stones in these dumps, though.

I’m taking the Malic acid 800mg / day (which I guess is for liver flush?)

I get intense stomach pain 15 min after taking it. Anyone else get this?

Only lasts 5 min, so not a big deal but just curious. Probably will take with food instead of empty stomach

Current protocol:

- ARL supplements (six weeks running now - new hair test will be ordered soon).
- Betaine HCL (one per meal - makes me depressed and sluggish, though. EDIT: I've quit them now. See how digestion is holding up now)
- Bio-zyme with larger meals.
- Extra electrolytes (once a day)
- Malic acid
- L-Histidine (whenever allergies become too much. Don't use it often).
- Hydrogen rich water (about 1.5 liter a day)
- Coffee enema's (once/twice a week)
- Liver flushes (once every two weeks)

Diet:

- Lots and lots of vegetables (cook them, blend them with tomato, beets or carrot juice and drink it three times daily).
- Brown rice
- Biological soups (broccoli mostly)
- Fish (shrimps mostly), chicken, occasional meat.
- Low calorie/low sugar protein bars.
- Try to keep sugar and gluten intake as low as possible.
- No caffein, alcohol, drugs.

Lifestyle

- Try to sleep 8 hours. Recently not getting more than 6.
- Light exercise during weekends
- Sauna (starting next week)

Question though: Is it a bad idea to combine ARL with R-andro sooner or later? I feel as though ARL might balance me, I'm not sure it will reboot my steroid receptors. I realise R-andro might influence the balancing, but it might be worth it, no?

Steroid type things are so tempting here and it sucks we can’t do them because they can have potent effects.

But we just can’t when we are doing what we are doing now. It’s possible if not likely an andro or RU/prog cycle’s strength would completely mess with ARL’s effects and put body chemistry in the wrong direction.

I will say that when I come off everything, sexuality seems to make quite the boost ahead. I’d just play with aminos right now if you’re loooking for sexuality boost. Histidine, serine, possibly cysteine (play with these first three) then arginine, lysine, glycine, methionine, tyrosine.

This detox stuff we are doing can be rough and it sucks even worse when sexuality is turned off. But I’ve been able to regain a good portion of what I had I believe with finding a good little amino system.

Yeah, that's a little frustrating. Just reading up on some of the R-Andro improvements and it makes me eager to try it. Especially with the low hormonal output I have.

Amino's okay to add, though? I know the electrolyte protocol advices such, but not sure if it will throw off my ARL-balancing.

Just curious, and my intent isn't to play devil's advocate here, what would an R Andro cycle do to completely u-turn ARL? I can see it in one case, if you were a fast oxidizer trying to go slow, but if you're a slow oxidizer trying to go fast, it would only assist, correct?
